I don’t come to Starbucks often. Today I was super tired and needed a boost of caffeine. I totally forgot to say I needed Soy milk or Almond due to Lactose intolerance. I went back up to the counter to see what milk they used and said it shouldn’t be a big deal since it was my own fault. Hannah went out of her way to say it was okay and she wanted to remake it for me. What a sweet girl! Definitely like this store. She was friendly, helpful and kind.

Beautiful Starbucks! My drink was delicious and as expected. If I lived near this location, I would probably come and work here occasionally because of its appealing atmosphere. The drive-through is incredibly busy, with cars overflowing onto the busy adjoining street – see photos. They may need to figure out a better way to route their drive through traffic, as this doesn’t seem safe. Friendly staff 🤩

Really big store. Nice decor. Comfortable. Surprised not having any of the self serve coolers for yogurt, waters, etc. Actually really busy this morning just before 9 am on Saturday. Long wait even with the mobile order.

This used to be a great location. Now it is ALWAYS slow as molasses. 6 people working in a Saturday at noon and only 2 making drinks. Ridiculous wait for two drinks.

Staff very rude and have an issue fixing drinks when it's their fault. Waste of money, I've contacted corporate, was refunded for the horrible service and melted wrong drink. Thanks corporate!

Went to starbucks on alpine to use a gift card.I got for christmas and they didn't know how to sell a sandwich to me or even what sandwiches they had. Was told to download the starbucks app. Will never be back

Spent $20 on coffee (plus DoorDash fees and tip) and ordered red and green sprinkles on one of the coffees and didn’t receive any, When I called to politely let them know and to place a polite complaint, I was greeted by a very rude young lady, who was very rushed and refused to give me her name and when I told her my complaint, she said “well we don’t control anything from DoorDash and that’s from the holiday Christmas stuff so we don’t have it anymore.” And then she proceeded to hang up on me. Did not in any way offer to make it better. She did not apologize for the inconvenience. I usually go to this Starbucks location daily or DoorDash from them, and I will not be going here again. Both of our coffees were made wrong and rude service on top of it will not be going back. I have worked in customer service and that’s no way to treat a customer especially a polite one who is a regular.

New locks on the bathroom doors to keep the bathrooms “for customers only” are horrible. I placed an online order and had to ask for the code to use their restroom. I guess there’s a special button to push to lock the door, well I didn’t realize that and someone walked in on me while I was in there. Ridiculous and confusing.

Waited 20 minutes to get my coffee I waited 20 minutes after I ordered online the ladies got annoyed me of my presence acting like if I were stupid 😒

They said they knew how to make the drink and would ring it in by the time I pulled up. She made it really expensive, used the wrong milk, and did corn syrup instead of honey. Ruined my once a week treat. Insulted me as I pulled away, and I returned the favor. Disgusting.

Nice building but the slow service is getting worse and worse. I go there almost daily but recently I’ve had to leave the drive thru line several times after just sitting there for 10 plus minutes. Sometimes longer, if I go inside the wait is 15 or more. Started going to Dunkin down the road.

Purchased a Coffee which was filled to the brim, as soon as I opened it it spilled all over me. Asked for a new one and tasted bland. Went to add Half and Half and container was out. Had to ask for some from the counter. Lid had a dry coffee stain on it. Pumpkin Cold Brew 1 inch from top, this one was Not Full. Attmosphe good but staff seems to be not getting along.

Yikes, I wouldn't get a drink or eat here ever again. People that advocate for the harm of others would have no issue messing with your food. We dont trust Starbucks at all anymore and you should not either.

Our Barista was such a self absorbed airhead that even after repeating our order through the drive thru then again at the window, 8 TIMES, she still messed it up. We order a medium (tall) iced hazelnut latte with an extra shot (after being told all our other flavors were discontinued) then a medium (tall) iced white mocha latte with an extra shot. We got a hit order first they had to remake then they just gave us small everything with no order sticker, no extra shots. At that point we just lost out easily half of what we paid. Waited another 5 minutes to get straws while blatantly being ignored while she just sat there before we drove off. I understand learning disabilities, I understand adhd and not being medicated but this was just blatant air headed self absorbed negligence. Do better. Listen to what your patrons are telling you and stop trying to talk over them and maybe you’d get their orders correct. Target is right across the street and I’ll gladly go there for my coffee instead.
