I'd have to say that was the most delightful chicken sandwich I've had in years. Fast service, decent prices, the only thing that was negative was that their internet was down and I had to pay cash that day.

I had a "buy one/get one free" coupon which made it worth my while to drive the 20 miles to get there. Not only were the sandwiches delicious, the service was quick and the staff pleasant to talk with. The restaurant area was clean and the rest room was clean and well stocked. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

It's a long ride from my house in Massachusetts, but so glad we went here when we were in New York! The food was really good and my husband said everyone working there was very friendly 😊

Tried the new wagyu burger and it looked overdone initially, but it was perfect! Plenty of toppings on it too. The crinkle fries were excellent because they weren't too greasy and not too salty, again perfect! I wish they offered coke zero on the drink machine though, but there were a couple of other low sugar options available.

Excellent Arby's roast beef sandwich. They definitely don't skimp on the meat. The person that took my order wasn't the friendliest person but the meal definitely was over the top.

The restaurant has many sandwich options and the speed of service is great. I usually visit this place about once every other month for dinner. They also have many dessert options as well. They workers are polite and they help you with ordering your food. They also give free refills on drinks.

Arby's is one of my most favorite restaurants ever! The food there is really fresh and delicious. My most favorite food are the curly fries and the chicken nuggets. The nuggets are my most favorite food there! I saw the commercial for these, and when I first tasted them, I really loved them! The curly fries are also very well cooked too! If I ever come to Albany again to eat, I'm coming here!

Much faster service than it used to be. The food is also much better than any of the other fast food places. The only thing I don't like is the only fries they have are very spicy curly fries. I wish they had another option for fries.

I am just so glad that we have a local Arby's. It's by far my favorite fast-food restaurant but it is harder to find in this part of New York. I like that Arby's has somewhat healthier and definitely more diverse options than most other fast-food chains. This particular Arby's is always clean and the staff run a tight ship!

It was spit on. The best Arby's I've been to in a long time. It is a pity it's not in Chicago. Driving past Albany we decided on dinner here. The staff was friendly the food was really excellent. Very clean well run establishment. Ihht try to stop on the way back.

Got a welcome as soon as I stepped in. Abby, the cashier was great. Food was hot and tasty. It's rare I see employees wipe down tables in restaurants these days, but this place is one of the few that actual does. You are doing everything right. Nice to visit a well-run Arby's.

The food is nothing special, Arby's at its finest but still just Arby's. The staff at this location though make it well worth the visit. Never have had a bad interaction with anyone here and usually end up leaving in a better mood then when I enter.

I had a turkey and Swiss cheese sandwich and it was excellent. It was a busy lunch hour on a Friday but the wait for our food was reasonable. They have handicapped ♿ parking, restrooms 🚻 and access. The staff was friendly and polite. The dining room was clean as was the men's room. They have a large sod fountain and serve Coke products. Of course they have their stand by roast beef sandwiches and great curly 🍟 fries. This was an enjoyable visit 😊.

The staff here are very commendable. The dining area is always clean, the food is as expected, and if anything goes awry they are happy to fix it. Veronica the cashier is especially welcoming and professional.

We got 2 burgers the new burger that is a surprise in itself. We got the classic and one with bacon. I must say it was excellent. Both were grilled we'd well thats the cook time how it comes. The meat is top shelf the toppings were a very good portion fresh and tasty. The roll did not get stuck in my throat. It was great try one yourself we sure plan to get more

Ordered through the app. Food was waiting for me when I got there and tasted awesome. I got the fish sandwich and it's way better than McDonald's or Burger King. Unfortunately something must have happened with the app, as I wanted curly fries, but went through as crinklecut. And you gotta try the hallapino poppers, they're sooo good especially with the sauce that comes with them.

This place has gotten noticeably better in the last year or so. Faster service. It's never not busy, but at least it's taking forever like it used to. The food is good, especially the gyros. I just wish they'd get a drive thru.

Oh my gosh it's the first time in forever that I've been to Arby's. What a treat. We walked in and were greeted and waited on right away. The place was very clean. The food was to die for. (Fresh and hot) I guess the only negative is the parking which can't be helped. Maybe that will improve in the future. Wish I had taken pictures .

I don't live near an Arby's so when I get a chance to stop at one I do. My regular order is regular roast to beef and a cherry turnover. Service was fast. The sandwiches were hot and delicious as usual. Wish there was one nearer to where I live.

always expect a line. Now the average person would be upset with a line... Not me! I think of it as a great food if I have to wait in line. Also HOT food, freshly made! It's also not a place to go to and hear "sorry we're out of that" or "we no longer carry that'

Arby’s absolutely killed it, 10/10 would recommend. Also, homegirl up front hooked us up with the sauces. Overall, a life changing experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but when craving Arby’s on a road trip, this was the nearest one and I wish I could pack it up and take it home with me. The service was excellent, cashiers were outgoing and helpful, made sure we were getting deals where we could and made us aware of wait time on front end. Building was clean and there was a worker diligently cleaning further the entire time we were there. It was busy, but efficient. They have a great system down and what felt like seamless team morale. Food was excellent too!!

Same consistent taste & quality of food. I might have given 5 stars but they said they didn't have the ingredients to make one of the new roast beef sandwiches. They did have roast beef (different from the regular beef), a roll, and cheese. Only missing piece was onion rings. I asked for the beef and cheese. I will only say I'm glad it was for my husband because there was a lot of fat on the meat and I wouldn't have eaten it. He doesn't mind the fat.

There is no drive through and the interior while clean could have used a bit of paint. All in all its a little awkwardly designed but not terrible. First time through my fried didn't come out super fresh but second time was fine. Hopefully that was a fluke so I only dinged them one star.

I don't even know the last time I had fast food . ..but I wanted to try one of the wraps and yes they were as good as they looked on tv.i had to add on a roast beef when I saw they offered sliders- add the "horsey" sauce and it was great...great value, tastes great and the staff was friendly and courteous

Much better alternative to the fast food burger joints plus they have Minute Maid Light lemonade and unsweetened iced tea. More choices for those who need sugar free drinks.

I had one frustrating day here when they were hugely busy and they messed up my order pretty bad. Otherwise, they've always had incredibly pleasant staff, fresh food, and quick service. We really appreciate it as a less greasy alternative.

My visit earlier tonight was very good. The service, ordering was great for the time of day and the food was ready in no time . But the shake I ordered wasn't the type I received. I had ordered Jamoca shake but got a vanilla one. Either the person isn't trained to make the shakes or doesn't want to make one the way the customer has ordered. I have been trying to get the store on the phone, but it is always busy.

For fast food it was good. Not a fast food person but I was running around and starving so I stopped for a Cheddar Beef sandwich. It was very busy and tables and floors were a mess. Apparently some kids had been there and there was no cleanup duty. All in all worth the stop.

The food was good. The service was good. The place just seemed a little disorganized maybe could use a little cleaning around the edges. When I tried to draw a cup of Coke out of the machine The machine was leaking soda water onto my hand.

If you like Arby's food, then this is a good one. The staff is friendly and efficient, the food was hot and fresh, and there was very little waiting. I can also say I have never had them make a mistake with a customization on an order, no matter how unusual the requirements are. And if they aren't sure about something, they will ask to verify which is a big plus.

I like the Arby's on Wolf Road better than the one in the mall. The service is fast the food is fresh and the staff is friendly. They don't charge you for extra sauces.

Tried this place Tuesday night. Awesome food. The cheddar beef is delish, they use onion bread buns. The curly cheese fries are huge. Definitely a future eating destination.

Our go to for roast beef, sandwiches are always packed high. Order takers listen & attentive & do read backs. Dining room could use some quick cleaning, but otherwise it’s always a great stop for us.

It has been a long time since I had visited Arby's. Had the c classic roast beef and curly fries. I was looking for a little protein for lunch. It was quite good. I shall return soon.

I ordered 2 Beef & Cheddar sandwiches. I have no idea why they would put ketchup on the bottom half of the bun. But that's what they had on them. The melted cheddar was on top. I would've given 5 ⭐'s if they didn't have ketchup on them. Who puts ketchup on roast beef?

For me a quick comfort food. I always loved the beef n cheddar. Other sides and the Jocha shake 😋... This Colonie location always does there best to push quality meals fast. I always appreciate what I love and what I don't. I like Arby's.

1st visit, the staff was friendly and establishment clean. The food was fresh and hot. I drove from Clifton Park to taste that brisket sandwich ( I love brisket ), I was disappointed because saved the sandwich for work and when I finally got a chance to eat it-noticed/ smelt the 🥓. Very disappointed because I don't eat pork. Guess my error, should of listened to commercial better. I will return in near future, just a little distance from home. See you next time.

Don't get me wrong about my rating. It is not about the food here. I have received pretty good meals here in the past and hopeful for the sane in the future. Have you been inside to eat. Bring your own seat cushion as the bench seating is no less than deplorable. I will include these photos for your review as you might want to think about eating in your car. Bring your own tray from home, leaving it in your trunk as you'll want it if thinking about dining inside. If you are a jobber at heart, bring a roll of duck tape and repair as you eat. For the prices you pay here, you would think that this would have been fixed. It shows a lack of regard for its patrons.

My girlfriend ordered some dinner for take out. She bought a pumpkin turnover for me. It was very good. I guess that they don't have any more Jamocha shakes??? Those are her favorite!!!

Hate how the app works and people are not willing to help you out . For some reason you can't place orders through the app with like an hour till close..... And if you were going to use the coupon/ deals that attracted you to Arby's good luck app don't work half the time and you can only use the coupons digitally... Hence see the earlier problem..... Travel 45 minutes to come here and app and online don't work so no discounts...also no sale ....went to get a slushy and food at Sonic instead.....there app and discounts work....Arby's needs to stop making discounts app only if your app is a busted piece of crap ...

Every time I buy any type of roast beef sandwich from this location, it is ALWAYS short at least an ounce of meat. Today's order was no different. I ordered 2 half pound roast beef sandwiches, both had 7 ounces of meat when they should have had 8 ounces each. I also ordered 2 classic roast beef and cheddars. Both sandwiches looked pitifully low on meat. When weighed, each sandwich had 1.8 ounces of meat. Both should have had 3 ounces. I'll try the Colonie Mall location next time. Hopefully they give the customers what they paid for, unlike this location. EDIT: the owner responded with a link to a comment form that I have filled out in the past 2 or 3 times. I've never received ANY response, nor have I seen any change from this location. Not going to waste my time filling it out that form again. They aren't listening to the feedback. Don't get shorted. Check your meats!

Why do I bother to do fast food. The soda had to much seltzer in the mix with the Root Beer. I ordered the classic Arby's with cheddar. Got home no cheddar and no sauces. Will not be back.

Ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches and received 2 beef and cheddar. So disappointed and will never return. Your staff screws up frequently. Over $15.00 worth of food ended up in the trash!

I got roast beef with cheddar. A customer before me complained the cheese tasted bad. I tried mine and it was terrible! The first customer got fresh food and apology. I got "It's the same stuff we always use!" So I tried to eat some, it made me sick, I was vomiting before I left.

I tried Arbys about 20 years ago and couldn't believe how fake and nasty the meat was. Recently after seeing all the great ads, I decided to try it again. I spent about $7.00 on a sandwich and was surprised how terrible it still was. No real meat has that consistency or tastes like that. I do not know how they stay in business.

Curly Fries in both orders were BARELY warm. I asked for a large Double Beef & Cheddar Meal and a medium Classic Beef & Cheddar Meal. They were both made rather sloppily, and according to the receipt I paid MORE for the Classic than the Double (Classic $9.79 and Double $8.00). I also had to mention that I did get a LARGE meal on one of them, as the employee originally gave me two MEDIUM cups. If I do decide to go back to this location, I will check the freshness of all I order BEFORE I leave the counter from now on. I believe some employee retraining is in order.

Poor customer service,,all sandwiches I ordered were under the half pound weight that they were suppose to be as I paid for half pound beef and cheddars,,,,had next to no cheddar or red ranch on either when asking for extra on both,,,,I paid all most 10 dollars for each sandwich and got jerked,,,I did call corporate and report this as it has happened in the past,,,so this time I went home and weighed them on my food scale and both roast beef sandwiches were slightly over 4 ounces which is not half pound which would mean 8 ounces,,,laziness is not a ticket to rip people off,,,I held back this review for a while but it's time there be accountability as I paid for something and did not get what I paid for!!!!

No I will NEVER go back to this Arby's. As you can see I ordered a French dip and Swiss, they probably put it in the microwave for 30 secs because it was cold and the cheese was SLIGHTLY melted. The au jus was piping hot. As you can see I am a POC, when I approached the counter I was greeted by a caucasian woman and she was nice. She must of been too nice because the black women were giving her dirty looks for being nice to me. She even said herself "Geez I can't be nice to people?" As I waited for my food some of the black women were making uglier faces than what they had and I was just confused as to what the attitude was about? Go to the Arby's in Colonie mall, it's a nice Hispanic man and woman there who always are friendly and make my meal right.
