Our server Gabby was amazing; she made our first time experience great! Wonderful entertainment with the Sunday Sessions singer and tap dancer, as well. Holy heck, let me tell you something, doggy: the ambiance was incredible and completely decked out for the holidays. "This [bar] has everything", moody lighting, multiple rooms that were reminiscent of an old speakeasy, awesome drinks/treats, and friendly servers/staff. Sophisticated but not stuffy. I would have attached a photo but no photography/ videography allowed - which is nice for the speakeasy vibe. If I had any suggestions, it would be Doberman labeled pens or matchbooks to remember the experience by. The alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks were very tasty; we had some of the seasonal menu drinks - Cranpus (alcoholic), Mr. Scrooge (alcoholic), Polar Express-O (alcoholic), Sleigh Ride Nog (alcoholic), and The First Noel (non-alcoholic). We also had the non-alcoholic Coffee Cheesecake drink that was very good. The kettle chips and sour cream dip were very good but the dip was maybe a little spicy. The 2 cookies (chocolate chip and limoncello) were warm when served and delicious. Overall, a MUST Las Vegas experience (a tiny bit off the beaten path but TOTALLY worth it! Oh, and on-site parking which was a cherry on top.

My high school friend and I had a memorable evening at the Doberman Drawing Room while visiting Las Vegas. The ambiance and decor immediately set the tone for a fantastic night. It was unexpectedly refreshing to not reach for our phones while we hung out. This mandated disconnect allowed us to engage and enhanced the overall experience. The drink service was exceptional, from the eclectic menu and the inquisitive, knowledgeable bar staff to the fantastic cocktails themselves. I thoroughly enjoyed the Continental and the Patriot, while my friend savored The Big in Japan and the Caninha. I would absolutely return again given the chance!

I finally got to enjoy some drinks here with some friends after a concert downtown. Andrew Martinez is an exceptional employee who greeted me and my friends with respect! The bar tenders could’ve been a bit more friendly but my experience overall was wonderful. Nice job on the remodel from the previous owner! Will return.

I had such a great night at Doberman Drawing Room in downtown Las Vegas! The atmosphere is moody, elegant, and full of character ,it feels like stepping into a sophisticated private lounge. The attention to design and ambiance is outstanding. The cocktails were truly amazing, creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each sip felt thoughtfully crafted. The staff were attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do, which elevated the whole experience. Can’t wait to go back

We had an amazing evening at the Doberman Drawing Room! This gem of a lounge is tucked away in downtown Las Vegas, and once you enter the door, the decor & vibe draw you in. Gabby, our server, took great care of us, as we were celebrating our 37th wedding anniversary; it was an amazing way to start our evening. I had the Howling Wolves cocktail, and later, Gabby brought us some bubbles to celebrate ~ stunning! The live cabaret music by Keys To Doberman was marvelous. We will be going back to try a new cocktail, and eat some of the delicious “Nibbles” they offer; the food looked amazing, but we didn’t get any during this visit.

This place is something out of a movie set ! It is decorated so beautifully and it's all about the details. I love how it's lowkey & you're not supposed to use your phone. It's honestly so cool you won't need your phone. The menu has small bites , which I was they had more of a variety of that, the menu is a cute booklet & a little overwhelming with all the choices but you won't be disappointed. Every cocktail is crafted perfectly! I can't forget about "Gila" our server who was so sweet . Definitely can't wait to come back their happy hour .

Easy to find on corner of 1st St. I like the speakeasy aspect of the establishment. Super cozy, artsy, Mediterranean, intimate, Renaissance feel inside. Loved all the artwork and attention to detail inside. The bartender was on point with recommendations and crafting some delicious cocktails👍🏻

Saw this place on instagram & immediately booked a reservation for a Wednesday night to celebrate my husbands birthday! We definitely were not disappointed. From start to finish this experience was *chefs kiss! This place checks all the boxes if you’re looking for a sultry moody vibe, handcrafted specialty cocktails (which were literally top tier! Best cocktails I’ve had in a while!) and the most amazing service you can get. Not a drinker? No worries! The zero proof menu is just as delicious! Melon milkis was my favorite. Hands down one of my new favorite places! Aside from the live house trio, Steven and Daniel took care of us at the bar and were the highlight of the night. I promise you, you will not be disappointed here! 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be bringing all my friends and family here!

Doberman Drawing Room is a true gem in Downtown Las Vegas—a moody, artful lounge that sparks conversation from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is intimate and smart, the drinks are crafted with sophistication, and every detail in the design feels intentional. 🦋 “Big in Japan” is my favorite so far a beautifully balanced cocktail that’s as refreshing as it is unique. I also love that they offer incredible mocktail options, making it a perfect spot for any kind of night out. A special shoutout to Desiree and Yanni my server and bartender who truly elevated the experience with their warm, attentive service. Thank you both for making my visit unforgettable

One of those few places you know is doing top notch drinks, service, ambiance, and is going to get big in the near future, so you’re torn between being hush-hush about it vs. telling everyone you know~ Highly recommend for delicious, eclectic concoctions with light bites should you want some appropriate nibbles to accompany your drink. I appreciate the no phones, no photography policy. It’s a breath of fresh air, and draws in people that actually want to enjoy good company and not make their phones the main focus (or distraction) of the evening. Also, there’s just something intriguing about the mystique and obscurity of what happens beyond the wooden, gold-embellished door~ You’ll just have to come and see for yourself :)

Scored a reservation to celebrate some birthdays and it did not disappoint!! The extensive cocktail menu was very impressive and our server took extra time to explain various favorites and get to know our spirit tastes to give the best recommendations. The upscale ambience is a remarkable change from the prior establishment. The intimate setting and ‘no picture/social media’ policy makes it a perfect setting for an engaging experience. Can’t wait to go back and try more tasty cocktails and the new ‘snack’ menu as well as explore more of the decor.

The service and the atmosphere at Doberman are fantastic! We've been there several times since they opened in April. The drinks are absolutely divine - extremely well balanced and flavorful. From the time the hostess opened the door to let us in until the time we paid our tab, we felt like we were very well cared for. "The Patriot" is their take on an old fashioned, and probably my favorite drink on the menu. The Doberman is a very special place. They do have a dress code which will most likely cut down on the foot traffic they get in the Vegas Arts District. I hope they are able to find a good clientele to help their establishment thrive.

I love the Doberman for what it is, but it is a specific type of experience and if that is not what you want, go elsewhere. The focus is on being a high end cocktail lounge for a sophisticated clientele. They have amazing vibes inside, outstanding service, and gorgeous, interesting, and delicious drinks. As part of crafting this elevated experience, they have a dress code and enforce it. This is also not your selfie spot. They have a strict policy against camera use inside the premises. The photos shared here are from their own social media, but match reality. If you want an elegant night with your partner, friends, or colleagues, this is an outstanding place to go. If you are looking for the Vegas theme park or dive bar experience, there are countless options in a 3 block radius.

The staff was very welcoming upon entry & make you feel like you have entered a special space. The atmosphere is comfortable & elegant. There are different rooms within the venue & each space has a bit of a unique vibe. I think it would be easy to find a "preferred seat" after a couple of visits. Great place to meet up with friends, chat & have special cocktails. The drink menu is super creative & I enjoyed the ones I tried. I really look forward to going back & testing out more. I first read about the Tom Kha Fizz cocktail weeks before the grand opening so that is where I started. Adventurous & definitely worth having. Then, the server recommended The Continental which was divine. We did not eat any of the dishes on this visit so that is why I don't have any notes on the food. We'll do that next time.

I appreciate a nice speak easy. I do love the layout and decor at The Doberman, and the service is great. I have been there 3 times now and I wanted to wait to give my opinion in case I caught them on an off night. I took 2 stars away from a perfect review. 2 stars were for the music/atmosphere. So loud and obnoxious you cant hear the person speaking next to you. And not good 'speak easy' music. Its hard to relax and enjoy date night with loud dance music blasting overhead. No one is dancing. Turn down the music and keep it intimate.
