The experience was not pleasant at all. It's obvious the staff doesn't like what they do... the franchise owner should have more oversight here in Zitacuaro! In addition, the space is very small, they don't provide bathroom service, and ordering delivery significantly raises the cost of the pizza.

The place is dirty, the tables aren't cleaned, it's full of dust, used napkins are thrown on tables and the floor, the staff are slow to attend to you even when the receptionist isn't busy, they don't provide good service and if you ask something they don't know how to answer or don't want to, it's clear they don't want to work.
Indeed, most of the employees have a bad attitude; they seem to lack any dedication to service or motivation in their work, which is very unfortunate. The space is too small to eat there, and there's no restroom. I hope they expand the branch, as the city here desperately needs it. And they should also motivate their employees to provide good service.
Pizzas good but service is really slow. Always spend more than half an hour.
They make you wait for your order longer than they tell you, they don't deliver it to you when it's ready, if you don't ask them about it, they don't let you know it's ready
I arrived to order a pizza a little late because it was the moment I could go, the employees told me that they could sell me because they were about to close, I left the place and at that moment 2 more people arrived and they did sell to them, I don't know what the situation was that made them not want to sell to me but it seems to me in very bad taste that the employees have the right of admission or I don't know what it was that made them deny me service, unless my money is not worth the same as the people who arrived later
all wasted, they answer wrong, they charge you more, the prices are not real!!... they do not value success...
The experience is a bit complicated with the employees, since two of them are not happy with their work, and the rest is the commercial flavor and what is expected is something of fast food quality.

Horrible. I ordered a pizza. They didn't tell me the size of the pizza until I had already ordered it. I asked the seller to return my money. I wasn't interested, and the friend didn't want to because I was already registered in the system. With an arrogant attitude, I decided to receive his so-called pizza the size of a tortilla and leave. I don't recommend this place. It's very expensive and the sellers are rude.
