We were hesitant to go in. The place was empty, Saturday at 8 pm. We decided to give it a try, and honestly, we didn't regret it. My son and I decided to order two different pasta dishes to try: the Toscana and the bacon pasta. Both were really, really good. The sauces were delicious. The concept is great. The staff was very attentive. While you're there, be sure to try the sushi from your neighbors. My wife and daughter ordered from there, and it was also very tasty.

You'll probably be familiar with fruit in a cup, and if you're from the North, even corn in a cup, but have you heard of pasta in a cup? Impasto, pasta made to go and enjoy on the go if you wish. The best part? They make the pasta, it's not from a common package, and you can taste and feel the difference. The portion doesn't seem large, but it really satisfies your appetite. All their presentations are covered in freshly grated cheese. Delicious.
