awesome little bar (first i've been to in nyc with my namesake, haha) that i was told recently opened. such cozy vibes inside, tons of seating, a game room, and clean bathrooms. i wouldn't necessarily say it's 'divey' because it has a very newly renovated feel to it, in a good way. it felt like a step into an 80s movie scene. bartender was super nice to accommodate our big group, and we really enjoyed it! will definitely return to try the food next time. a few of my friends also brought in their own food and the bartender had no problem with it!
Just found this cozy spot next the diner on the corner. Fantastic set up for the football season. Ask about their beer + shot special for a great deal (our Modelo + Tequila Shot was $13) or a sweet classic marg to start your evening! If you’re hungry you can put an order in at the diner next door and eat your food here! Don’t miss out on your favorite team this season from the comfort of one of your neighborhood bars! 🍻
Raiders nation, stand up!!! Best bar we’ve been to. Small pool table helps the angles!!!! Ohhhhh yea. Julianna and Alina were slinging ‘em!!! Glizzies slapped. That’s a plus. Charles Woodson and Darren McFadden are regulars. Great guys

Great bar! Super fun atmosphere, went with friends and had a great time! Really fun place to watch the game and also just to grab a beer. The staff is super friendly. The Sunday bartender was super fun and chatty! Would recommend checking out if you're in NYC!

Great new bar in the neighborhood. Went on a Thursday night and it was a good dive spot with really nice bartenders. Lots of beer on tap, great shot and beer combos, and it has quick bites. Highly rec!

This place is an oasis in Gramercy. One of the few places for a proper Guinness and only $1 for pool. WOW! The girl bartender on Thursdays is so funny and passionate about football.

Clara’s in Manhattan?!?! A dream come true! And just like the Clara’s in bushwick sometimes one of the taps produces a stale beer. Ah, little surprises every day are the spice of life aren’t they?

The TVs are blasting every game worth watching, the drinks are strong enough to make your problems disappear (but not so strong you forget your own name... yet), and the crowd? A delicious mix of locals who know how to have fun without making it a full production. Pool table for when you want to flex those "skills," chill volume so you can actually flirt instead of screaming over bad pop remixes, and staff that remembers your order faster than your ex remembers to text back. Other spots in the area wish they had this energy. Clara’s is giving neighborhood staple with a side of "yes, honey, we see you" realness. If you're in Gramercy and looking for a gay bar that doesn't make you question your life choices, this is it. Crown it already. Will be back every game day (and every thirsty Thursday). 10/10, no notes. 💅🏳️🌈

Disgusting rude employees!! These people do not know how to treat customers. Place was dead. Came in a group of 5, we were at the pool table getting ready to play, first person to order, ordered a seltzer and the bar tender says “is anyone drinking, the pool tables only for customers” after someone ordered an alcoholic drink he says we can only play one game since we got one drink and that the pool table (that you have to pay to use) doesn’t pay his rent. Not my problem you can’t pay rent, no wonder this place is dead. Stay away from this place.
