A very nice place, excellent atmosphere, but terrible service. I had a waitress who was very rude and made faces of disgust. Everything else was fine.

There are always tables available and the service is quick; the taste is acceptable, but since it's frozen food, you can't expect too much.

I didn't like the wings, either they are too brown or they are reheated and the sauces lack flavor, they don't taste like anything, they are just spicy.

Last weekend they didn't have the mango habanero dressing, so we ordered a different flavor. This weekend we went with a group of friends and we were incredibly disappointed. When we ordered, they took our order and 10 minutes later they told us they didn't have any wings or bonnets, plus they didn't have the BBQ dressing. To top it all off, I asked for a mineral water lemonade and they didn't have any soda to make it. This can't be such terrible service. We told the waitress who the manager was, and she told us he left on his motorcycle and would be back soon. We saw someone returning on a motorcycle at the bar. We assumed he was going to approach us, but nothing, zero attention.

They have already declined in quality, not to mention in presentation. When I bit into some wings, they came out all black. Since then, I have not returned to this place.

The service was terrible. Besides the fact that the women there are very vulgar, they act like escorts with the men, ignoring you but treating the men they're selling "the caress" very well. We had to leave the establishment because the girls started arguing over who would serve us; one was on her cell phone and the other was flirting with the man. Very bad service.

I do not recommend it. My wings came out with feathers. Unfortunately, I ordered them to go and I didn't have time to return them. If you can, go buy them somewhere else. Thank you.

The bathroom had no toilet paper, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, they don't allow smoking even though it's at the table next to the stool, but the waitress does allow you to go outside to smoke and leave the tables unattended.
