Pricier than subway for sure but the quality difference more than makes up for it. All in all, very good sandwiches for the price.
I went there a few days ago had an amazing turkey sandwich it was really fresh ingredients. The girl that’s helped me was super helpful I think her name was Alaya she had friendly customer service and smiled the whole time.
The turkey bacon ranch is amazing, among my favorite sandwiches anywhere. A little on the pricey side so I recommend coming hungry and getting the large for the best value.

The Cajun Chicken sandwich was delicious! Great flavor with a little kick from the cajun dressing/sauce on a lightly toasted sourdough roll. INFLATION IS REAL.....17.99 for a six-inch sub! I would go back and try a build-your-own, which should be less expensive than the specialty sandwiches like the Cajun Chicken.
Firehouse Subs offers delicious food with bold flavors. The prices are a bit steep, but the quality and portion sizes make it worth it. Every bite feels fresh and flavorful, and you can tell they use good ingredients. If you're looking for a hearty, satisfying sub, it’s definitely a place to check out. While it's not the cheapest option, the value you get for the price is solid. Will be back when in the mood for a sub!
Decent subs, that have more of a subway than gourmet feel to them. They seem to be overpriced for what they're, but the service is friendly and the place looks cool.
The food and service is great, but the price keeps me away, $20 for a 8 inch sandwhich, I imagine if they reworked their business model a bit they'd have people like me coming and going but I guess thats why I never really see anyone in there.
Came here for lunch, really excited to try the seasonal Thanksgiving Turkey Sub combo. Arrived around noon and there was plenty of parking and sesting available. Got the large combo with gravy and the mac & cheese upgrade. Cost about $33 with tax. The large was big enough to bring the other half home for later, which was the plan. With the hot gravy the sandwich was delicious! Plenty of drink options including sweet tea, a favorite of mine. Lots of different hot sauce options too. Fun firehouse themed atmosphere. Price is Right was playing on the tv.

The sandwich was delicious. Counter rep polite but: he did not mention that the garlic bread option for a medium sandwich, already quite expensive, was an extra $2.50! Too much.
Sandwich le good but too expensive not seeing me coming again very often

The place is super clean, service isnt too bad. The portions are terrible. $17 after tax for a mediocre sandwich. It’s basically empty and maybe 6-7 inches. I was expecting more for almost $20. This was my first and my last time coming here based on the prices alone. Nothing special about it. And i didn’t even get my pickle on the side. At this point go get a burger or subway.
Location - 5/5 Entrance - 4/5 Staff - 5/5 Quality - 3/5 ( The quality wasn’t good enough ) Quantity - 4/5 - There is nothing special about it. - The food is just average and nothing special about it.

I got the Medium (8-inch) New York Steamer. It was my first time trying Firehouse Subs ever, and I’m extremely disappointed. I paid 16dollars for a very sad sandwich. Don’t think I’ll ever go back again to try anything else since it was such a let down. Value for money is out the window, taste was a bit extra salty for me with all the deli meats and nothing to counter the taste other than the mayo dressing and cheese. Got wheat bread with pickle on the side.
Good food but $20, twenty dollars, for a basic sandwich - no add-ons, not a combo - is INSANE. They need to figure out their business strategy because this one ain't working.
The food was good but way overpriced for the portion size. $50 for two sandwiches with pickles? No drinks no chips….. that’s ridiculous

I walked in at 8:23 to find the doors locked. I had called in an order. After seeing the employee roll his eyes he comes to the door and asks if I had a pickup order, as if I didn’t call less then 10 minutes ago. He was clearly high which I don’t care, but what I do care about is the rudeness and tone in his voice. I walked in to find out not only did he not start my order he didn’t even remember it. I had to reorder and wait over 10 minutes, which again is ok. While waiting someone else came to the door to order and he turned them away because “you have to order through the app”. Just a terrible experience and I won’t be back.
Poor, poor, poor. Went there for the first time for their Veteran's day special. Got in at 3:15 and was promptly told by the woman in charge that they stopped it at 3pm!! Nowhere is this stated or posted. Way to honor veterans. Won't return to that location or any other Firehouse. Glad In-N-Out Burger is nearby- they actually honor veterans.
$18 for a tiny sub! I checked if this was the “medium” I ordered, and they confirmed. It’s half the size of a basic sub anywhere else. Staff was kind and efficient, no complaints about the service. The food is just designed to be economic for the owners. Don’t advertise as firehouse subs if it’s not enough to fill a 120lb person….
No flavor on the two tuna sandos and the club sub was dry and unflavorful as well. I added salt and pepper but something was still missing. Will never return. How can you mess up a sandwich?
They close the store a whole HOUR early bruh y’all got to fire this staff because there’s multiple comments of them closing early AND not taking online orders. Not even losing customers at this point just paying two guys to do nothing
