The best pizza in town? Perhaps I’ve never been disappointed and many friends/family weren’t either. Prices are good, pizza is good, garlic knots are good, what more can you ask for?

I tried Soho's gluten free pizza. I was quite surprised with the taste and quality. It was much more thicker than I expected. It looked like homemade crust. It tasted almost like regular pizza. I absolutely recommend Soho's gluten free pizza.

While I was at SOHO pizza today, a man stopped in who was hungry and had no money. He asked if he could get a slice of anything and he could maybe "pay in a couple days". The guy behind the counter gave him a slice because that's what humanity is all about. We take care of each other. SOHO has the best pizza in downtown Albany and they show their humanity to the people in the community. When you stop in to SOHO pizza, consider buying a slice in advance for someone who's struggling and vulnerable. ❤️

I really love this pizza place. I have been ordering from Soho for years & it's a cute, familiar place. Tonight I was waiting on an order of wings & the woman behind the counter apologised many times for the wait. She offered me a free slice of pizza & garlic knots. So nice!

I'm from Minnesota and I travel for work. Pizza was my first on the list for New York. Parking is very difficult with a 23 foot vehicle sadly. Best pizza I ever had requardless of the parking. Next time I'll do uber I guess.

This pizza is the best. Small but worth the visit. By far the best pizza I have had in Albany. You dont gotta take my work for it (but you should), come check it out for yourself. The staff is friendly and Spanish speaking (another huge plus for those that have ESL). This was my second visit and I'ma be coming back here again. THUMBS UP.

Great place for a slice….. or two ….or three. Simple set up, order at the counter and grab a seat outside. My wife had the veggie. I had the sausage and pepperoni. They came out quick, hot and crispy on the bottom. Sauce and cheese ratios were very good. Several options to choose from. Stop in while strolling down Lark Ave. you will not be disappointed.

I frequently get pizza from Soho and I am never disappointed. They almost always have multiple fresh pies ready for walk-ins and the workers are always friendly and quick to help you with your order. I highly recommend them to anyone that likes good pizza!

This pizza was great. Crust was thin but not soggy. We got the Supreme and it was loaded with veggies and meat with a nice blend of sauce and toppings. Servers (owners?) are pleasant. Be forwarned though- they do not have a public restroom so PB4UGO.

Great pizza, I always get the pepperoni and my wife loves the calzone offerings. I never go anywhere else, they are always open, I find that the delivery time is usually around 30 min even if they tell you longer. Sometimes you get a person on the phone that you have to repeat everything 3 times, but not that big of a deal to make me change the rating.

By far the BEST pizza joint I've ever had!! They were our last hope after a concert and the food was exceptional!! Everything was cooked perfectly the pizza was the beat I've ever had!! Wish we had a soho around here!! We now know who our go to will be when we stay in Albany!!

After traveling from Maryland to visit friends and then getting stranded due to a shredded tire, the welcoming service we received from SoHo was AMAZING. Not only did they call me to verify my debit card activity (since my info is all out of state) they gifted us some garlic knots that were phenomenal. The pizza itself was a joy to all partaking. Veggies were fresh and the meat was lovely. Overall, this spot is a gem. Thank you guys!

I got the buffalo chicken pizza. My friends made fun of me for eating the crust first , but it was so good. It wasn’t overly salty and thin like the other pizzas in the neighborhood. It was very filling and satisfying.

I was worried it wouldn’t taste good but I gotta say it wasn’t bad. It was quite tasty. Way better then anything I have back at home. The garlic knots were really good with its carbs taste and butter garlic like flavor.

So, we get back to our hotel after midnight and ask the desk lady if she knows anywhere we can get some food. She hands us a menu for soho and says they deliver there and are open to 3am. My first assumption is that it's probably basic okay for being drunk at 1am pizza, but no. Absolutely not! We ordered a Margherita pie and some wings and it was amazing! One of the best Margherita pizzas I've ever had, great flavor, great quality toppings, great crust! The wings were also great. What a great place to cap off an awesome night!

I came to Soho with a group of people and they were very accommodating to me and a group of 9. It was late and rainy and they were warm and cheery! I am really excited to have this slice melt in my mouth! My first time in Albany and I will be back!

I ordered a full and varied buffet for a group of 60 women. Everything was absolutely delicious and delivered to us on time. We had a number of special requests and they were handled perfectly. Not sure if they do things differently two hours north of us but we ordered a white pizza to be delivered to our hotel room and it had no ricotta cheese. Pizza was still good though.

Courteous friendly quick. A but breast. But very decent pizza. Both walk in and delivery. For me a bonus is location. it is next to Asian take out. Grew up on pizza and Chinese food evenings. Great mix!

If you can get the Pizza Hut out of the oven it's incredible, unfortunately a lot of times it's been sitting around and they have to warm it up and it's not quite as good as fresh. Otherwise very good pizza

A no-frills kind of pizza place with some pretty good pizza. They have some really interesting combinations and the ingredients taste fresh. Nothing exciting to say about the crust but it works. Pizzas available by the slice are displayed on shelves behind glass. They heat it up in their pizza traditional/commercial pizza ovens and are piping hot within minutes. Employees are efficient but not overly friendly, but hey, it's a pizza joint on Lark St. - expectations aren't high here. A great place for a quick slice or even to take a pie home.

Food is delicious here. My delivery ordered showed up wrong though; ordered Garlic knots and they came without garlic... I was told I would be credited $5 however, so we will see if that pans out.

I have ate here plenty of times, over the phone order. One day I just went in to order to pick up. I noticed that everyone who came in to get pizza, hands crossed over fresh pizza pies on the counter. 12 people came in, could you imagine what's on these pies NOW! Just nasty! At one point a dime fell out a drunk man's hand on to the pie WT. I guess contaminate food is tasty. I walked out.

Hey Sunday September 19th I have to rate them this star any other time I have been here the pizza has been fantastic but tonight far from it. I had a mushroom pizza the toppings the sauce was perfect but the dough was very dry the crust was very very dry I usually eat the whole pizza not tonight. I was very disappointed but normally your pizza is out of this world they have so many different choices to choose from. As for the soda that I purchased to which was a can of Coke I can't a Coke should be very cold the can of Coke was like room temperature I don't get it they're Coke and can is very cold not tonight disappointed again but the customer service and the person who served me was very friendly and they were fast and they listened to what I was looking for and they did well but the food was not good at all disappointing

The guys were quick to provide service. The pizza was done quickly, and that was reflected in the pizza dough. The pizza I received was undercooked. The flavor of the ingredients and sauce were average.

Not sure why this place has such a high rating. I ordered the chicken pesto pizza which was super dry and had no flavor. The crust tasted like it was a previously frozen pizza. I ordered curbside pickup, but when you call the number listed it doesn't go through, so you have to go in anyway.

Great pizza, but like its fellow business around the corner, #lionheart pub, CDC guidance for the prevention and spread of COVID-19 are optional ... Face coverings and social distancing aren't necessary. I guess beer and pizza are indeed a marriage made in heaven.

The Sicilian was not even close to being an original Sicilian. Wrong sauce, wrong cheese. Crust was doughy, rubbery. The large regular pizza crust was the same way. I do not believe this crust was made when I ordered. Seriously is was gas station quality.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 2. I love the pizza here but anything else, they can't seem to manage. There's always a ton of people working but none of them evidently know how to make a sub. I have tried ordering simple turkey subs. The first time they made subs 3 times,kept putting the wrong stuff on the subs, after I went back the second time they got it right. I just tried again, ordered 2 turkey, Swiss subs, rather simple, I thought They screwed them up again. I give up. I will not bother with ordering anything again. If your looking for a simple quick slice, you're good. Anything more complicated, I wouldn't hold your breath.

I paid 28 bucks for 5 motz sticks and 4 chicken tenders and a bottle of coke. The food was good it was the quantity that had us upset. The math doesn't add up. 4 chicken tenders can't be over 10 dollars. Same with mots sticks and the coke it doesn't make sense.

Unacceptable. Can’t rate the food or service because they were not provided after payment. Either don’t offer delivery or use an effective delivery service. Not receiving goods paid for without any reason for the missing order and instructed the need to reorder instead as the manager refused to remake the order… why would I reorder something I never received in the first place? Paid for food and delivery. Delivery receipt sent as confirmed but no food. Checked the front of immediate neighbors’ addresses in case there was an honest mistake made - nothing. With such great reviews, I’m disgusted by this lack of accountability. Truly was looking forward to the food. Now seeing reviews regarding delivery - I see this is a trend with Soho Pizza.

Pizza was burnt and dry. The order taker said in 40 minutes it was an hour ten minutes. The delivery driver arrives a house 8 when I told restaurant #20.

Delivery was an hour late though and the restaurant does NOT answer the phone. I called numerous times to see where my order was and I heard them pick up the phone and leave it off the hook after I called 10x so that it would stop ringing. Horrible customer service. However, despite this, it was decent for vegan pizza. Not the best I've had but it was good and I enjoyed it. The crust was pretty dry though and could have used more cheese. If it weren't for the delay and poor customer service the pizza itself would be 3.5 stars.

SoHo is known to be my favorite spot for having a great slice of pizza, however today I was turned off. The young man, working behind handling the pizza proceeded to blow under the pizza as he was placing it in the oven. I addressed the gentleman behind the counter and he was offended. He stated he always does this. To me that is unsanitary. I can see so many things going wrong, you spitting gum under it, you spitting on my pizza, you carrying a fever and transferring other germs, that may not be cooked off... I could go on. So I proceeded to do research and call other pizzerias and corporate companies (Pizza Hut, Dominos, Lil Ceasers) in Albany, to find out if they have this same process. And guess what... they do not. They have the proper tools to be sure that the pizza DOES NOT STICK. THEY DO NOT BLOW their breath, possibly spit UNDER THE PIZZA! I need Soho to invest in the proper tools to be used to slide under the pizza so it doesn't stick, instead. I asked a customer that was there also, they were also bothered that this fact as well. Just thought I should share.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Just got food a hr ago. The fries had no salt n pepper plus they were very soggy. Couldn't taste the garlic on the knots n the dipping sauce was ice cold. The pizza slices were hard as a brick n ice cold.

I’m Staying For one night in the capital District. I asked the clerk at the hotel to recommend Italian takeout restaurants he gave me two one of which had a minimum which I wasn’t able to meet. So I called Soho and ordered an egg plant Parmesan dinner with pasta. The person on the other end of the line told me 40 minutes, an hour later the food arrived. I was shocked being from Long Island I’m used to really good Italian food but my expectations were a little lower for upstate New York. The cheese was the cheapest mozzarella I have ever tasted it was almost in edible. I expected a good amount of eggplant and found three little pieces underneath the cheese basically the whole dish was pasta which cost them about two dollars at the most. I was hungry so I ate it all and then three hours later I was in the bathroom with diarrhea and stomach cramps. This was the only thing that I ate all afternoon and evening. I don’t have any idea about their pizza but I definitely would stay Away from their dinners unless you want cheap cheese and very little protein.

I called And made a deliverly for a special that was 18.99 and when They gave me the price I was told 32$. I told them it’s up on still up on the menu as 18.99 and they said I know. That’s False advertisement first off then when I said never mind to change my order the pizza man hung up in my ear. Very disrespectful. When I called again to place my new order I spoke to the same person and not once did he apologize and the attitude he gave me was uncalled for.

I wrote a review for Soho about two years ago but I now have to change it. I ordered delivery and the total (with a $3 tip and $2 delivery fee) was 21 and change. This was for a medium cheese with no toppings. I was told 45 minutes and the delivery driver showed up 20 minutes later. Normally I wouldn't care however I am at work I cannot just leave whenever I want. Not worth it.

Chicken parm was cut up Chicken fingers. Not edible. Ricotta pizza was good but the deep dish Sicilian was very mediocre. The cheese is low quality

Been coming for years with exception of the last year. Pizza used to be the best and they USED to have very surprisingly good gyros. Got one today during Gay Pride Parade-it was basically a chicken wrap. Instead of tzatziki I thinks it’s Mayo, and the chicken was frozen and reheated at least a few times, probably. This is my first bad review & I’m not one to complain about food ever but it just seems like the owner is starting to cheap out on ingredients. If you want fresh ingredients avoid this place…

Ordered a pizza, wings and, mozzarella sticks. The driver came handed me my food and left. He never had me sign or gave me a receipt. I went inside to check my order to see that no mozzarella sticks where there. I called back and was told I never ordered mozzarella sticks. They wanted to charge me another $7 and wait 45 minutes. I disputed what I was being told and asked them to provide me with a receipt. They refused. I asked for it to be emailed or even a picture of it to be sent to me. They refused. After trying to resolve this over the phone they said they would bring the mozzarella sticks and the driver was on his way. Nobody ever came. I have been ordering from here for years. So 12 wings and a large 2 topping pizza for $40. I will never order from this place again.

They don't care about the customers! Because of the pandemic, you have to stand far away from the window where the pizza slices are. They still expect you to know what pizza they have. I asked the server what kinds of pizza they had and he listed them off, but I couldn't hear him very well over the fan. I had to lean in close for him to hear me and for me to hear him, which ruins the point of making all customers wear masks, since he was not wearing a mask. I asked if they had any broccoli slices. He said yes. I said I'll take 2 broccoli and 2 cheese slices. After receiving the pizza, I looked in the box and noticed that the broccoli slices had chicken on them. I am vegetarian and was looking for slices with only broccoli. They usually have more meatless options, but today there were apparently none. I told him I'm vegetarian, asked if he could take the chicken and broccoli slices back, and asked if they had any pizza without meat. He said they have veggie pizza but only one slice. I took the veggie slice and another cheese slice. The lack of variety was disappointing to day the least. When I got home and started eating the veggie pizza, I realized there was sausage on it. I inspected the pizza before eating it, but still didn't notice the meat on it. Now, I'm enraged. I haven't eaten meat in over 3 years and probably ate some due to this places' negligence and lack of communication. Additionally, none of the 6 or so workers (including the delivery guy) were wearing masks or gloves! I don't know the laws surrounding this but it seems pretty obvious that every one in food service should wear a mask right now. I am not coming back!

I ordered a large margherita pizza that set me back $22. At that price, I thought it would be good, but this may the worst pizza I've ever paid for. They skimped on every ingredient, seemingly having only a vague idea of what a margherita pizza is supposed to be like. It's like when someone buys something from a sketchy website and it looks nothing like the picture when it arrives. I'm so disappointed and I regret wasting my money.

I started to order a pizza base off of prices online and when I called the prices changed I asked if the prices are correct on Google they said yes and still continued to charge me more Update The prices on there personal website are slightly higher then Google. By 2-3 dollars I see this as a business problem. Google is how people find your business That needs to be addressed sooner rather than later.

There is clearly an issue with food handling. ❌❌The pizza was dry, over cooked, and got me SICK smh 1st time going won’t be going back EVER.
