We love Senza Maeso! Great spot with amazing drinks!! The staff and owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and just great to be around. The Ruby Slippers is my favorite and you can get it frozen too. That will be my summer drink for sure! The decor is very unique and beautiful, you can tell they put a lot of thought into the design. With a huge outdoor area, it’s going to be a great place to hang on the weekend and hopefully catch some live music. They said they will have food trucks soon as well!

Honestly the coolest bar I’ve ever been to. It’s literally a hidden gem in the middle of the hill country. The attention to detail is off the charts. Each corner of this place was very well thought out and it shows. From the intentional choice of colors, to the wallpapers, to the paintings hanging on the walls, it’s rare you see unique, intimate bars like this these days. The drinks were out of this world. Each drink I ordered was superb: their homemade liquor is so unique and something everyone needs to try at least once. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here and bringing anyone you know to come with you as well. It’s a great place to show visitors to the area what the hill country is all about!

Not only is the inside of the bar a sight to behold, but the drinks are an exploration for the senses! The service absolutely cannot be beat, especially the manager Jennine- she really knows her stuff. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This was my first visit after driving by a few times over the last few months. We were so surprised with everything from the moment we stepped in until we left. Every member of the staff was friendly and very happy to walk through the Senza and Vodka that are brewed in house. The bar area itself was decorated with the most beautiful stained glass and the greens and gold accents on the walls made every sight visually appealing. We tried a few drinks including the Visions of Mezcal, the Senza Smoked Paloma, the Martini, the Nini’s Beanies Martini, and the Moscow Mule. Both of the home brewed alcohols were amazing by themselves and complimented the cocktails amazingly. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in San Marcos and definitely will have to stock up on some bottles!

We were in Wimberley for an early 4th of July vacation and after a dip at Blue Hole we stopped by Senza Maeso...and we are so glad we did! Every cocktail we had was a banger, from taste to presentation. I didn't get our bartender's name but she was amazing, and everyone there was super friendly! Whoever designed the bar has a great sense of style. I had to get a few bottles of Senza Maeso to take home - one for us and one for our neighbors!

We had a great visit! The vibes are unique, like Desert Door. They let us try their spirit and two of their frozens. Bathroom was fun too lol. Menu selection was broad. Worth a drop in for something unique. Dog friendly on the porch and babies welcome too 💙

Love this place! It is a hidden gem. If they didn't start to have karaoke on Mondays there, I would have never know they exist. Shout out to Fernando and Ryan for being great hosts and hooking me up with some amazing drinks. They have food trucks out there and the food is phenomenal! This little gem is tucked away in the dark, but you won't want to miss it. The senza maeso liquor and r.a.y. vodka are both made in house and there are plenty of craft cocktails that include them. The espresso martini with a touch of senza was silky, stout, and a little sweet. Very good. Also, the best Cosmo I've ever had. Sit outside, enjoy live preformances like The Ramblewoods (a central Texas favorite), and get your lips around a cocktail. Really a fantastic time.

We saw this place on Instagram and it looked like such a cool spot. We ended stopping in one afternoon and even social media can’t do this place justice. The eclectic decor, the unique cocktails, and the hospital vibe make it the perfect, swanky spot for any cocktail lover. Most of the drinks are created with their homemade Senza Maeso - you can’t get drinks like these anywhere else. We ended up returning a handful of times during our long weekend stay. If you’re ever in the San Marcos/Wimberly area, you must check this place out!

We enjoyed our time here. Coming from out of town. Really enjoyed meeting Ryan and learning about the drinks used. The cosmopolitan was my fav, had a couple to try. Awesome atmosphere, the bartenders were good, friendly and super helpful! Wish yall were in Houston!

Well, to be sure, the place has a most interesting vibe and the servers were top drawer. 6 of us came in and ordered some drinks and could not get past how 'off' they were. We tried even more drinks, practically everything they had and with open minds but ended up walking away from nearly full glasses and empty wallets - very disappointing indeed. We really wanted this to be a different experience and for the life of me, I cannot understand how literally every review I read gave 5 stars and an exemplary overall experience. Oh well, maybe they really liked it much more than we did.
