Don’t be fooled by the store front and prices the chocolate and macaroons have mold do not buy! Please! I was kind to not make a scene in the store on macaroons having mold but then i saw the chocolate at home this is ridiculous! Save your money and your health please

The chocolate had mold inside!!! I took a photo and i also showed the chocolate to the manager at Vasalissa located at Bal Harbour Mall store. I asked the manager to refund me and in the first moment she was rude and said she was going to give me a discount as i ate some other ones on the box. This is a Shame!!! $ 90 USD for a box of chocolates spoiled and with mold!!! Please AVOID!!!

Worst service possible. Took about 15 minutes to actually get to us to get our order then took 20 minutes to being our food. The latte was actually terrible. The only thing that was okay was the chocolate strawberry.

Nice interior with dirty chairs. Very bad attitude. Unfresh croissants and terrible coffee. DONT RECOMMEND!

Second time at this place in two months. First we bought a box Of chocolates for $80 from the hostess with a bad attitude. Have this place a second try and still the same service, ordered a coffee, macaronis and pastry, only to wait 30 minutes and no service. Not going back. Agree that his place should be less than a 2 ⭐️.

place is a joke. ordered an espresso, macaron, and ham baguette. cashier said it would take 15 min to prepare the baguette which was just a $9 cold piece of bread with a piece of dry ham and some cheese on it. ate the macaroon outside and came back in for the baguette after 15 minutes.. the person that just rang me up 15 minutes ago did not believe i already paid for everything, then took 10 minutes testing me on the transaction number while looking in the cash register to see if i actually paid or not. dont see how it was so hard to find the proof i paid when maybe 1 or 2 people max came in after me. not only was it rude but they came off as if it was my fault for paying in full and not doing two payments after waiting for the baguette. as everyone else says in their reviews, customer service here is disturbingly poor. if you can't remember a customer you charged 15 minutes before when the store is empty you should maybe try working in a call center and not facing customers directly.
