I love this place! the staff is super friendly and helpful. the bubble tea is always on point. I may be really basic but my go to is the roasted oolong milk tea. I got the famous bear bottle and I really didn't expect to love it so much since now it has so many uses for it!

First time going to this spot and got the mango green tea which was AMAZING. I’m a huge tea drinker and could immediately tell they weren’t skimping out on quality here. The staff were super attentive and pleasant to chat with while I waited for my drink, which only took a few minutes to get. Thanks for a great first experience, I will definitely be coming back!!!

25% sugar Thai milk tea was too sweet. The taste is not really authentic, but more American.

In a food hall, busy for a Sunday. Boba was very soft, great texture. Service was reasonable, staff pleasant.

I got tea and a taiyaki at Team makers. Both were honestly pretty average, not a place i would go back to. I was very annoyed by the costumer service though. I stood in line for a few minutes and no one came to take my order, they just kept looking at me until i said something. Once i placed my order, i got the tea relative fast but kept waiting for the taiyaki for over 10 minutes and the staff was just on their phone or chatting with each other. i went back and asked when it was going to be ready. They said they had forgotten about the order and made one but seemed pretty rushed and did not taste good at all. Would not recommend!

Yet another downtown Brooklyn food spot that doesn’t have great customer service specifically towards black people; it’s honestly the vibe of the entire city place. And I can’t help but feel that Sandy and coworker aren’t used to serving black people by their clear unpleasant disposition. The tea was good….just sounding the alarm for the people.

I got the roasted oolong milk tea and it’s subpar at best - there was barely any tea flavor and just tasted super watered down.

This is maybe my third time going there and I have the same experience every time. They’re pretty messy and always make my drink wrong even after I tell them what was missing. They just had to make my drink three times and it’s still wrong.

Taro slush was really watery and a waste of money. I ordered it at the store and not delivered. Better get it from the gong cha down the street. It's much thicker and slushy there.
