SaraBella Pizza is some of the best I've had in the area. They do not skimp on the toppings, it is cooked just right (or to order), and the prices are totally fair. The staff is great as well - super friendly! I ordered a pizza online and it was ready exactly on time for when I went to pick it up. You can dine in or dine out, ordering a custom pizza or grabbing a New York style slice that they have ready. Either way you'll enjoy SaraBella. Finally, try their cannoli! They make it in-house and make it very well.

Stopped in to grab some slices on my way home from work, The Margherita & cheese are certainly the best around the area! Nice location with some seating available & friendly staff will definitely be back again.

I have eaten here many times over the past three or so years. I have never had a bad experience here in that time. Prices are on par with other pizzarias in the area. Product is brick oven authentic. After readimg some of the other teviews, I have to correct at least one thing. Their sicilian is not made out of a biscuit dough. Absolutely furthest from the mark as you can be. Just goes to show , not everyone who does "reviews" knows what they are talking about. Give them a try before buying into the reviews.

This past weekend we ordered from the catering menu. We ordered a half tray of Eggplant parm, chicken parm, baked ziti, meatballs, pizza and wings for my daughters communion party. Everyone raved about the food. It was much more food than we were expecting. My niece said “these are the best meatballs I’ve ever had—and I’m 12 so I’ve had A LOT of meatballs!” Definitely order from them for all your catering needs!!

One of my favorite local pizzaria's. We've been going here for years. They always have perfect and delicious pizza whether it be for lunch for yourself or to order for a large party. Always have had great customer service here and the owners are very sweet too!

This is a wonderful pizzaria. I've been here three times and have never been disappointed. The pies are fresh and they don't burn the bottom of the slices heating them up. Their two slices and a can of soda lunch special is great and their pizza crust is the perfect balance of doughy and bready. The last time I was there I was given a slice "with a hole in it." This wasn't percptible to me, but they insisted on giving me a free slice to make up for it. They said it was a big deal to them, so I guess they have a serious focus on quality control.

This place understands what Sicilian pizza is.

Ordered takeout, the food was hot. French fries were exceptionally delicious but only beat by the Philly cheese sandwich and the pride hero. Best sandwiches

There are a lot of options for pizza in the capitol region, but SaraBella is my favorite. The ingredients are top quality, but its much less expensive than pretty much everyone else. Also, no other pizzeria offers anything like the pizza roll which is my favorite.

The fried chicken wings are delicious. Their subs and wraps are pretty good too. They also have little treats like cookies and cakes and stuff. Overall it's a good place to eat and in a convenient location

SaraBella truly is a neighborhood pizza parlor - they've become my family's go-to for our pizza nights - and when we're having a big group over to the house and need a pan of chicken parm. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They're also amazing community partners and have gone out of their way to be generous to my kids' PTA, and our local senior services. 5 stars.

AWESOME. As ALWAYS. I come through this area about once every 6 months to have my Rig serviced at Cummins. Usually here 7-10 days ea. S.B.'s is Albany's #1 eatery for me. Great food, incredible prices & service can't be beat. If these guys know you're coming off the road, they will jump over tall bldgs to make sure you get a great meal. If you ever go thru Albany, you have GOT to experience SaraBella Pizzeria.

I called Sara Bella today with a special request to have a heart shaped pizza made with pepperoni put on it in the shape of a 3. The Fuda's crew were amazing! Made the pizza and delivered it to my hubby at work as a surprise for our anniversary!! He was so surprised and loved it!! Thank you Sara Bella for helping make my wedding anniversary special!!

Was skimming thru reviews as I'm LOVING another GREAT meal from SB's. I GOTTA reply to any of you 1-star raters. These guys PRIDE themselves in producing the BEST meal you can get. If there is ANYthing unsatisfactory about your order from these folks, just politely LET THEM KNOW and they will bend over backward to see you end up satisfied Nobody is perfect, and mistakes happen, but any objective eye has got to look at how. MANY Five-star ratings from SO many customers. That tells you what their STANDARD is. I have NEVER had a meal from SaraBella that wasn't superb. On the TWO times there was a mistake in PART of my order, they took care of that, right away. The first time, they remade the order and brought it straight out to me, AFTER they had already closed down. The second time, they were being slammed by a busy night, and still took my order within literally 2 minutes of locking the doors, they knew I was just coming off the road.. They mis-heard me say "no onions" on one item of my order and instead gave me "extra" onions. People make mistakes. (That's why they put erasers on pencils.) When the owner found out the next time I was in town, he took care of the situation, WAY beyond my satisfaction. These folks put a LOT of time, effort, and PRIDE in making sure the quality of their food is top shelf, their service is beyond compare and that their customers are always please with their order. So, IF there ever IS a mistake or an "issue" with your satisfaction of your order, might I suggest you give them a quick call and politely explain to them why you are dissatisfied. I can all but guarantee, you'll be more likely to give them a GREAT review on how they corrected your issue and turned you into a happy repeat customer. I drive all over this country. I'll tell ya, I always look forward to a trip through Albany, bc it means I get a chance to eat from Sarah Bella again. Sometimes, when I leave again, I actually stock up on meals from S.B.'s, to have with me, while I'm off in other parts of the country. Sara Bella will ALWAYS BE a meal I look forward to. I love cal-zones, but not ricotta! SaraBella's Pizza Roll is the perfect alternative to having no ricotta, just lots of mozzarella cheese and 1 free toping of your choice. I always get 2 toppings because price is descent enough. The roll is delicious, one of the best around and filling!

Well love this pizza but they now refuse to deliver to my house 4.4 miles away. I guess they no longer want my business!! Problem solved. Got a call from the owner and it was just a training issue. Will be ordering soon. Thanks for letting me know!!

We LOVE Sara Bella - have been ordering from them for 6 years & will continue to. BUT we ordered a 12-cut Margherita pizza tonight and we’re not delighted. Not sure how to describe but was very heavy, not like any Margherita pizza we have received from them before. Super friendly staff and owners who also support the community! Their food is good pizza joint food. Their speciality pizzas are very good, super good garlic knots! Quality good food all around. They have a nice little eat in area and coloring pages and crayons even! They have a nice desert selection especially the giant cookies (a bit pricey and giant, otherwise I'd get them all the time) but they are soooo good! They typically have slices at the counter to order. It is nice and clean. The signs inside are immaculately written out and easy to read. Prices in general are comparable and very fair for the area.

Just had meatball parm sub, a special which was an 8 cut cheese pizza & boneless chicken wings. Everything was excellent, meatball sub was perfect. Meatballs are very good. We're all happy with the food. We will definitely order again!

A couple weeks ago we were given the recommendation from a local car dealership to try out SaraBella Pizza. Man we were SO impressed. From the time we walked into the door, Andrew treated us with so much respect and kindness. We were the only people in the restaurant at the time so he continued to carry a very pleasant conversation with us throughout our meal. He was very professional and funny and made our night go very smoothly. The pizza was absolutely AMAZING. It was also very quick to come when we placed our order and there isn’t a single complaint about our experience. We live an hour away but I will definitely be making the trip in the near future and will also be recommending this spot to anyone I know! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. And thanks again to Andrew for creating a wonderful atmosphere for us to enjoy our family time in!!

Your pizza is always the best, it's my sons favorite. I must say tonight I was particularly blown away with the fact that when I ordered for delivery your delivery driver heard our dogs barking and he reached into his pocket and handed me treats for them!!!! The kindness most simple gesture and it made my day. As always dinner was great and my dogs were very happy with their treats.

The service was excellent here! Called Sunday evening for a pizza, specifically half cheese half sausage peppers and onions, and an 10 hot wings extra crispy. As per usual, the food came out just as I asked for. A gentleman named Danny took my order over the phone and was very friendly, as well as the deliver driver. Would certainly recommend to others, 10/10.

I've never had a bad experience with Sara bellas pizza. Moved to Albany two years ago and this is as close to NY style size, price, and taste as you can get around here. Love their meat lovers & margarita pizza. Their sides are tasty and the service is really nice. They gave me an extra slice for free once near closing time after returning from a late night class, they're awesome.

Was in town visiting family and found SaraBella. We ordered the Margarita Pizza. It was unquestionably the best Margarita Pizza I have ever had. I highly recommend this establishment.

We usually order delivery, and it always arrives earlier than the estimated time. Pizza is hefty in the best way, with generous amounts of cheese, sauce, and topping that never overpower each other. Considering this, I've never had a problem with excessive greasiness. The prices are likewise very reasonable for what you get - they aren't not the dirt-cheapest, but still perfectly suitable for a night in with beer and video games, and every penny is certainly well-spent.

I have had their pizza, salads and now a cannoli that a co-worker just brought back the office for me. The pizza and the salads were great but the Cannoli 🙌!! Amazing...so fresh and easily the best I've ever had!!! Highly recommend!

I wasn’t expecting much from a gyro at a pizzeria but this one surprised me. The meat was well-seasoned and tender, not dry like some places. The pita was fresh and warm enough, the tzatziki sauce had the right amount of garlic. Portion size was generous, actually felt very full afterwards. Would def order again!

4.5 stars. This is the NY style pizza i was looking for. I can’t say that I have a favorite place since not every place serves the exact same pizza the same way every time. I could probably go back on another day and not have the same quality. But for right now in the Albany area this is in my top three. The evening I went to get a study break and grab some slices of pizza while reading reminded me of my time in Brooklyn when I could get out of work, walk up the street to the takeout window and get a couple slices with garlic knots and finish them by the time I got to the grocery store. This was the flavor, this was the taste. A half a star removed since I wish the back crust, the part you hold, had just a little bit more flavor.

The ONLY real NY Italian style pizzeria in the immediate Wolf Road area, and a damn good one! Got two different slices to go. They nail the dough, crisp and still nicely chewy and a real NY slice - not like the "spongey Upstate pizza" (my term!) that too many places serve in our area. This was really good, maybe even great pizza. When my job brings me up to the Wolf Road area, it is this place (plus All In The Family Pizza just a few miles away), about the only places to get really good NY pizza in this part of the Capital Region. Looking forward to trying other stuff on the menu, based on other reviews I think they'll do it right.

While on business in Albany I did not want to leave my hotel room for dinner so I had pizza delivered. This was an awesome meal!! I had the BBQ Chicken Pizza and added jalepenos and bacon. I chose the garlic sauce which was a bit overpowering but still good. The hot wings were Excellent!! My food was delivered in less than the 45 minutes advised. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!!

I get pizza and wings from them all the time, always consistent. Wings are good sized and the normal flavors but I do not recommend their BBQ wings they use a non traditional bbq and I do not like it. But aside from that like I said very consistent and good.

This was my favorite pizza place for a year and we came every single Friday. One day the food was 100% different so we asked if it will continue to be that way.. The kid was super nice, said sorry, new ownership. The boneless wings were the best in the world before new ownership!

I give them 4 stars because of their customer service and i love their chicken wings! However, if you like a decent amount of meat on a cold sub, you will have to ask for extra. Besides the wings, I ordered an italian hero with the usual fixings plus mayo and banana peppers. The sandwich was fresh tasting however there were more banana peppers, bread, and veggies than slices of meat. I thought they had my order wrong so I took my sandwich apart and there was 1 slice of each meat. That's it. I barely noticed it as I bit into the sandwich because it was sliced paper thin. If they added a few more slices that would've been great. Also there was only 2 shaved slices of provolone. I will try their pizza but I will not go here for their subs.

The online ordering process was quick and easy. Pizza was ready in a good amount of time and nice and hot when we picked it up. We enjoyed the pizza. It had a good flavor and the crust was cooked well and tasted good. We had buffalo chicken pizza and really enjoyed it. Maybe not my favorite in the area but definitely top 3! (I've tried a lot of buff chicken pizza!) Would recommend if you are in the area. Slightly high price but I would say that most places have been raising their prices lately and for good pizza, sometimes you have to pay extra.

The pizza is not as good as it use to be, don't know if they change ingredients but it's hasn't been that good lately. Ordered a meat lovers, skimpy on the toppings, still the taste was blank. Used to love their pizza. Not so much anymore.

I usually love their food, but my calzone wasn't as great as I expected. It was hugh which was nice, the crust had nice flavor but the chicken upset me. I ordered a BBQ chicken calzone. The chicken had an odd pinkish sauce and it had a sweet taste mixed with another flavor that I did not enjoy at all. I ended up butchering the calzone to scrape out that unpleasant sauce and chicken. If I order a calzone from here again or anything else for that matter I'll be sure to stay away from the BBQ sauce.

Server was kind of rude and the salad I ordered had all of the tomato , cucumber etc at the bottom with all the lettuce on top .. but it was called a tossed salad. At first I thought I had nothing but lettuce. The diner is extremely small with maybe 4-5 small tables so prob be best as takeout. However .. the pizza was very good ! They sell by the slice as well ! Price was little pricey. I got two slices of pizza , small side tossed salad and a cannoli for almost 13.00. I would go back again for the pizza.

If that was extra sauce, the regular pizza must be like a plain breadstick.

My guest who ate the regular pizza were really happy with it. But I'm not sure if the new owner changed the recipe for the gluten free pizza, but I was severely disappointed. One of my favorite parts of pizza is the crust. It was inedible due to how hard it was. And the pizza was overall just ok, but definitely not worth the cost. A six cut for how much?! I know gluten free food typically costs more, but I'll go to blazes from now on. Otherwise, if you can eat regular pizza I hear the food is really good. And the person I spoke to on the phone and the delivery person were very pleasant. If you don't have dietary restrictions I would recommend here.

I ordered two Italian Mix Subs. The bread was hard, crumbly and dry. It wasn't fresh bread. I used to order pizza there and I liked it. But I was very disappointed with the subs. I won't ever order subs from them again. 🙁

While the delivery I asked for was right on time, the food itself left a bit to be desired. My Sicilian pizza was extremely bland! No real spices anywhere to be smelt or tasted. The cold wedge was heavily over salted! The prices are about the same as most other pizzerias in the area.

Cool place if you want to wait an hour and half for pizza delivery 1/2mile down the road. Your better off picking up or getting delivery from Sweet Willys. At least they are timely. When the pizza did show up it was lukewarm like it sat there for 45min. Sometimes the place is good and sometimes it's this. Ugh.

Not sure how this place gets a 5-star rating. Cardboard pizza, no taste. Wings were all broken and looked like they came from pidgins instead of chickens. Hot wings weren’t hot but they did look and taste like they were cooked in very old oil because that’s all we could taste. Never again!!

I usually try to never leave a 1 star review but let me just settle this right here right now.. me and my body walk inside in hopes to see at least one or two pizzas minimum on display with possibly some garlic knots sadly that is not what we came across.. there was literally two pans on display with two slices of broccoli cheddar, and on the other pan one slice of meat lovers that looks like it was made at 10 AM. Completely discouraged by what my eyeballs had just seen with basically nothing on display or ready I decided to just order garlic knots from the two cashiers who ovbiously were no more than 14 years old and could barely speak English…. Ok so even with all that I still wouldn’t give a 1 star review BUT even after we spending 15 mins standing here amongst 7 other people who I just now notice are ALSO waiting for their food I am just completely blown away at how slow, and unaware the people working here are… I ask for garlic knots they said they have them ready and would take 2 mins…. Again now I’ve been here for 21 mins still with no knots

Soooo! The last few weeks we have been faithfully ordering from this place! The food has been getting delivered. (Many times within two months) Today overwhelmed employee decides they don't deliver here! Nice way to treat faithful customers! AKA former customer. Don't bother unless you like the rudness!

Ordered a 24 cut and wings, it was bout as thin as 2 sheets of paper, pizza sucked Period. Wings were even worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went in at 5:30 on a Friday and all they had were 3 total slices of pizza available on the counter. All of them had meat on them and I’m a vegetarian. I asked If there were maybe slices somewhere else that I wasn’t seeing and the guy went in the back to check, came back out and said the only thing in the works was a cheese pizza that could be available in 10 minutes. I said no thanks and left. I understand if there was a rush of customers and everything sold out, but I sat in the parking lot for a good 10 mins before going in because I was on the phone and not one customer came out, and when I went in, there was only 1 customer in the restaurant. Just seems weird to me that they advertise for slices if they don’t sell them. Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for pizza by the slice.

Pizza was awful. Ordered The Works. Had onions on it, which were not ordered, there was supposed to be pepperoni on it, no pepperoni. And super skimpy on all toppings. Heard from owner, very nice. Will credit my account. That’s very good customer service.

My family has been ordering from the Colonie location every Friday night for 4 years. We mostly have had good luck with the pizza and wings. Today I order our regular order of a pizza, wings and mozz sticks. We always order online and the confirmation said 20 minutes. It took 46 minutes for a pick up order to be done. Orders that were placed after me had come and gone. There was no apology no reason why a pick up order took 40 minutes. And now that I'm home there is no sauce for the mis sticks or blue cheese for the wings. Lost a customer because of this terrible experience.

I was craving a white pizza. Several people on 518 Foodies named SaraBella for a great white pizza. Ordered the Bianca. I can't believe how bland it is. The dough has no taste and minimal flavor from the cheesy topping.

My team was in Albany for a basketball game on a Friday and called on Tuesday to set up a postgame meal. They told me to call back on Thursday and send the order over which i did. On Friday three hours before the delivery they emailed (NOT CALL) saying they wouldn’t be able to accommodate and cancelled the order on me. Very unprofessional and left me scrambling right before the game. Wouldn’t depend on this restaurant for a big/catering order !!

I don’t even wanna give any type of star. We got pizza that was so dry we had to add our own stuff to it to make it not dry, the boneless wings were shriveled up and batter no meat to it at all. I will never order from you guys again. You guys ruined a little kids birthday party because the pizza was awful. 10/10 wouldn’t order from them. This is now the second time you’ve disappointed us. Gave it a second chance and once again was extremely dissatisfied. Considering the bill was 85.00 over priced to begin with. We will be taking our business to lafamiglia considering they’ve never messed up an order and if they did they would over compensate and actually fix what they did and bring us food that tasted better.

Pretty disappointed. My boyfriend and I have ordered the same pizza here multiple times. It’s a speciality pizza - but it apparently was removed from the menu. We go online it is still there and an 8 cut is priced at 18 bucks. (They tell us it’s not on their current menu even though it’s on the one online). They say they can’t honor the 18 dollar price. There are 3 toppings on this pizza and it’s when they put it in manually it’s 30 dollars. Pretty much just trying to make more money off of us. Wouldn’t have been as mad if they actually updated the online menu. Poor customer service and a loss of a customer. Good pizza and wings, but we’d rather drive to Clifton Park to our other favorite place then go there now.

They changed owners!!!! No longer “Bronx Pizza” and it was over 40 bucks for an 8 cut and uncooked wings!!!! FML

Both sarabellas and golden grain’s quality have gone down in the past few months. For some reason they started taking the pizzas out earlier than they should and the quality of food has definitely went down as the food usually comes out undercooked. Gave $5 tip too which is pretty disappointing.
