Whenever we go to Zaragoza, we try to have dinner at least once. We love everything about this restaurant: the service (professional and friendly), the atmosphere, the food (every dish we've tried has been delicious and well-prepared), and the excellent value for money of their traditional set menus (especially the lobster rice). We highly recommend it and will continue to go.

The waiters were friendly and welcoming. There are several set menus to choose from, which must be shared between two people. Each menu includes different portion sizes for the starter and a choice of main course. Wine, water, and dessert are included. The portions are very generous and the food is delicious, especially the lobster rice and the various tapas offered with the menu (including the excellent crystal bread). The dessert (leche frita) was exquisite. I highly recommend it, especially since the prices are reasonable.

Great place for large groups. The menus are very comprehensive and reasonably priced. The service is attentive and fast. The food is all delicious and the portions are generous.

Right place to spend time with friends having lunch. It is not noisy and very relaxing place. The servers are very professional and polite. Food was excellent and nice looking dishes. In their menu, they also offer 3-4 different meal options (starters-maindish-dessert, from 30 to 50 euros aprox) which are excellent, one of those are my recommendation because you test different mediterranean meals. On weekends, they are frequently fully booked, so my recommendation is to make reservation. Congrats and greetins from the basque country, we will comeback

The space is beautiful with great windows to see the beautiful main street. The service is good. We went for the lunch menu for 19.95€, We tried all the dishes and most of them were good or very good only one disappointed us. The desserts were bellow our expectations, but it is still worthy of a visit if you are in the area.

Gluten-free options! The menus are adapted to be gluten-free. Since the starters are meant to be shared, they bring out a mix of them on a tray just for you to avoid cross-contamination—very appreciated. The main course and dessert were also adapted. The food was very good, though the service could be improved, as we waited almost an hour to be served. The food arrived at the table very quickly afterward. Fair price!

We went there for dinner with colleagues. We had our own section. Unfortunately, there were no English menus, but we managed with the help of a translator. I ordered artichokes as a starter, steak as a main course, and an espresso to wash it down. I ordered the steak medium, which I felt was quite rare. The service was a bit overwhelmed. All in all, though, it was good.

We went on a day with a lot of celebrations, probably a company luncheon. The atmosphere was so crowded that we almost had to shout to hear each other. The service was decent but lacking in friendliness, not a single smile; they just set and cleared plates, and that was it. The food was all very good.

I've come here several times to eat because the quality of the food is very good, but I always think I won't return because the noise in the dining room becomes absolutely unbearable. It's impossible to have a normal conversation with the person next to me without having to shout. Furthermore, it's clear that the number of diners is far greater than the waitstaff can handle, which means they take a very long time to serve the food between courses. We still haven't asked for the bill, and we've been eating for over three hours. However, it's worth noting the friendliness with which they served us despite their heavy workload.

I score as 2 because the quality was delicious but the staff didn't treat correctly, it was too hot inside, we couldn't keep a conversation because of the noise and finally we had to request everything three times to get them like the water, the bill..

One of the worst meals I've ever had in Zaragoza. I pulpo was shoe-leather dry and completely flavor-less and my girlfriend had the rape con alcachofas', which was an oily taste-less glorp. The service was also slow, rude and unhelpful. The food was terrible, as was the service.

Es un bar latino… ¡¡cómo no!! Se apoderan de todo… 😒 Lo prefería cuando era el NYC y ponían música de los 80’s tanto nacional como internacional con la particularidad de que le podías pedir al DJ que pusiera la canción que querías que sonase que tenía la deferencia de ponértela. En fin… ya no iré más allí. Con lo que me gustaba…

The restaurant has gone downhill in recent years. The wait time between courses is unbelievable, and the bill is also incredibly long. In this case, when we ordered menu 1, some items didn't match the regular menu, and they didn't offer any explanation. They only brought us bread after we insisted, at the very end of our second course... so it was like nothing had happened. Anyway. I won't be back, what a shame.

Very bad, very upset... because it was a very important event for me. 18 of us went for the daily menu. Once we settled in, we were all given the daily menu, from which you were supposed to choose three dishes. Well, when it came time to choose, the waiter, very rudely, told us they were going to give us some starters because with so many people leaving, we didn't believe they were going to make us 18 different dishes (for the main course, was there no problem choosing???) I suppose the other party, who were 40 diners and arrived early... they would have been able to choose!!! The same for dessert. It's the only restaurant I know where we could only order Rocher tart or melon. Oh, yes, they charged me a pretty penny for the menu price. No one warned me, and I've called a few times. I don't know... if the food was good, it seemed very bad to me, and very poor customer service... I won't go back.
