I think it would have been better somewhere else. Sometimes it's a pain to get there because of the traffic.
Muy lento el servicio
Service is a little slow but the pan de muerto was delicious. The coffee is good but it felt like a champurrado. The milk was thick or something. And the espresso flavor was very light this tasted more like a hazelnut milkshake.
The coffee is very good, but as many have mentioned, the service is terrible; they take forever to deliver your order, whether you order there or through the app. There's also a lack of signage indicating that there are two lanes; they should look at how other lanes are set up and adapt that system.

It's the only cafeteria where they don't prepare the products well; they taste bad.
It's the only branch in Apson, and compared to other branches in the state, it meets the brand's quality standards. However, I don't know if it's because it's a new branch, but we had a bad experience with the service. It was a bit slow, and in the end, they delivered the products without giving us napkins, straws, or spoons for the sundaes and villatos.
The drinks are excellent, obviously, but the service leaves much to be desired! They take two hours to serve you, haha! Not even in big cities do you get this good service.
SUPER slow! Every time I go, I have to wait at least 30-40 minutes even if there aren't that many cars in front of me, and I've even had to wait 40 minutes with three cars ahead.
It took a long time to deliver a mocha cappuccino and there were no people, just a car in front and 25 minutes for my cappuccino
Terrible service. I ordered at 8:40 pm and at 10:05 pm they delivered my coffee. I wanted to leave and there was no way out. The employees were rude and angry because I asked to be allowed to leave; they just had to move a car.
Terrible service. Over an hour's wait for a coffee. I don't recommend it. Go to another café instead.
I understand it's new and all, but if they're not trained to work when it's busy, it's pointless. They're making coffee, it's not like they're fine-cutting food to make it perfect, and even then you can't wait more than an hour or two in a restaurant. If they don't train their staff properly, they should close and train them again until they master this kind of coffee-making. And the most infuriating thing is that they don't let you leave; you have to wait as long as they want. It's unbelievable. More than an hour for a simple coffee. Ridiculous, and I hope the ranger sees this message. It's totally stupid that they do this. 😡🤬🤬 Of course, I would go back.
