What I liked most is that the burgers really have a homemade seasoning, at the same time very rich and, for example, the double-meat one, the Monterrey is wow!! Also the chocolate shake and if you like hot dogs, I also highly recommend them. You don't have to struggle to park and it's very central. Keep in mind that they are very large! So if you go, go very hungry so you can also order an appetizer like some burger-sized fries that come with chicken or a cornbread with ice cream for dessert 👏🏼

Excellent place, good price for the portions, exquisite flavor, the potatoes cooked to perfection, the meat delicious, and the bacon crispy and flavorful. The milkshakes are simple, straightforward, and have a splendid flavor. The service is incredible, they greet you and send you off warmly. The music and atmosphere are excellent, a great business.

We ordered takeout and it took way too long. The bread was terribly crumbly and stale, like it was days old. The meat was a bit salty, but the staff were friendly and the place was clean.

No los califico con una estrella porque los insumos se nota que son de calidad. Desgraciadamente, el hecho de usar buenos ingredientes no garantiza que el sabor sea bueno. Las hamburguesas son de muy buen tamaño, eso no lo discuto, pero la disponibilidad del restaurante respecto a ingredientes deja mucho que desear. Mi esposa y yo fuimos por todos los buenos comentarios que leímos, tristemente nos fuimos muy decepcionados. Primero, quisimos ordenar unas papas burguerisima (van bañadas de salsa búfalo) solo que le comentamos al mesero si es que podía ser posible cambiar la salsa por otra de las que tienen en el menú, fue un tajante NO. Me extraño un poco porque nunca antes me había sucedido que no se pudiera cambiar un ingrediente en sustitución de otro (en algunos te comentan que tiene costo, pero te dan la opción). Los boneless son los más pequeños que he visto en un restaurante, creo que he comido Nuggets más grandes. Hubo un momento donde se nos terminaron las rodajas de chile jalapeño (yo acostumbro mucho comer picante) y pedimos más, otra sorpresa sucede cuando me dan como 8 rodajas más, lo cual me sirvió para uno o 2 mordiscos mas. Poco después preguntamos si una malteada tardaba mucho tiempo en estar lista (nos percatamos que los tiempos de preparación eran altos) y nos dijeron que no, que en 5 minutos estaba lista. Esos 5 se convirtieron en aproximadamente entre 15 y 20. Y ya para finalizar, nos sobró poco más de media hamburguesa con papas a la francesa que pedimos para llevar, solo nos guardaron la hamburguesa (en un plato desechable que estaba roto y no podíamos cerrar) y las papas las dejaron ahí (no se si ellos acostumbren tirarlas) por lo que procedimos a guardarlas manualmente nosotros en el plato que al final llevamos cerrado con nudos en el papel de la hamburguesa y las manos. De cuenta pagué alrededor de $650 (propina aparte) por 2 hamburguesas, 2 aguas minerales, una orden de boneless y una malteada, y mi sensación fue de que mejor me hubiera ido a Carls Jr. No quiero decir que tuve una pésima experiencia (porque no lo fue) pero si buscas hamburguesas locales creo que hay mejores opciones como Bovinos o JFK con mejor sabor y mejor precio. Si no te gustan las hamburguesas al carbón y el dinero no es tema mejor ve a Carls Jr. Si, el restaurante es bonito y limpio, además que se notan los insumos de calidad, pero habría que agregar todas las deficiencias que te platiqué y aún más importante, les falta algo de sabor para considerarlas buenas.

Van un par de veces que llegamos al lugar y tardan muchísimo en tomar tu orden & preparar tu pedido por lo que esa vez preferimos solicitar servicio a domicilio pero fue peor, tardaron 20 min para lograr tomar mi órden por WhatsApp, no leen lo que les escribes, no cumplen con su tabulador de cobro a domicilio, empacan muy mal. Por cierto, a domicilio solo manejan pago en efectivo... En Resumen. Ha decaído Bastante su Servicio! Lástima era una muy buena opción.

The food was excessively greasy, and the wait time (we went on a Sunday) was very long. I understand that the service is busy on weekends, but it was excessive. The BBQ burgers were extremely sour, and overall, the food wasn't good. :/

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE :( My boyfriend and I had high expectations for this restaurant because we were guided by the good reviews, however, we had a very bad experience. Our order took approximately 45 minutes to be ready, if not more. Some customers who arrived after us (and ordered on the spot) received their orders earlier, and they were very similar to ours. There was a moment when the cooks were just chatting, since the kitchen and the tables are connected, which is how we noticed. By the way, they could really use more fans; the heat in there is unbearable. When our order arrived, the bun on one of the hamburgers was completely squashed. We also ordered fries with boneless chicken and sauces. You can justify the size of the boneless chicken, but not the fact that it was burnt and like rocks. One of the drinks we ordered was orange soda, which was sour and tasteless. We wanted horchata, but the waiter told us they were out. Fifteen minutes later, they were serving horchata to another table. They could have easily told us it might take a while since they didn't have any at the moment; I mean, we could have waited for the horchata since our food took much longer. The place is small, the heat is unbearable, and they need to clean it. Our table and chairs still had food scraps on them, and the ingredients aren't good quality. We can salvage the flavor of the milkshake, but considering what we spent there, we could have eaten better without having such a bad experience. :(
