I haven't eaten at Punto Wings in five years because they closed the Tesistan store. I've tried wings and fries from many places, and they're disgusting. I decided to look for another Punto Wings, and wow! I think they've maintained the same quality they've always had. The wings are good and not dry, and the fries are tasty.

Good service, reasonable music volume and games; they serve a very large amount of sauce on the wings, plus there wasn't as much of a wait as there usually is in other places.

THEY LIE IN THEIR PUBLIC LOCATION RECORD… they say they should be in Plaza San Esteban (due to a permit issue) and it’s not true!!!…. they are in a residential area, people who get out drunk cause damage to the surrounding houses, the noise is TOTALLY unbearable… their valet parking doesn’t control anything! and on the sidewalk it seems they make clandestine transactions (it seems like a drug issue)… the corresponding authorities should review their permits and do something… there’s a reason they were already closed!!!

Poor service. When you go to pay, they give you a suggested price that exceeds the 10% tip, and if you want to pay by card, they want to charge you an extra fee.

Terrible service since they changed staff. The boneless wings now have skin on them, and the quality is poor. They gave us some burnt ones that tasted awful. Plus, they get the orders wrong every time I've ordered. I used to be a regular customer, and this was the last straw. I'll never buy from them again.
