Stopped in yesterday for Mai Thais and lettuce wraps and sat at the bar. We should have left when we found out that this location doesn't serve Mai Thais. We ordered a Spicy Marg from the menu, and I was told they can't make a non-spicy marg - it's not on the menu, Huh? The bartender made one that was. drinkable - the real issue was the spicy marg. Undrinkable. I asked if he used agave or maple syrup...he said both. Huh? Maple syrup in a margarita? In Mexico? Wound up with a beer. What was striking about the location is that it appears to be running under the radar of their franchise/head office. Does anyone do quality control? The line of sight behind the bar was atrocious. Fridge doors left open, trash on the bar & floor, things that should be refrigerated left sitting on the counter. Dirty dishes, boxes, empty bottles...just a mess. The picture I took doesn't do it justice. Please - someone from head office go visit this location.

欣赏不来。Don't order the buns. Most of the flour was raw when it was served. There was no fire in the picture. After we asked to go back to the kitchen to heat it up, the bottom flour was still raw. I can understand "American style Asian food", but Chinese buns are not like this. At least it's cooked well.It's terrible. The service attitude is also…

The service was unbelievably slow, and one food it me was never delivered. The bar was out of three liquors on their Happy Day special menu. The food poorly matched the menu descriptions. Our bill was incorrect.

It was a while since I last went to pf chang's and oh boy it has gotten really bad, the place was almost empty, the food was salty and dry, and the drinks were way too sweet. We ordered the coconut lemonade, Mongolian beef and Kung Pao chicken. Service was quick but again it was almost empty, it had to be good.

Not recommended. Asked for ramen on vegetables base and instead of pork asked for shrimp. First I got dish without broth and noodles lol 😂. Secondly they charged extra for shrimps. 2 stars for fresh vegetables

Food is what you expect of an American chain. We have eaten at several PF Chang’s over the years but the Andares location is HORRIBLE. The worst service I have ever had in any restaurant. We were sat in the parking around 6pm on a Saturday night it was not busy. After sitting for about 10 minutes we had to flag a server to ask for water. Finally our server came and asked if we were ready to order. She did not offer us drinks and seemed annoyed when we ordered appetizers. The food took forever and was cold when it arrived. We ordered extra rice for the children and my husband had to get up and go find someone to bring it for us. The waitress was then rude when we only tipped 10%. Horrible service for PJ Changes and horrible for a restaurant in Andares.

I ordered takeout 🥡 and I got asked if I wanted to tip, since I didn’t eat there I said no, so they took 35 minutes to give me my food, I had to ask if my food was ready and their excuse was that they thought I left the place when I was sitting in front of them the whole time. Food was not the dish ordered, it was really spicy and I ordered the crispy honey chicken. The service and attention is getting worse with time. I wouldn’t recommend. A lot of people were arriving and had to wait for the girl to notice they were there , she also followed me to the restroom and knocked on the door.

Made reservations for 8 people at 5pm. We showed up on time for our reservation, table was not ready. Waited almost twenty minutes before it was ready. They sat us down, there were no utensils, napkins or menus. Ordered dinner and nothing showed up for almost two hours including utensils or napkins. After parts of the dinner showed up the utensils never showed up. Had to ask multiple times for utensils and napkins. They showed up with a handful of spoons. Informed management. He showed up and listened to the issues we were having. Calmly disappeared for the rest of the evening without fixing problems, along with all servers. Avoided eye contact and blended in with the crowd. One of the dishes ordered was a chicken curry,it was full of tofu and 3!small piece of chicken. The last meal to show up was the kids meal. Had to practically beg to get the meal deliver 20 minutes after everyone else. Appetizers finally showed up after everyone was almost done eating. My wife finally had to get waters for everyone at the bar. They forgot about it in all the confusion. None of the prices were listed so you find out what your paying for after the bill shows up. Don’t forget to specify what brand of alcohol you want or you will get the most expensive. We had to hunt down the waiter to get the bill. No one came to fix any problems or acknowledge how awful our 2 hour long dinner was. I would highly suggest finding another restaurant that takes orders and service seriously. There are many in the area.

Poor Service; Poor Presentation; Very average food and pricey. Do not recommend. Save your money; much better options of other restaurants in Plaza Andares. Service was terrible; no dinner plates; had to eat in the dish presented in; no dinner napkins; only cocktail napkins. Really poor!
