Fries were soggy and undercooked!!! I had to throw them away, who ever is manager of this place make sure the fries are cooked right! Cooks need some cooking lessons!!!!!! I won’t be coming back until then.

I hadn't been here in years , I was in the area and decided to go. It smells so so so bad to the point that I couldn't eat my hamburger, and before that I went to the bathroom and it is so gross and smells even worst . I would not NOT come back. It should be close down and rebuilt . I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL .

The quality at this Bobos has truly gone down for sure. The last few times they serve the fries cold and such a small portion compared to a few years ago and today the burger buns was burnt. Visibly that any person can see it and it will definitely be my last time coming here I'm switching to another place name Pete's at Paramount Blvd in South Gate. A 15 min drive but the fries are always warm and they give better portions than here.

I don’t know whats happening to this bobos. Ive been q customer here for 40 years. Went to get my dad a steak sandwich and it was the worst thing we have ever ate here. Quality is low to the ground. The meat was harder than a tire, bread was cold and the lettuce piece was the hard part of the lettuce. Horrible never again.

Took way too long on a salad and chili cheese fries also they did not want to give me my ranch dip, the salad had lots of dirty water in it. I definitely will not order food from this place again its not in good condition.

The morning shift is great! And they are very friendly. But the evening shift looks like they don't care about customers. Looks like they are only there for a paycheck!!!!!!! They should audit there staff. There Very rude and always mess up my orders!

As soon as I walked in, the restroom smell told me to leave, but I was in a hurry. I was in my lunch break, and my wife (accompanying me) told me to sit far from the restroom. I ordered the dinner chicken and my wife the egg, french toast plate. The scramble eggs didn't taste well. The french toast was dry. My chicken plate, fry chicken, was hard like cardboard. The server offered to replace it with grill, which I accepted. But it was the same. This bobo's on Firestone and Santa Fe was terrible.

I was very hesitant to write a review but its been multiple times that things go wrong either on food or service. Today I went to buy breakfast thru the drive-thru and the wait time of 20 mins is ridiculous and the quality of the food wasn’t good either it was burnt or sloppy made. Now I came a month ago and I saw this worker sleeping in the dining room snoring while I was eating with my mom and son it made us feel very uncomfortable and we decided to just leave. Now this was the same guy cooking today maybe his over worked because the orders taking so long and either burnt or sloppy is ridiculous.
