Good pizza, but ALWAYS late by at least 20-30 minutes, even when they choose the delivery time. We've even tried picking it up there, and it's always late, but it gets down to about 15 minutes. It's a shame because the pizza is good, but after a while, you get fed up with delays (or bad pizzas...)

PIZZERIA PESSIMA!! Innanzitutto solo per prenotare una pizza a domicilio tempo di attesa al telefono minimo un'ora, risulta sempre occupato (consiglio un semplice trasferimento di chiamata per smistare le chiamate su altri telefoni), poi indicano un orario pur di prendere ordini e il ritardo minimo è di 20 minuti tra l'altro con pizza fredda e deformata, molte volte mi è capitato anche di aspettare per minuti perché il ragazzo delle consegne non sapeva se avevo pagato o meno (io avevo pagato) e la pizza è diventata ancora più fredda. Al banco personale lunatico, ci sono giorni in cui si degnano di salutare il cliente all'entrata altri in cui ti chiedono direttamente "hai prenotato?"; all'uscita della "pizza" ti danno un sacchetto indicandoti il frigo (tra l'altro spento e quindi con bibite calde) per poter prendere la bibita "in omaggio" una lattina di birra dal costo di 20 centesimi che è compresa nel prezzo a dir poco da ladri!!! QUALITÀ PREZZO INDECENTE. La qualità della "pizza" è la peggiore tra quelle che io abbia mai mangiato, una pizza praticamente congelata a partire dai prodotti tutti senza il minimo sapore anzi sapore di congelatore!!! Salumi tenuti in frigo per giorni e giorni dall'odore nauseante!! Sono stato male di notte tutte le poche volte che l'ho mangiata!! Mi permetto di dissentire tutte le recensioni di persone che dicono che la "pizza" è buona, evidentemente non hanno mai assaggiato una vera PIZZA napoletana fatta come si deve. SI INFANGA IL NOME DEL PRINCIPE DELLA RISATA!! Povero Totò!!

Purtroppo non posso dare più stelle. ho ordinato una pizza VESUVIO, senza ricotta ( non per gusto ma bensi perché non mangio ricotta) dal costo di 12 €. Una volta arrivato a casa ho trovato la sorpresa, come si evince dalla foto, la Pizza era super bruciata, ho eliminato il sopra per riuscire a mangiare almeno la parte sottostante e mi sono ritrovato la pizza con la Ricotta. Peccato perché comunque nel posto sembrano cortesi, e regalano anche una bevanda con la Pizza.

Ho ordinato 6 pizze a domicilio. Al momento dell’ordine mi è stato chiesto cosa volessi da bere, ho dato per scontato che la bibita fosse in omaggio come l’ultima volta, pensavo ne arrivasse una e invece mi sono arrivate 6 lattine di pepsi da pagare. Le pizze sono arrivate tutte bruciate e una completamente spappolata. In più dello scontrino neanche l’ombra.

We wanted to eat in. They told us the table was reserved, even though there was no one there until closing time, and it was filthy and full of trash. We had to eat in our car, across the street from the restaurant, in the cold. The pizzas were bland and had too few toppings.

The pizza was charred but, according to them, excellent. When I ordered it over the phone, I was clearly and politely asked that the pizzas not be burned. I'd also like to point out that on a weekday evening, as has happened in the past, when I called to say one was burned, I was told, as before, that it would be remade! Now: the pizza in question was for a child, he only eats that type of topping. The adults ate. Should the child have watched? We rightly made him eat the toppings on top, as instructed to the rude delivery guy. Now, their professionalism is evident in promptly remaking a pizza. Prep and cooking took 2 minutes, delivery 400 meters away took 3-4 minutes, and the problem can be considered solved. But, I repeat, everyone eats, one watches, and then waits about half an hour for the other pizza?! Where do you think the pizza you remade ended up? How did we experience the evening?! Yes, it's true, mistakes can be made, but it's how you recover from them that counts!!!!!

I don't know what happened, but the quality of the pizza I ordered today has definitely declined. The sauce tasted awful (practically the same as pasta sauce) and the mozzarella seemed undercooked. I strongly advise the pizzeria to reconsider, as this change has caused me to waste money.

The pizza can't say anything, good, but the delivery service for the umpteenth time to forget, it will be for the delivery boy always different, certainly not their fault that they can't find the way, and after I call for information on the delivery and ask if by chance they couldn't find the way, their response "we're just late" ...... but this time the pizza is brought back to the pizzeria, again a telephone conversation with us, we are told that the pizzas will be remade and not reheated ...... you have me, the pizzas arrive no less than 10 minutes after the phone call at home, with all due apologies, but unfortunately when opening the pizza, the pizzas had been reheated, and it's also easy to notice focaccia with cherry tomatoes and ham outside the catch you could clearly see that they had been cooked .... or rather reheated ... at my umpteenth phone call they told me that it wasn't true .... You wouldn't have noticed anything on other pizzas, but on that one !!!!! ...Seriousness is something else entirely... Maybe every now and then it's good to admit your faults.......

Unprofessional. We called to order at 7:30 PM and were told, "We can deliver at 9 PM, but if you come, they'll be ready at 8:30 PM." We told them to come by, showed up at 8:25 PM, paid, and waited outside. After a while, we returned, and he claimed the payment hadn't been processed, then reluctantly gave us a receipt. We asked for drinks, and as if he were annoyed, he gave us a bag and told us to get them. The pizzas were delivered at past 9 PM, more than half an hour after the scheduled time. I doubt that after years, they still don't have a clear understanding of the times for preparing pizzas, but just to secure a customer, they invent schedules. The only star goes to the pizza chef because he's good, and the pizza was good. If it were up to the management, not even one.
