If you're looking for an authentic Neapolitan dining experience in this area, I think Pizzeria "081" is a must-try. The pizza dough here is a work of art: incredibly light, soft, and incredibly well-leavened, it melts in your mouth with that perfect balance of crispiness and softness that only a true Neapolitan pizza can deliver. With every bite, you'll feel the passion and tradition with which the dough was once prepared, the result of a slow, natural leavening process that makes the dough easy to digest and delicious. But it's not just the pizza that's captivating: the ambiance at "081" is a dive into the heart of Naples, perhaps a little kitsch (perhaps intentionally) with warm, welcoming, and witty details that evoke the Neapolitan spirit; amidst vivid colors and a family atmosphere, with folk music that conveys the warmth and conviviality typical of neighborhood pizzerias, where every guest feels at home. Not accustomed to particular tastes, this time I opted for the "A Sporcacciòn" (buffalo mozzarella - porchetta - peppers - stracciatella - potatoes), which was theoretically a brick, yet I truly enjoyed it and digested it without any problems. The ingredients used seemed good quality, although I didn't find the buffalo mozzarella's typical intense character. The "Bufaline" ordered by our guests were also appreciated. The cold cuts and cheese platter ordered as an entrée was also not bad, although I would have preferred the bruschetta to simply sliced ​​bread, even if it was good quality. A small point about the classic babà, which, despite being excellently made, soft and spongy, was evidently drizzled with a versatile liquid (for all palates), whereas I would have preferred a real "babà" with rum! The red beer was excellent, while the lager had a foamy head that I wasn't convinced by, disappearing immediately after pouring. Highly recommended for those who want to savor the true flavor of Naples without leaving the city! Free parking is available in Piazza Gobetti. Excellent value.

It feels like being in Naples' Spanish Quarter, impeccably decorated and evocative, with Neapolitan-themed music playing. Good selection of appetizers and pizzas, light and easy to digest. Very satisfied and definitely worth returning. Fun service and average prices.

An overwhelming experience!!! Finding yourself in Naples, right in the center of Alessandria, was both surreal and fantastic. The owner and staff are fantastic! They offer traditional Neapolitan dishes, from fried foods (the best I've ever eaten), to pizza (truly amazing!), to desserts. We'll see you again very soon.

Naples in my heart! An extremely typical atmosphere that showcases Neapolitan culture in every way. The pizzas are beautifully topped and large, with good, digestible ingredients. The desserts and appetizers are truly delicious, and the service is fast and efficient. I'd say the prices are more than reasonable given the setting. Perhaps the only obvious flaw is that (at least when it gets busy) they split the service into two sittings, so you have to be there at 7:30 PM and can't stay all night, but you have to leave room for the others at 9:30 PM.

It feels like being in the Spanish Quarter. Anyone who knows Naples knows this, and those who don't can get an idea. A quaint and welcoming place. Exceptional pizzas, incredibly good and dry fried foods, and traditional desserts. If you enjoy good food, don't miss the Sunday lunch events, where you can occasionally sample traditional Neapolitan dishes. I always feel at home at Francesco's.

The pizza is similar to Neapolitan pizza, with a thick crust and a very soft crust, but I didn't find it very tasty. Before the pizza, we had fried cuoppi, which weren't bad. The place is quite noisy, especially in the small rooms. The service is good, and the place is colorful, with many references to the city of Naples... perhaps even too much so.

A unique experience. Entering the pizzeria feels like you're transported to the Spanish Quarter. The service is friendly, fast, and very helpful, typically Neapolitan. The place is unique and decorated in a quaint way, though a bit chaotic with the loud music and lots of people. The pizza was very good, classic Neapolitan style. Our friends also ordered the large plate of fried foods, but some pieces were too greasy and not very tasty. I'd recommend paying more attention to this. I'll be back for the pizza!

Pizza OK. It is a huge place, when booking ask for the front room. Service very Italian, if you are not a regular they might place uou in the backyard

I left with very high expectations, both because of the reviews, all or almost all of them excellent, and because friends recommended me to go. I won't dwell too much on the service, which was normal. The location was nice, although a bit stuffy. I suffer from claustrophobia. The pizza really disappointed me, and I'm sure the owner will say, "It's just a matter of taste," like he does with all the reviews he doesn't like. 6 pizzas: the meatballs were 4, but microscopic. I've never seen anything like it. I'm attaching a photo so you can understand. The Margherita, I can't explain, seemed undercooked, even the sauce and mozzarella hadn't even melted completely and felt like gum in my mouth. The 4 Stagioni, I swear, had 2 thin slices of artichoke, 2 slices of mushrooms, 1 slice of cooked ham, and 3 olives. A spinach pizza, where the spinach was a touch bitter. Now, it's certainly a matter of taste, but out of 6 pizzas, almost all of them could have been better. The dessert, bho uno, was still frozen inside. The sfogliatella was good overall, but having eaten it in my dad's hometown, it's not even close. My son, my mother, and I also had a bit of a stomach ache that evening.

Serata di sabato 21/02, gruppo di 5 ragazzi Premetto una cosa, perche voglio essere sincero nonostante tutto: pizza eccezionale, ritengo sia la migliore in Alessandria e su questo non ci piove. Però: Entriamo 19.40 (ritardo di SOLI 10MIN), ci dicono sul momento (E NON DURANTE LA FASE DI PRENOTAZIONE CI TENGO A SPECIFICARE) che il tavolo va liberato entro le 21.15. Ci sta in realtà, se non fosse per il fatto che le pizze arrivano indovinate un po' quando? Alle 21.15... Ma difatti non è questo il problema, perché può benissimo capitare, lo so bene, ci ho lavorato in questo campo. Che io sappia però è buona educazione, nell'attesa, se non altro offrire qualcosina prima, che sia un antipastino o che ne so io. Ci perderete magari un antipasto, ma almeno ci guadagnate la fiducia dei clienti. Inoltre, siccome il disguido non dipende da noi, fateci finire la cena nel modo in cui vogliamo finirla, con un dolce. Non che finite le pizze ci intimate di andarcene perchè c'è il turno dopo. Se è colpa vostra, dovete assumervi voi la responsabilità di chiedere umilmente scusa a noi e al turno successivo. Anche perchè mi hanno sempre insegnato che l'andare al ristorante DEVE essere un'esperienza. Non me ne frega nulla se hai la pizza più buona col pomodoro coltivato da Maradona e la bufala del caseificio migliore del Vomero, se poi arrivo là e mi stresso. Dovrebbe essere l'ABC della ristorazione ma a quanto pare non è cosi. Mi scuso con i camerieri e la cassiera per il fatto che fossimo scocciati, e i toni magari non sono stati bellissimi. Il problema è del capo quasi sicuramente, che sono proprio curioso di vedere cosa risponderà, sicuramente non dandomi ragione siccome il detto "il cliente ha sempre ragione" nel 2026 è diventato "il cliente non può mai criticare, anzi dovrebbe prostrarsi a tutte le """regole""" nosense, standosene possibilmente pure zitto [si fa per dire, caro capo]". ** Edit a seguito di risposta alla mia amica: (guardare foto) Sul sito non è presente l'indicazione 2 turni in fase di prenotazione. Inoltre non viene scritto che, per le prenotazioni di 19.15/19.30, bisogna liberare il tavolo. È vero, alla prima esortazione di liberare il tavolo non l'abbiamo fatto, ma solo perchè 1 min prima ci era arrivata una bottiglia d'acqua... e ripeto, nel momento in cui io pago, non sono io debitore vostro, siete voi che mi dovreste offrire un servizio (e gentilezza/onestà), e la mancanza di rispetto vs il turno successivo non è la nostra. Nel tempo libero sicuramente non mi va di dire bugie riguardo a un ristorante... ho ben altro da fare. Se insisto è proprio perché non mi fanno piacere le ingiustizie. La pizza è stata buonissima e non ha deluso le mie aspettative. Però, per quanto mi dispiaccia dirlo, sconsiglio di andare a mangiare la pizza il sabato sera. Noi abbiamo fatto 10 minuti di ritardo (non 20/25 minuti) l’ordine è stato preso subito, ma le pizze sono arrivate con due ore di ritardo. Capisco quanto sia stressante dover gestire un locale il sabato sera ma non è giusto dare la colpa a noi,che siamo clienti, per un errore fatto da voi, soprattutto perché non è presente nessuno avviso riguardo ai turni nel sabato sera e nel momento della prenotazione non ne sono stata informata.
