I ordered a 12 piece of chicken and she only gave me breasts and thighs. No wings, no drumsticks. The 72nd St location does not ever answer the phone and the mailbox is always full.
Food was awesome! Spicy chicken, red beans and rice, biscuits with honey. Yummy! Staff worked so hard, and they were busy! Restaurant was very clean. So was restroom. Sure miss the Cajun rice.
I have went through the drive through twice recently and the customer service and attitude just makes my heart smile! So rare to find in today's world. I want to say the young gentleman the first time was named Wesley and the young lady who works Sunday to Thursday evening both were just so sweet and friendly. They definitely stand out and shows whoever did the hiring her know great and good people.
I order the chicken bacon Swiss cheese sandwich it was very crunchy and buttery it was the perfect amount of crunch to chicken ratio. First time at Popeyes and definitely not the last it was amazing the employees were nice and even gave me suggestions when I asked for which sauce. Wonderful place, great employees, cheap, would definitely come again.
Yes it’s not always the quickest fast food place, however every time I’ve eaten here it’s been really good.
They are leading in fast food for this area Always Fresh Hot Tasty foods with good portions size. I went there repeatedly this week. Don't meet me there, beat me there!!
The chicken was absolutely exquisite. The customer service lady used her window time extremely well. Whether you're passing through or live in the area, this Popeyes is right off the freeway, and it's very convenient.
Jazmyne was really helpful and made my night. I put my order in online and had some complications, but she was able to help me. They have AMAZING service here and bomb food!!
Colleen was very friendly and assuring while the place was busy. What ever she is getting paid, she deserves more. Great service.
Cool place. I dont know if they do this everyday but when I went, an impromptu break dance battle broke out between the janitor and dry cook. That boy can poplock i tell ya. Oh yeah... The chicken was cool too. Check heem out
These guys have fun at work, and that is really refreshing in a fast food setting. They make you feel welcome there. The food is what I expect Popeye's to be. Download the app to save money. The Big Box special they run is a really good value for 2 pieces of chicken (leg and thigh), 2 sides, and a biscuit for $6.99.
Came here while in town. Keep up the great work everyone Dior Arianna Jazzy and Dj thank you for being so nice. And the managers are awesome too always take care of any problems fast.
Staff were super chill, vibe was good. Pretty sure they gave me the wrong sandwich but everything they serve is great so I wasn't worried about it.
The food is always good; when you can get it. The employees are typically kind, and there's no reason to be rude to the staff. That being said. This location is typically out of stock of not just one thing, but multiple menu items. You can be the 2nd vehicle in the drive through and still expect to wait 20+ minutes. No, they won't tell you in advance that there is an extended wait and no, they won't tell you what is out of stock until you try to order it. Food is great. Good luck getting it.
Got our order wrong, was out of all the sauces we ordered, the manager was so insanely helpful after the chaos of missing food and made it right. And although the wait was long we were thankful that everything was made right and are understanding that it can get stressful and things can be missed.
I remember when this location opened, I used to drive from Olympia to get a gallon of sweet tea. Not much has changed, still good as ever. I always recommend the sandwich or the strips, I'm not a huge fan of the bone in chicken, not that it's bad, I just prefer the other two.
Food was crispy and fresh, employee was kind, cam fast. That dang speaker needs a wall behind it though. We couldn't hardly hear each other. That must be difficult for the employees as well as the customers.
Got exactly what I ordered and it tasted great. Always backed up. It takes a really long time to place and receive your order. Allow plenty of time if you want to stop - not great if you're on a time crunch. Cleaning should be a priority!
On this specific day the 6th ave location was busy with cars wrapped around the store so I decided to take the extra 10min drive up to 72nd and to my surprise there were no cars at all in the drive through. I stupidly decided to walk in and order instead. It took 35mins to get my food. How? I seen so much strips and chicken in their warmers so I know I wasn't waiting on chicken with no lines. I ordered (3) $6 meals, nothing too crazy so when I heard them call out order 81 before my number 77, I low-key was livid because HOW did people just walking in to order at the cashier (not doordash) get their food before me? Or how did the young lady going to break that ordered 15mins after me get her 5 piece strips in a timely fashion. (2 minutes to be exact) I used to love this location but I'm not sure what's happening, or who is running it but it was as if all teenagers were working and all over the place confused. Not one responsible adult. This is such a busy and popular location, y'all gotta get your store together. Blessings.
The manager on duty, I think her name tag said Colleen is great. Unfortunately she did not have the same caliber of team members working with her. They were very busy and the staff was somewhat lethargic at best. They showed no sense of urgency at all, and there was a stack of orders sitting on the counter waiting. Colleen gave clear and precise instructions and all she got in return was blank stares and back talk. I could see no real system in place to expedite orders in the order they are placed. No monitors or even ticket holders so the orders could be bumped off as they are made or tickets hung up to be matched with the order as it is completed. Maybe I wasn't looking in the right place, but there were tickets on the counter and the floor and customers waiting for over an hour. In short Colleen handled a sad situation very well. The rest of the staff... Not so well. The food was good , but we didn't get the biscuits or the sauces we ordered. We were an online order, #71.
Update: “hope to serve you better in the future” well the future is now and I ordered an individual chicken sandwich literally! And told I had to wait seven minutes for it. Please help me understand. It’s one sandwich one piece of chicken. Smh time is money. 🤦♀️ I love Popeyes chicken! I’m gonna start off by saying that that’s why I gave him the three stars. But every single time I go to Popeyes it feels like I am waiting forever! Today I wanted to get half spicy half regular chicken. I was told it would be 15 minutes! Until spicy chicken was done so I chose to get all regular. Then I was told what I wanted fries as a side. I was gonna have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for that I told Him that was fine. After paying, I was told to go park in the front I waited 11 minutes… For my food I might as well just got the damn spicy chicken! And! They forgot half my sauces lol I’m sure I’ll still eat Popeyes chicken, but not at this location. The whole point of fast food is for it to be fast. ANDDDD!! Charge me an extra $.50 for macaroni as you can see on the receipt and I got another fry. Maybe that wasn’t ready either like the spicy chicken.😒
I honestly don’t understand why all of their reviews are horrible, I placed a huge order about an hour ago and was given the correct order, the food was very delicious other then the fries which were hard and stale, they were not stingy with the sauce and workers were very nice
I ordered delivery. I wanted a dark meat meal with winfpgs thighs and leg. I got all but the wings. The even gave me a breast.i did not want white meat at all. This is not the 1st time they got my order wrong. Something is always missing.
I enjoy eating Popeyes chicken. I visited this location twice this year May 2024. The customer service needs improvement. You can tell some employees aren’t so enthused to work there. Some management need improvement with customer service and an attitude fix. Hence, my 3 star review. The food was good as usual. Download the app for rewards towards free food.
The store was clean and easy to access. Counter person was very friendly. However, I ordered online for pick up, with a good 20 minutes for pick up time, and I got there with 1 person in store eating and 1 waiting on order to cook and they picked my online order up when I got there and started filling it. Not horrible, I mean first world problems, right? Lol, but then a few things in our order were messed up. Hubby TOLD me to check it, but she took her time and seemed to be checking the list as she went, so I figured we were good. Got home and mashed potatoes/gravy were just not in the bag, we ordered 1 spicy and 1 reg classic chicken sandwiches and both pouches said spicy (not 1 of each) and then it turned out that neither were spicy?! Lol, we also ordered 1 strawberry dessert thing and 1 apple - we got 2 strawberry ones...Not sure how that many mistakes were made when no one else was waiting. Also, hubby was not impressed with the size of Cole Slaw for almost $5. Food was good, but after all that, not going out of our way to go to Popeyes in the future.
I'm not sure what it is but almost every time we go they're out of something. This time the oil or something was old and it made the chicken taste funny. It is also disappointing that they took the fried okra off the menu. I think I'll be sticking with churches from now on.
Not good quality or tasty food, biscuits are salty and cole slaw is not like regular cole slaw it has a strange flavor...fries are nothing special. Chicken is just decent
Got two 3 piece sets. Unfortunately one of them had all hard and dry pieces of chicken. The other had one dry drumstick as well.
Staff was great and very helpful. However. 3 of the menu items I order were not available including spicy chicken sandwich, and the strawberry chill lemonade. I order two 12 piece nugget combos and It look like thumb size chicken nuggets, I was very disappointed considering that this meal cost around $12 each. Good taste good tho.
It took forever before anyone even acknowledged that I was at the counter. Some of the chicken strips were undercooked and pink inside. Gave me a bad stomach ache.
Dirty and messed up my order super bad ordered cole slaw and 8 pieces of chivken 4 biscuits....no biscuits 6 pieces of chicken no damn cole slaw....super dirty location ....wont be going back here EVER
Slowest service ever! I only ordered 1 meal and it’s taking around 25 minutes already, still waiting when and was ordered online. It’s not busy looking at all and nobody is in the drive thru. I do t understand. My family of 5 got faster service at Red Lobster during dinner time!
I need to stop coming at night my chicken tenders were beyond over done and the Cajun fries were like bricks. I paid for a 3 piece tender and only 2 were in the box I returned to the store just for the girl at the counter to have an attitude. She stated there were only 2 original tenders at the time I ordered that why I received 2. (So I guess it’s ok to charge full price of a meal still because you are out of chicken) Next she said with a dirty look and an attitude they only have spicy tenders left since they were not going to be making any more tenders for the night even though it was 10pm and they close at midnight. A simple we are all out for the night would have been a better response. I settled for the spicy which I don’t particularly care for.(I really had a taste for chicken that evening) I tried them in the car same thing beyond over done. I seen a homeless guy in the parking lot and gave him my meal explained it was overcooked chicken and he was still more than happy to accept it. That was the only positive out of the ordeal.
Love the chicken but the customer service is lacking. To say the least. I waited in line for a pick up order, wasn't greeted and had to ask for my order. There were 4 people behind the line working, that I could see, and one poor lady, the fry cook I'm guessing, calling for all the food they were waiting on. Two girls working up front were only worried about pulling orders while the lobby filled up with customers. Never go to this Popeyes unless you want to hang out for a while.
Food was fine. But I clearly told them I wanted ranch & got nothing. Had to eat my boneless wing w/o sauce.
6 PC wings, dipping sauces, condiments were missing from my drive thru order. I don't know how since I was the only one in the drive thru. It was my lunch for night shift & didn't notice till I got to work. Order#22 on 1/7
Food was good but took forever and had to wait 10 extra minutes after i got my food for like 10 fried pickles. And only half their menu screens were working so had to look up on my phone at their menu of what to order.
The service was OK. I did have to wait for fresh food to come up. I ordered a drink. I had to get a refund because the drink machine is absolutely disgusting. I wish I could post pictures and the video that I took of the drink machine because it was horrible.
Ok... Disappointing. The service was terrible... per usual and the sandwich was not all that good. More salty than spicy, no pickles in the first two sandwiches and the fries were ok. I really wish some of the employees would work on their attitudes and customer service skills a bit more. You might not like your job but there is no need for you to take it out on the customers. A little courtesy goes a long way. It won’t hurt to be polite.
Adding to this after their response back to me: Their response to everyone seems to be the SAME, so generic and dry. We will NEVER order from this establishment again as long as it’s open. Maybe the OWNERS should go through the drive-thru as “regular” people and see how the employees really are. This place doesn’t even deserve a star from me after the ignorance and unprofessionalism (regardless of it being a fast food spot) the workers have. This is the 2nd time we have had a “not so good experience” at this Popeyes. My husband and I got there at about 11:10pm on 10/31 the line only moved ONE car in about 15-20 minutes. So we decided to pull out of the drive-thru and as we were coming back around towards the front of the building there was an employee walking outside to go give a delivery to a door dash or Uber driver. My husband gets out and all he went to do was ask why is it taking FOREVER for the line to move and the female employee was just RUDE and arrogant as hell and that set my husband off all she had to say was “we apologize sir we’re short staffed or something” but INSTEAD she acting like an animal. She was then inside the building flipping my husband off and recording or acting like she was recording my car (which I don’t care) but the unprofessionalism was real. We will NOT be back to this establishment and I WILL BE in to speak to a manager.
This Popeyes has to be the WORST one I’ve ever experienced. I had to leave mid way through my order and tell them forget it because the worker was so rude. I’m pretty sure he was the manager. Light skinned with 1cm of hair on his head. I understand it’s fast food but this man literally gave me so much attitude just for ordering and pulling up to the next window. Yall need to fire him fr because he obviously does not want to work there. Please!
Unbelievable... they are so slow. Waited in line for 15 minutes at the drive thru .... after you order, they tell you to stay there, they don't let you pull forward... what kind of clown show is this
Spent $80 on food and I will not be coming back. All my sides were not filled, one was only filled halfway! The fries were the worst I've ever eaten in my life, tasted like they had been in the warmer just sitting for hours. Then on top of all that, forgot sauces for a 16 pc tender family meal. Never again will I eat at this popeyes and I will spread the word about how they don't give you what you pay for.
The fries were very hard and cold, the chicken was old and hard, they did not have the biscuits that went with the meal. Gave me a drink for the biscuits, I asked for a dessert instead and they said no. The meal is $24.99. I took pictures of the food, inedible but too late to take it back or I would have!!!
Consistently terrible service. Online orders are not filled and ready to pick up; instead, they started the order (which they received) when we entered the store. Often, workers avoid eye contact and do not even ask a simple, "How can we help?" They are often out of menu items and not helpful about substitutions or refunds. The food has also been of poorer quality lately. A truly badly run location of a usually good franchise with delicious food. Whoever owns and managed this site should get out of the business. Awful.
I would honestly give them no stars. This location needs a whole new team including managers. I ordered the 3piece tenders and fries , everything was served cold …. hold up no heat lamp stale chicken and fries nah cold is how we serve it. I most definitely called corporate and they want you to text your complaint …. No AI!!! I guess that’s expecting too much. Well just close down already. Every complaint is similar with no changes.
Service really sucked. They did not listen to what we ordered and had to repeat ourselves numerous times. The drive way does not acomedate bigger vehicles. And there beans and rice tasted like chemicals.
Was given 10pc strips instead of two sandwiches despite receipt clearly saying two sandwiches. Then waited 50 minutes at the counter while employees showed no hurry to complete orders, just for the beans and rice to smell like burnt motor oil. Employees were visibly smoking vape pens containing what was likely the reason they didn't hurry to complete mine, or the other 20 customer's orders.
First time ar this location, just as you enter the buisness doors extremely greasy floors to where it felt like you were on an ice rink. Wait for over 10 mins as the prep guy just looks at us and a young girl talking in her phone laughing in the room behind the counter. Finally the prep guy takes his gloves off and comes to the counter to take our order. Order placed. Another customer comes in and the girl on the phone hangs up and comes to the counter takes customers order. 15 mins later the customers order is ready and she leaves with her food.. still waiting I sit wondering what's going on with the order... 35 mins after ordering i ask and the worker being very rude stating the previous customer was there before up.. not the case.. at this point I just want to enjoy my food before a car show..... we got take out ... once I get to the food grab a fries and proceed to eat it... Just grossssss.. old dry fries looked to be from the previous night.. very unsanitary and the chicken was also dry ... the soda tasted like old metal.. makes me wonder when the last time they cleaned it. Our $60+ was tossed our in fear of getting poisoning. Never will we eat there again.. if possible I'd leave a 0 review rating.
I'm not sure what the criteria is to work here but every employee I've dealt with at this location is beyond rude. Even to start. This isn't like a I was rude and they snapped back, this is 'what do you want? You're ruining my whole day by existing. How dare you order something being advertised on tv AND being featured on the drive through menu because it's "discontinued" when really we just don't feel like making it?' The customer service here is atrocious. Been here twice, only ordered once. Never again. Good luck to anyone who reads this and thinks meh, I'll try it anyway. Don't say you weren't warned.
I placed an order at home on my computer and waited about 10 to 15 minutes to go pick it up. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told that my order would take 20 more minutes to prepare. Obviously, they did not start prepping my order until I got there. What is the point in placing an order online before you go there? I requested a refund and I was told they could not refund it since I ordered online. I told them at Drive-Thru that I would sit in front of the speaker for 20 minutes and maybe they would learn to look at orders and not be lazy. We as a society are allowing companies to do this to us and it needs to stop. They lost $90 for my order and hopefully a couple hundred more dollars for the people that I ran out of the drive-thru because I wouldn't move. I will never eat at Popeye's ever again and hopefully they go out of business.
I usually don't leave bad reviews but do NOT come here! They are so incredibly slow and the manager doesn't even help when it's busy, just sits in the back. The employees don't understand the most simple questions possible, and always appear generally confused. Then you wait forever for the food to somehow still not be hot?! They never feel like working, 0/10 awful service, they should seriously close this location.
I came here and ordered a 10 piece family meal. I had great hospitality. The whole time through the drive-through was very patient and waited for my order. I even added a gallon drink and an extra large side. They took forever and by the time I got home my order was incomplete, I called back to let them know and had to call several times because I wanted to feed my family before the food had gotten cold. I finally got an answer and explained my situation. They also hadn’t put any silverware or paper towels in my bag or any sauces, the manager had a very nasty attitude and was very rude and said do you have enough time to come back for two pieces of chicken ice replied yes I got there and came inside. The building with my little brother explained to them with my receipt that I was and that we needed two pieces of chicken. The manager came out, looked me up and down and told the workers to only give us our two pieces of chicken , she didn’t offer anything complementary she was customer service as of the workers. They were nice and I know they were only doing as was told we had great customer service and the drive-through. I’m not sure if Manager just having a bad day but that is no way to treat your customers.
Gave me burnt and dry chicken like seriously this have been multiple times! people are paying ridiculous prices for horrible service and lack of respect if you don't wanna work don't work if you're gonna be lazy at your job don't show up never again will I be spending money here again !
The whole experience was terrible. I planned on eating in the lobby but it was trashed. Every table was dirty and there was food on the floor.. even an old chicken bone. Took forever to order and it was way overpriced for the quality. The chicken was undercooked and the fries were skimpy and cold. My kids got sick from eating at this location. Never going back.
Worst customer service & attitude. Spent $130+ on a takeout order on mother's Day. When I got home ( 5 mins later) i realized I was missing 3 Lg sides of fries & Cole slaw. Came back with my receipt and they gave me an attitude/ignore me, they thought I was laying. If I had wanted to steal from them it wouldn't been coleslaw. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
This location is garbage. You can barely hear and have to almost yell to order because it’s so loud by the freeway. The customer service has been consistently awful and they are ALWAYS either behind or take forever to prepare food. Clearly complaining doesn’t do anything because everyone gets the same generic message from “the owner” and things don’t seem to change. Will not waste my time trying this location again.
I came through drive thru and ordered a 16 piece family for $72. The receipt said what I was supposed to receive but instead I got a bunch of wings and breast and half a cup of Mac and cheese that I had to pay extra for. I was parked and they did not even bring my sauces or any napkins for that matter. For that much money I expected better service and better food. Will not be returning to people who are looking to get over on their paying customers.
I’m tired of having bad experiences here. My fries were overdone, I’m assuming my chicken was sitting under a heat lamp way too long because it has the texture of a tire and I only got two sauces when I paid for 3 will never come here again. I miss when Popeyes had better quality control I hope things get better for this company
Terrible popeyes you'll be waiting forever just 2 place your order with only 1 car ahead of you. They're lazy and have nothing but young adult teenager types working in here. Barely any spicy mayo on my chicken sandwich, asked for ranch twice and didn't get any. Overall I'd give this location a zero, Do better!
One star is too many. We waited over 35 minutes, food still wasn’t done when my husband walked inside to check. Worker was picking his nose, handling the food. Very unsanitary, I am surprised no one has reported getting sick from this restaurant. Eat at your own risk. zero organization, no one knows what they’re doing. We left without getting our food.
They be closing the drive through out of no where, they make you get out and order inside just for the food to be cold and even taste old somehow. Over all every time I go and think “maybe this time it’ll be better” they prove me wrong
I always come to this location when I crave for fried chicken. However, they seemed to always have management issues, this time it got to an extreme that the Assistant Manager was chatting with the employees and have all customers waited empty hands in the lobby. Just poor management since ever. All food was cold and I only live 10 minutes away. My 10 piece chicken box only came with all breast when it stated 3 legs 3 thighs, will not return and do not recommend this place. Just go to exit 111. It’s much better service there.
I wish that this Popeyes was shut down. For one the service they have an attitude when you order the food. Then you tell him what you want they don't even put the all the food in there but they don't have a problem with taking your money ordered a 12 piece chicken fries and a biscuit in with strawberry jelly they gave me the chicken the jelly no biscuit no fries in my drink I had I tried calling them they don't answer they have perfect customer service minus 100 I hope corporate one day comes down on them or shuts them down. Customers always right and for me to even give him my money which I don't really care for Popeyes due to their service in that area be so bad this just solidifies how I feel about Popeye's Chicken never going to this restaurant ever again and I encourage you guys to go to Chick-fil-A or go to a different chicken place Wingstop is a little bit better then Popeye's Chicken due to their customer service and how they treat you
Worse Popeyes I ever been to in my life. A bunch of young employees who don't take their job serious and are extremely slow. Who ever the Manager is it seems she's having a hard time with those young people working in there. This is in Washington where everyone is privileged and sensitive. It's just too many young people at this location that don't take their job serious.
I have no idea but it always takes forever to get your food here even when there is no other cars at the drive thru. My chicken sandwhich was cold and soggy right when i got it from the worker, and the customer service is really really bad.
Ordered 6 piece wings , 2 piece chicken and spicy tenders. I got a box of plain cold tasteless tenders . Mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese cold and terrible.
Absolutely Disappointed – Worst Customer Service Ever I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at Popeyes. I placed an order for a 10-piece Signature Chicken meal and was shocked to receive 9 wings and just 1 breast. That’s not what I paid for, and it’s certainly not what was advertised. When I returned to the store to address the issue, the manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. She was rude, disrespectful, and raised her voice at me for simply pointing out the mistake. Instead of listening or offering a solution, she walked away and completely ignored me, leaving me standing there without any resolution. I have never been treated this badly at any restaurant, and this experience has completely turned me off from Popeyes. It’s one thing to make a mistake with an order—but the attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete disregard for basic customer service were appalling. I will not be returning, and I sincerely hope corporate takes situations like this seriously.
This Popeyes location exhibits significantly substandard service compared to other franchise locations. My mobile order, placed well in advance, experienced considerable delays.Upon arrival for order pickup, I experienced a 45-minute delay and was repeatedly questioned about the purpose of my visit. Meanwhile, my order was completed and left unattended among other finished orders.I have repeatedly patronized this establishment, yet have been dissatisfied approximately 90% of the time. Therefore, I prefer to travel further for superior, expedited service
WARNING!!! This location does not honor what is on theyre own menu board in the drive thru. Or inside this restaurant. The menu very clearly says
Went through the drive thru. They gave us our drinks and asked us to pull in front of the store. We waited OVER AN HOUR in front AND didn't get 1 biscuit, cocktail sauce, Spicy Bacon Cheese Sand, Ranch sauce & 1 Regular Cajun Fries. So we waited over an hour AND we paid almost $70 and didn't get almost $20 worth of the food we paid for. Absolute rip off. The lady was nice & apologetic for the wait and did toss in 2 desserts which was nice, but multiple people went without the food they ordered to begin with.
I understand Popeyes run out of chickens sandwiches and replacing it with chicken tenders ok. Not happy with the replacement! It cost more than I order.
The counter person spoke so fast and Incoherently I had to ask 2x to slow down a repeat because I am hard of hearing and could not possibly read her lips. No condiments out or offered with meal, soda was flat,and chicken was raw. Oh and are fast food places supposed to wear hair nets? Not here. Won't eat here ever again.
You can get better tasting chicken at any grocery store. No flavor at all, even with the spicy. Tasted like it was under the heat lamp too long. Then, I remember why I don't go to popeye's. Maybe I'll wait another 10 years before I try it again.
Some of the absolute worst and slowest service you will find anywhere on the Earth. And it’s not just a Popeyes problem in general, there are other Popeyes locations that are just fine. This one is absolutely terrible.
Ordered thru the drive thru, told us to pull around front and wait for 5 mins for our food to come out fresh. We ended up waiting 30 mins!!! Before we went in the store and they told us they forgot about our order…. We ordered desserts that they never even put in our order but I was so frustrated with the wait I just left….Terrible service. No one seems to know what they are doing in there…
Went in to get chicken with the t mobile promo this week. 3 piece tenders for a dollar. Popeyes said they applied the code but didn’t. Refused to fix the mistake. My boyfriend had ordered food separately himself and it was supposed to be spicy (which it wasn’t). So over charged and food wrong. Edit to add: you’re SORRY? You were not sorry enough when I was in there to fix it and honor the promo, even though several of your employees stated how it was active and should be honored.
Ordered the freddy deluxe box and the classic chicken sandwich combo...smh. The cheese bites were the worst!! It was so old and rubbery. And my sandwich had so much batter it made it so greasy. Fries were so old it was chewy. Whoever is the manager there needs to do a better job. And the owner should be more concerned.
Got the whole order wrong, gave me mild strips not spicy like I ordered, my dr. Pepper had no syrup or carbonation, rice was not fully cooked in my red beans n rice and chicken strips were old. I do not recommend this store. $21.00 of my money for food I had to throw away
Yesterday, I had ordered the 24 wing combo, home styled mac and cheese, and the wings and sandwich combo online, and had received everything in my order, however when i had taken a bite out of my chicken sandwich it was raw inside then a few minutes later many of my family members came to me and showed me all of their chickens were raw. After finding out all of the chicken was raw, i had called the location making a complaint which had been resolved by the team as they had remade my entire order. When my family had received their food once again everything was RAW. I’m highly disappointed in the food quality as this exposes my family, and i to the potential of developing food poisoning especially after letting them know that the food they had made earlier had been raw. I genuinely hope this location improves on the food quality and safety.
Always slow, terrible service. Latest example, they gave my freaking mobile order to someone else. They remade it (pretty sure they gave me at least one wrong item on a special which you think they would know what goes in it but whatever) but yeah what a mess. This was after waiting for like 20 minutes in the damn drive through and they told me I would have to come in to get it remade. What a joke. Their food isn't even good anymore.
I ordered online and went to pick up in the drive through 30 minutes later. They had me park out front. I waited 20 minutes and then went inside and had to wait another 10 minutes. And they forgot my fries. The app wouldn't refund me my money for the fries so now I'm stuck with points on an app I don't want to use.
I have never been in this restaurant before yesterday and I will not be visiting again. The restaurant was filthy. And this is the tray they served my food on. After taking the food off the tray, I tried to go wash my hands in the bathroom and the water wouldn’t turn on. This is pretty disgusting, and throwing a paper liner on top doesn’t make me feel confident that they care about the surfaces our food is prepared or served on. I completely lost my appetite. $50 for chicken that comes on dirty trays seems way off to me.
I just went through the drive-thru, I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a 3 piece blackened tender with mashed potatoesfor the side. I was told to pull to the front because my order was not ready yet. I went in to check on my order after THIRTY MINUTES, STILL NOT READY! Seven minutes later, now at almost 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 3 tenders finally came out. No bag, no sauce, no napkins, no spoon for mashed potatoes!!! Also my bun is upside down!!An absolute disgrace!!!!
