I've been ordering from here for years. The Chicken Bella pizza is the best pie in Albany. Food is always good and consistent. This evening I spoke with a young girl who was rude, disrespectful, and then completely screwed up my order after stating I wanted a chicken shawarma wrap with fires and salad and a beef wrap, with fries and salad she replied you want the meal then and I said yes. She gave me chicken and beef with cheese over French fries. I walked in and she was on her phone, completely oblivious I was standing in front of her for 30 seconds until I said Hi. She needs to go, other than her this place is great.

Ordered their penne with chicken pasta italian meal for the first time in about a year. The chicken used to be breaded chicken slices that you could actually see and bite into, but now its the same small cubed breaded chicken they add to the pizzas and wraps, which is mostly breading. As you dig through the pasta trying to find the chicken, the breading becomes mushy. At least now they include a small salad, i guess. I hope they go back to the chicken servings from before.

The pizza tastes good but the shawarma…OMG it’s so disgusting and kinda raw, the lettuce tastes nasty and the sauce is the worse thing.

I have ordered here numerous times and never had any issues until last night. I ordered garlic parm wings and fried calamari, 2 things I regularly order however this time thibgs were different. The calamari came with fries which has never happened before and due to the amount of fries compared to the calamari, it looked like it was an order of fries with some over cooked calamari rings thrown in. The wings were just sitting in a layer of grease. I called to explain how disappointed I was and the woman who answered had no empathy at all or understanding for the inconvenience and dissatisfaction, especially knowing I order from them regularly. No compassion, no offer to make things right, nothing! That lack of customer service just costed them a long time loyal customer.

Asked for a white broccoli with ricotta and ended up with broccoli and ricotta thrown on top of a Hawaiian pizza with sauce and was told not my problem.After throwing a ten dollar tip on top of a forty two dollar pizza and then deciding to grab a pepsi and throw on a five dollar tip on top of that. Never. Had an issue with the place until this time.Never had a problem with any place being that ignorant.

Bro🤦🏽‍♀️. I’ve ordered from here quite a bit since moving to the area. First time, super cool, second time meh- bunch of trade acting like they never saw a pretty face😌🤣, in between my bf has picked up. This time was just weird. The girl at the register had a visible change in expression when I came to pick up my order. I just hi I’m picking up a chicken gyro🤷🏽‍♀️. Folks before me with slices, she’s all smiles super nice. With me👀 she literally made me feel like I shouldn’t be there. So yeah😁

Seems it was my last order which I placed at 2 am. In hurry they didn’t cook properly. My veggie pizza was Raw with no taste at all. Tried calling back but it was closed. Hope when they see this feedback next day, thanksgiving is not ruined for anyone else. Homewood suites and Tru at Crossgate mall. Rocky.

My husband and I are in town for vacation and picked up the menu from the lobby of the hotel. When I tried to order online, it said they don't deliver to our location. I gave them a call and found out they actually did. Gave them our order, and they said 40 minutes. We were cool with this. The delivery guy called and couldn't find our room, 134. So, we went out to look for him. We used our credit card to pay for the pizza and calamari with fries, $42. We tipped him $9 in cash. We always tip cash. We opened the pizza box to a pepperoni pizza. Yet, we ordered a supreme with black olives added. BIG difference in price. I looked out the door, and the delivery guy was gone. I called the restaurant, and they guy asked, "You don't want pepperoni?" Really? I told him I wanted what I ordered and told him again what I ordered. He hung up on me!!!! Still, we sit here 1 hour later for our pizza. I did call and he told me 10 minutes. Finally, 30 minutes later we get dinner. Did I mention the garlic knots were swimming?

I’ve ordered from this place twice and both times were extremely disappointing. Both times I ordered speciality pizzas as they seemed appealing. The first was the Mexican pizza and it was okay but there was little pizza sauce on it and the red peppers weren’t that great. Time passes and I decide to give it a second chance. This time I order a buffalo chicken pizza and when I get it it’s got dark brown near burnt crust bubbles all over it and the chicken is strangely chewy. Not worth the 17 bucks at all.

This place doesn't know how to make wings. $14.99 for an order of 10 wings. My thumb was bigger than the wings. Big disappointment! Don't waste your money.

Ordered a calzone through DoorDash that showed up cold to the touch and the cheese wasn’t even melted… called to have it fixed and after being offered a free one delivered I heard her talk to her boss and they said I was too far. IM 15 MINUTES AWAY. I heard the owner tell her to offer me a credit and I hung up, this isn’t the first time my food has been undercooked I should’ve learned my lesson the first time. You’ve lost my business and I’m getting my refund.
