My husband is out of town so my adult son requested pizza. I was already at the east end but he laughingly said he wasn't going to spend 40.00 on one pizza. We've been seeing the Domino's ad so that's where I headed. Worth the drive! I was greeted right away. I was early but they kept checking on me. A big smile when I paid. 2 pizzas and pepperoni cheese bread under 35.00. Definitely going back!

I placed an order in advance that ended up taking 15-20 minutes longer than expected, but when I came to pick it up, I learned why -- one worker called in sick and left a solid employee with the burden of taking on multiple bulk orders. Primo was the anchor of Alameda's Domino's Pizza today, keeping a cool head while drowning in pizzas during the lunch rush. He remained highly professional despite the stressful circumstances, answering the phone the next available moment he could while pumping out pizza after pizza for the steady stream of orders to get through. Because of Primo, I could not be upset about the delayed pick up time and I only had praise and applause for the man of the hour who nearly single handedly kept the business running today.

We have been ordering pizza from here for several years now, ever since Dominos did their reboot. We order much more frequently than I'd like to admit, on average once a month at least. This location is consistently good. I've only had a couple of orders that weren't just right. They are very fast. I've only had one experience where I was waiting for a long time, and that's because they had a huge order. I love the curbside pickup feature. The employee who brings me the pizza seems to genuinely appreciate my business and seem happy with their jobs, which is always a good thing.

My whole experience was great! I placed my order, got in my truck and drove there, parked and they brought my order out to me five minutes after I parked. The pizza was made EXACTLY the way I ordered it and the young man who brought my order out to me was very friendly and gave great customer service. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Great, fast service! The pizza was still hot when I got home.

Awesome place when u walk and sometimes they have different sounds when u walk in and the workers are very nice and friendly but the only thing that I had a issue with is the recent time i went there the food was a little over cooked and there wasn’t much flavor when me and mom bit into it but the drinks and every thing else was fine besides the food being over cooked and had no flavor to but i would go here again

Be sure to place your order online ahead of time to save time from waiting. Our pizzas were ready in less than 20 minutes on a busy weekday night. Only downside is that there is no dedicated parking lot at this location so parking might be a bit of a challenge.

The staff here is really kind and hardworking. I ordered a pizza from them on Halloween. It was extremely slammed here on Halloween. In the midst of the chaos, my order was 90ish minutes late and somehow got cancelled. It was definitely a bummer but in the grand scheme of things - and especially on the chaos of a holiday night, it was okay. When I called the location and tried to figure everything with my order, the young man who answered was so kind - despite sensing that the kid was under some holiday pressure and was just trying to get through the night. It totally sucks that my order never made it, but I applaud the kid who answered the phones this Halloween night. I just accepted the cancelled order but I do hope the night was as easy as possible on this kid and the whole location’s staff as they were slammed on a busy holiday night. I didn’t get the guy’s name but he really was doing his best among the chaos!

I order from here because it’s just around the corner from my place. Every time I order, I get Dominos quality food, great ingredients and & quality pizza. Even their chicken wings are decent quality for the price and convenience.

I came here with a couple friends. It was pretty late at night so not a lot of people were there. There were a couple people ahead of us and the staff members were very quick and helpful when giving them their food. They also answered our questions when we were confused about how to split toppings, aswell as being patient with us as we took some time trying to figure out the money. Special thanks to Kelsi who was very nice and helpful. We chatted for a little bit as he was leaving his shift. He was very nice and kept making our table laugh. Definitely a chill place to get pizza on a late night I highly recommend

This location can get very busy because it’s the only Dominoes in Alameda. Nevertheless the employees and delivery drivers work hard to push orders out. We ordered here a few days ago and this place was packed with about 8 people inside and delivery drivers coming in and out. We ordered and only had to wait about 13 minutes. Very hardworking employees and pizza came out amazing.

We really enjoy the two different types of pizza I order today. It was right measuring toppings and most important, crust was nice crispy with a garlic flavor. It was the right thickness. Well I see Domino's is going to be in my next choice for pizza

Pizza, lava cakes, extra sauces excellent. Issue with messages: I was watching the "alert meter" it was showing checking quality still when my order arrived. I checked my "meter" when I came back in with my pizza and saw it showing order delivered at 4:29 when the time was actually 4:51. So definitely good food and fast delivery (I had ordered at 4:14) but don't trust their alert meter.

Still a good deal for 6.99 though. Previous 5- star review Idk why the rating for this Domino’s is a 4.1. We came here on a Monday night and did the 2 for 6.99 each deal. Wait time was 25min which was fine. Pizza was delicious and looked good to me, I thought they did a good job with the toppings. Service was good as well and the shop was clean. So I know this is considered fast food but still… So I ordered 2 pizzas and both came with a few huge bubbles in them with no toppings at all on them. I have ordered from them many times without this problem and hopefully they fix it soon because there are way too many other great pizza places on this island! Also, the parts without toppings were so hard we couldn’t actually eat them making 1/5 of each pizza inedible.

This is the SLOWEST Domino's I've ever been too. My large cheese pizza took 30 minutes.

I had to wait a total of 2.5 hours to get 1 medium pizza and a pasta. The restaurant is less than 5 miles away. I put in my order, and after an hour of not getting ANY updates, I called to check. They said they were swamped and it would take another half hour, did I want to cancel? I said no, I’d wait. 5 minutes later, I got a a notification saying my order was canceled. I called to ask why, they said they didn’t know, and that now my wait time would be 45-60 minutes. 70 go by, again NO updates, I call again to cancel. As soon as my call goes through, I see them changing the status AS they asked to me and told me it had already left, well would soon, I think they just left with it, but I don’t think they charged you after the mishap. At this point, it’s not even worth it the money. Clearly it’s being terribly managed, especially since this is not the first time. I figured it was just a one off before but clearly not. Do NOT plan your meals around this place, you’ll end up with your lunch arriving for dinner.

Walked in last night and the 2 lady's on shift were very unprofessional. They need to be trained on professionalism. Do your simple job and treat your customers with respect. It's that simple. Worst pizza making skills ever. No sauce just a dry pizza
