Ordered a 5 PC tender meal, and this is the size of these tenders. Also, cold, like they have been sitting there for hours, the fryers weren't going, alot of talking, alot of food sitting, nothing was fresh, tenders, fries, nothing.

First visit was ok. Second visit a mess. Be forewarned this place has NO air conditioning in 100° plus heat! I don't know how the workers stand it. I only ordered Biscuits, paid 8$ and got biscuit nuggets. They were half their intended size. I won't be back!

Today I came here to Church's Chicken and ordered two for $4.99 deal and they didn't want to give to me they were charging me the separate price when they have a poster of 2 for 4.99 deal , and I was charged the full amount, not only that they weren't wearing hair nets as well ,there was a gentleman back there in the cooking area that doesn't appear work there and also no hair net makes me wonder how many people find hairs in their meals 🤮

Paid ~$30 in-store for an 8-piece meal with large okra + 4 biscuits. Guy behind me got just the 8-piece chicken for $9 — no app, no code. My extras are worth ~$8 max, so I overpaid ~$13+ for the same chicken. There was a sign outside — I missed it walking in. But the cashier never mentioned it, never asked if I wanted the special, nothing. If a deal exists, offer it to everyone in line — don’t make new customers feel stupid for not staring at the door. Food: great. Transparency: zero. Popeyes and KFC has my business until this changes.

Gave me raw chicken … it was late and ofc I was tired and hungry and when I got home to shred the chicken and give to my child it was PINK ! . They wouldn’t answer the phone the drive was 18 minutes I didn’t even drive back.

Order an 8 pc didn’t ask for wings I asked for white meat legs and thighs and that’s not what I received I got some meatless wings and when I took the chicken back Gabriela the manager told me that’s how the chicken comes and they couldn’t do anything about it I was charged 4+ dollars due to ordering white meat and I didn’t even get that , never coming back bad customer service bad atmosphere bad food . $38 dollars to the trash .

Went Through Drive Thru said pull to front be 20 minutes for ALL Spicy. Ended up being 40 minutes and just took half spicy half regular due to taking so long. Nothing in return for the inconvenience. HORRIBLE SERVICE

DO NOT EAT HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This place is TERRIBLE. I went with my mom to get some food here and the people were incredibly rude. We ordered our food for dine in and they put it in a to go box. The lady taking our order was impatient and had an attitude. On top of all of that, our food came out cold. 0/10.

Time to replace the General Manager here. I ordered a two-piece with a side of macaroni and cheese. Anybody knows that macaroni is some sort of thick cheesy, not a watery soup with pasta in it which is exactly what I got. Don't insult my intelligence. If you cannot train your staff to make it right and do it right, it is time for you to go. Will escalate this to corporate.

Just had doordash deliver $80.00 worth of chicken and family sides. They gave us a small mashed potatoes, a handfull of fries at the bottom of the bag, and refried chicken, and shorted us biscuits. Lazy slobish employees ripping off families one order at a time. Wasnt enough food to feed my three kids and wife.
