A branch of the Super Pollo chicken chain located on the corner of Avenida Convención, 1914 Poniente, and Ignacio T. Chávez Street, in the eastern part of Aguascalientes. The food is adequate; it's not the cheapest option, but the chicken is larger than average. In addition, they have a variety of items you can't find anywhere else. Unfortunately, this generates high demand, which ultimately affects the quality of service. The service is quite slow, regardless of whether you're eating in or taking out. Correct.

I arrived very hungry, the place was less than half full. They brought me the menu, and it took them over 25 minutes to take my order, and another 25 minutes to bring my dish, which was red enchiladas with chicken. The lime water was delicious. Lots of room for improvement...

From the Super Chicken restaurant of 10 years ago, this one has become a caricature. The food is expensive and bland. The chicken is overcooked. Shame. It was a great option.

They don't make the salads like they used to; they've gone downhill. I know it's a very homey and tasty place, but the salads are terrible. The spinach was spoiled, the lettuce was yellow and watery, and some of the fried tortillas they serve were moldy and smelled awful.

Sugiero estén pendientes que les pongan su pedido COMPLETO. En ocasiones, al final le preguntas si ya te puso tal cosa que pediste, y te dicen que NO. (Y ya en ese momento te la ponen). Revisen bien. Por lo demás, la calidad de los alimentos, a mi parecer, es buena. Edit. La última vez el pollo súper crudo y, para no variar, en vez de papas al ajillo, pusieron una papa rellena. Ahora sí, BYE. No nos volvemos a parar ahí.

The service was incredibly slow. I only ordered two flautas to go and had to wait over half an hour. One person told the other, "They served three customers ahead of me and my flautas just weren't coming out." I'm still waiting while I write this review and they still haven't served me. I made a mistake coming here. I won't be back.
