It's a huge restaurant with a downstairs area for children to eat lunch or dinner while the adults do their own thing upstairs in peace and quiet. The menu is quite extensive, and the service is fast. The food is good. Good value for money.

La calidad de la comida es muy justita. Desde que nos tomaron nota hasta que empezaron a llegar platos pasaron más de 45 minutos. Algunos de la mesa no tuvieron su plato hasta 1 hora después. El servicio se disculpó comentando que había atasco en la cocina, pero el local tampoco es que estuviese a reventar. La "pizza" del menú infantil es de todo menos pizza, y las patatas podrían ser un arma arrojadiza de lo duras y secas que estaban. Nos invitaron al postre, pero en general salimos bastante decepcionados.

It's an impressive place. Full of attractions for little ones, while adults can relax and have a drink. But at the same time, it's very disconcerting for relaxed children. Disco music, a frenetic pace throughout, completely artificial (it's in a gigantic basement). My daughter left horrified by her unfamiliarity with such artificial places that impose a pace of life that's completely out of character for a healthy childhood environment.

It's a perfect place for kids but as restaurant is slow and medium quality. Slow service, they took 15 min to find us a table and was not very crowded on a Tuesday. We ordered pasta that was cold from the fridge, asked to please heat it for the kid and they brought it back volcanic temperature. It's a restaurant for kids, you should know better about these things.

The business idea is undoubtedly brilliant: a place for children to play while their parents have a drink. However, the food is awful! It doesn't matter what you order. It's a complete disaster. What I don't like about the play area is that any adult can access it without any supervision. Since it's a basement area with some rather dark sections, the bathrooms, for example, don't seem like a safe place for children and adults to be together. Parents should also wear wristbands to know who is accessing the play area. They should improve some aspects of the business.

The place is very nice with a great atmosphere, a brilliant business idea where adults and children can eat and the little ones can enjoy activities and games while the adults chat. The family atmosphere and the space for children are undoubtedly the highlights. However, the food was quite mediocre. The tuna belly salad was bland and tasteless, the cheese selection was very average, and the tomato with burrata and pesto was okay, but the worst thing was the aged blonde beef: inedible, tough, and extremely cold. The cooking stones they brought us, after we asked for them, were of very poor quality and the meat stuck to them, which made the experience even worse. The best thing was undoubtedly the desserts, especially the cheesecake, which was the only redeeming feature of the meal. Overall, the quality-price ratio is high, but it seems that the investment in the premises and the army of waiters is paying more than the actual quality of the food, which, despite having many waiters, did not seem professional at all to me.

Fuimos ayer a cenar a Selvatik con nuestro bebé de año y medio. Primero trajeron el menú infantil de mi hijo , pedimos el escalope con patatas. Las patatas frías y los escalopes quemados , a los 15 minutos trajeron mi hamburguesa (estaba bastante buena) y a los 15 minutos cuando había terminado de cenar le trajeron el bocadillo de solomillo de Teruel a mi mujer , el interior estaba bueno pero el pan es tipo bollo y se nota que congelado. Nos pusimos en la zona de niños de hasta 3 años y metimos a nuestro bebé, llegaron unos niños/as de 10-12 años y se metieron a jugar en la zona de bebés , a empujones y a tirarsen cosas , unos zarandeos a nuestro hijo que tuvimos que sacarlo corriendo , el bebé llorando y ni los padres de dichos niños aparecieron ni los trabajadores del centro les llamaron la atención (pasando en repetidas ocasiones por delante). Los escalopes de nuestro hijo los pedimos para traer a casa y ni los perros se los han querido comer , con lo cuál ya decimos bastante. Es un lugar al cual van los padres a soltar a los niños mientras toman algo y se desentienden totalmente , el nombre les va al dedillo porque es una Selva total. No volveremos , y por semejante noche pagamos casi 70€. Nunca más.

El sitio está chulo, tienen un chiquipark gigante pero una malísima organización para cumpleaños. Penoso, y el trato no es mucho mejor. Comer o cenar no he probado, pero según me han dicho gente que lo ha progabdo que muy bien, algo caro pero muy bueno. 2 cafés con leche 5 euros. Es una pena la mala organización y escusas sin sentido a la hora de coordinar a los niños, como ya he dicho en un cumpleaños.

This is the second birthday party I've attended. (The first was my daughter's). It wasn't a coincidence, as it happened both times, how unpleasant the staff were with the children. This included the women who served the snacks (inedible both times, by the way), as well as the staff in the play area, especially the woman with Asian features who I'd say was in charge, since she was showing the place to a group of prospective employees. She was obsessed with the children wearing shoes at all times (it's the first place we've been to where they make them wear shoes even in areas with mats). After a while, she reappeared, yelling without even checking if they were barefoot or not, telling them to put their shoes on because otherwise everything would reek of feet. Seriously? Was that comment really necessary? Six-year-olds in this case, who, even if they were 15, well... Which makes me think they don't mop those floors very often... Back to the snack. Pizza like the kind you take out of the Mercadona plastic bag and put in the microwave. The fries were soggy that even the kids didn't eat them. We tried to help by giving water to the kids who were dying of thirst from playing, obviously, and the two room monitors were overwhelmed serving several birthdays, meals, and drinks, and they practically overwhelmed us. Consider leaving at least ONE bottle of water on the birthday table and not in the communal cart for everyone in the room. The cheapest day costs 17 euros per child, and I don't think a liter and a half bottle of water is much of a waste... I won't celebrate another birthday there, although I'm sure, unfortunately, that we'll have to go back.

This it’s the worst’s place I ever been in my life I came from England to have a dinner with my family and I reserve a table for my family true the Phone and when were arriving on the location we told to one of the employee about the reservation and they ignored us and didn’t treat us with respect they did try to push us away from the restaurant and I ask him for the manager and they ignores us ! This kind of place it’s really worse I ever see treating us with disrespect I’m so ashamed to come from England and to be treated like that in a different country ! I don’t recommend this place for no1 who sees this restaurant it’s disgusting !

A disaster on our arrival in Zaragoza!!! The sandwich, made the day before and reheated in the oven (you could tell by the color of the pulled pork and the bread), was cold inside and came to the table before the appetizers… there were two adults and two children, and they brought out the dishes one by one with a huge delay, so one of the children's dishes, a ham and cheese pizza, came out 20 minutes after the last dish on the table!!! And there were only two tables eating in the restaurant!!! As for the play area… In 10 years, I've never experienced paying for the service and then having your children's time taken away while you're eating… Unbelievable… On top of being expensive, it was disappointing… Oh, and when we arrived, with the restaurant empty, we had to wait 15 minutes standing up for them to clean our table… I don't know if they thought we were stupid, or if they were making fun of us, or if we just happened to be there at the wrong time… But it was a disaster.
