Greatest service and slices i have ever tried

The single best margherita pizza I've ever had. Veggie pizza was not great but I would return here a million times just for the margherita. This was actually my first time in nyc and my first nyc pizza ever and I can't wait to return for the city and this pizza.

The pizza here is so good! Came here without any big expectations, just willing to try one more pizza place among the many around the area. I was surprised first by the super friendly, helpful service, and then by the amazing pizza. Got a buffalo chicken and a margherita slice and both were incredibly good, better than many expensive restaurants.

Stopped off in the Financial district a few times at this location . Had a few quick slices and a chicken roll. Solid staff , clean place what more can you ask for ? Just don’t sit by the door on cold days 🥶. Lunchtime 12-2 can be a bit crazy — get it while it’s hot

Great neighborhood spot with a friendly staff. Lunch rush is usually busy but they move the line quick enough to accommodate everyone. Prices are definitely fair for the area - probably the cheapest regular slice I’ve seen in years in NYC. Place is super clean and the staff is A1. Our building orders from these guys all the time. Glad they finally got their google listing up so we can show them the love they deserve. 5/5 all around. Be back tomorrow fellas !

My family and I stop by for food here and everything was great - food, service, atmosphere and cleanliness. We had a personal size cheese pizza, margharita pizza, ham & cheese calzone and mozzarella sticks.

5/5 – Great Pizza! Tried Traditas Pizza, and it did not disappoint. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious—definitely a solid 5/5. I got two slices, a water, and a Sprite for a little over $13, which is fair for NYC. This spot is relatively new, established in 2022, but they’re already making great pizza. If you’re in the city, definitely give them a try. I’ll be back next time I visit NYC!

Even after not being in this pizza shop for a year, the atmosphere and delicious pizza stays the same! When I worked around here last year, I got a BBQ pizza every week. My mom came twice, and even she loved her slices each time! They also have great Italian icees , so definitely stop by if you can.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming — they made the whole experience even better. The pizzas were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Prices were very reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend it if you're looking for great food and amazing service!

I stopped by with my girl and we got Confused if this is Brooklyn or Fidi :). Best pizza in Fidi Love it! This is a must. And you gotta try the ices as well. Very polite staff and so welcoming.

Delicious pizza slices, cruncy crust and tasty sauce. Better than the Joe’s pizza nearby in my opinion. I highly recommend the Margherita slice, it has fresh chopped basil on top - heaven for an Italian. The service is super friendly and there is plenty of space to sit and enjoy your slice.

Delicious classic NY slice, perfect crisp. I’ve eaten slices all over the city and Traditas is at the very top (I’ve also been to their location in NoMad, just as delicious). A great variety of classic toppings and also some fun ones. Really nice staff too! Quick food option, tables inside, a nice covered patio outside. Just go!

Love this place! Their Margherita slice is probably my favorite in NY right now, no joke. The Lasagna slice is also superrr good. On top of the pizza being quality, the atmosphere and service are just top notch! I’m pretty much a regular already!

I picked up dinner here and was blown away with how good my assortment of pizza slices were. Everything was delicious! In fact, the food was so good, I was back the next day for lunch. The team was friendly, and there was room to dine in - if that’s what you’re looking for. This was some of the best pizza I had while in New York, and their garlic knots were equally delicious. Great pizza spot. Haven’t been since last summer but I remember their cheese slice being really solid. Today, I tried the buffalo chicken slice and the vodka parm. Buffalo chicken was a solid 4.8/5. Chicken wasn’t over seasoned and the Buffalo taste really stood out. And it’s a hefty slice. The vodka parm was good. Solid 4/5. Could benefit from a tad bit more flavor/seasoning in the sauce. All things considered, this is a 5 star pizza place for sure.

I've been to many pizza restaurants in my visits to NYC, but these guys have by far been the best. Their pizza slices are filling, delicious and are a decent price. I had a Chicken and Bacon Ranch slice, and a BBQ chicken slice, and I have to say, I would happily go back. The customer service was great too. The guys were super helpful and polite, and I had a great conversation with them about their food and history. Tremendous guys, keep up the good work ❤️

Close to Wall St and WTC location, this was one of the best pizza experiences I have had in my life, with overall relaxed cafe style pizzeria vibe (way better than an average takeout spot), $5 slice in Summer of 2025. Highly recommend trying their Margherita and Vodka slices, check out my video for details. If I had more appetite, I’d try Grandma slice too. Salads and Fruit bowls looked fresh and tasted good too.

A wonderful lunch stop in the city! The inside had a good atmosphere and the service was very quick and attentive. I got 4 slices and all of them were great! All the slices were warmed up in the pizza oven before serving and the sauce they used was great. Would highly recommend!

Found my go to pizza place in the financial district. Crust was excellent, one of the best I've ever had. And the sauce is great too. Very affordable pricing. Enough seats that unless you're there for a lunch rush you can probably sit.

Solid choice if you’re craving a good old slice of NY style pizza. Personally, I just come here when craving garlic bread. Gooey yummy garlicky goodness dipped in marinara sauce. It’s also a judgment-free zone if you like Hawaiian pizza which apparently gets sold out (people just don’t want to admit they like pineapple on their pizza). Nice and friendly staff. Quick, easy, no fuss

I went here curious about the pizza obviously and it was good pizza. I had the margarita and bacon chicken ranch. I personally like my pizza on the saltier side but all in all this place was good. I would come here again. But pricey slices. $6 for a chicken bacon ranch is a bit much

Good. There are places to seat and a bathroom for customers in the back. The taste of pizza is average. I like the white pizza with spinach. The price is $5 to $6 per slice. This is expensive but it is Manhattan.

Pizza was a solid four stars—crispy crust, excellent sauce and good cheese—above average for NYC. Service was very good and atmosphere is pleasant and clean—five stars on both of those counts.

I ordered here from the first time the other day and when I walked in to get my order the staff were all so nice. They were also super quick! However I am gluten free and their gluten free crust was one of the least appealing crusts I’ve tasted. I am jealous of anyone who gets to eat the regular slices because they look delicious. If the fidi traditas sees this please consider using a different gluten free crust…your gluten free customers will return far more often. I would love to give it another try with a different crust!

Was drawn to this pizza but very high ranking. However the ranking is biased due to offer of a free drink for a review. Unfortunately my pizza was too dry and stale. Regret eating it. Will not come back again

Ordered the personal meat lover's pizza and was immediately disgusted on the first bite. The crust was slightly burnt, there was barely any sauce, and the sausage they used was of poor quality. It was like eating a cheap processed pizza, and not the good kind. I wanted to like it. I really did. Even tried a bite from another slice but the burnt taste and lack of any good flavors ruined it. This was my first night in NY, and I wanted to try some pizza since I was told I HAD to get some while I was here. I was excited by the great reviews for this place and my level of disappointment after trying it is off the charts. If this is the best fidi has to offer, it looks like I'll be expanding my search.

Gave them 11 days from when I emailed, then notified that I charged it back on my credit card since they did not follow up on their promise. They sent a rude email in response. If you don't follow up on your promises, you get a charge back. Their edit below on their review comment further exemplifies their rude customer service. Plenty of other pizza shops to patronize in the area. Ordered three slices. They fired one and forgot to put the other two in, so they chucked them in for anout 30 seconds and served to me cold. Should have walked out but I wanted to try it still. Mid. Good sauce.
