From the moment you step inside you know this place will be special. Wonderful atmosphere and great music sekection. Authentic Argentinan restaurant. Best steak my partner has ever had. I enjoyed vegan option with an interesting mix of flavors; roasted eggplant in a puffed pastry on a bed of greens with ripe pear and raspberries. Delicious. Lovely cod cakes as a starter. Stocked bar. Outside dining option. Cash only.

A beautiful side street with views of the castle, they have blankets available for if it gets cold in the evening. The food is delicious - we had the summer salad, green pepper tempura, Argentinian steak and the most amazing chocolate cake with home made dulce de leche. An absolute must visit while you're in Lisbon.

Had a really nice experience ordered the “tira Argentina”whick was super tender, juicy and cocked to perfection (asked for rare). Had the “empanadas de carne argentina” for entries which were also amazing. The street where the restaurant is located has a nice vibe, the only down side was the waiting time for the main menu, understandable since the restaurant was packed. Nice experience overall.

It was a good meal, the atmosphere outside was busy and not very relaxing but a pretty street. Food was good, not amazing but enjoyable and well presented. Service was great, cash only which was mentioned before we sat down.

First this: bring cash as they don't accept cards! You may find this a letdown, but I think this is a test to see if you want to do that extra mile to eat here. There's actually an ATM around the corner. Nice and cozy little restaurant, very friendly service and excellent food, perfect value for your cash 💶. We had the Argentine steak and tuna steak, finger licking good.

None of us enjoyed our steak here. We all got medium rare and every single steak was cooked differently. The cut was very fatty and chewy

Cute place with all the other more or less tourist restaurant on the hill, the food was just good but nothing really super special, will no made the walk again to come back. I order raviolis and got dumplings, the stuffing was good and the sauce was good, but there where nothing close to a Argentinian ravioli

Nice atmosphere inside, however that’s all for the positives - both the food and drinks seem to be of poor quality for the price. A few staff members are also quite rude when serving especially the small man with dark scruffy hair. I’d also put a sign outside informing of the cash only system as it wasn’t a problem for us, but I could see it causing issues for others who do use card regularly, and it is a modern world now. All in all, go to the fado restaurant opposite for a better experience.

It was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. The food was cold and tasteless, and the staff were very rude. The service was slow and unprofessional. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

We’ve been in this place by mistake and it was really mistake! The octopus was more than mediocre. In the end when we asked the bill, some from staff told us that we can pay with cash or PayPal only, no card. Since we hadn’t have a cash or PayPal, it was a bit problematic, and after this we had short but unpleasant conversation about our bill and payment method.

The location and ambiance of this restaurant are lovely, but the overall experience was disappointing. The fish dish I ordered did not taste fresh, which was surprising and quite off-putting. For a place that seems to pride itself on presentation, the quality of the main ingredient really missed the mark. Bread wasn’t provided — not even as an option — which felt unusual and a bit stingy. Also, no water was offered at any point during the meal, not even tap water, which reflects poorly on the service and hospitality. A pretty setting can’t make up for a lackluster meal and inattentive service. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this spot based on my visit.
