Great staff and fast service at this Panda Express location. The food was available for pickup at the requested time and the preparation was solid for party order with adequate utensils, plates and condiments. The food was hot and fresh and was popular.

Edit-Darren is amazing and always has great customer service and is a credit to the company!! Yashua rung me up and he also had good customer service. This store is leapyears from the horrible service when covid started, I'm glad they got rid of those other employees!!! I also added a star because they finally added a vegetarian option but they still cook in same wok/pans. My family love loves this place! It always smells amazing in here. I gave 4 stars because of how much my family comes here. I love how something fresh is always just coming out the wok. It's very freshly prepared. The location is always clean and the utensil section is never a mess. I've never once had a bad reception from any of the employees. They are usually very outgoing and friendly. Now,here's where the 1star gets taken away. For a Chinese food place,where as, usually Chinese food can be safe for vegetarians,but not here. Everything is cooked with chicken stock. The vegetables are cooked in it,the rice is cooked in it, everything,so I have to suffer smelling this AMAZING smelling food and never have a taste(sad face). But definitely a place I'll bring the family to, especially on nights I don't feel like cooking. Don't forget to keep your receipt and do the survey and get an extra entree for free,it only takes a minute for some extra bomb food,for free.

Writing this review before an important luncheon tomorrow with multiple clients. I placed my order online and received a call almost immediately making sure that everything was okay. Milton (sorry if I spelled it wrong) the General Manager called me to confirm my order and make sure it was the way we needed it. That attention to detail made me write this review. His professionalism gave me the assurance that we will definitely use them in the future. In summary, if you have an event that you need a large order for, rest assured that they will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. Excellent customer service experience even before receiving the delivery.

I only come lunchtime but the manager looks like he’s doing a good job. Place is clean. Service is usually quick (yes sometimes it’s slow. It’s panda). Food is good (it’s panda, almost all are good). Specifically, chow mein noodles are not over cooked (that is one variation I’ve noticed). Parking is good. Only complaint is when it’s empty it can be cold - even in summer. But that is common at pandas not at malls. Probably bc the cool works over a jet engine

I only come lunchtime but the manager looks like he’s doing a good job. Place is clean. Service is usually quick (yes sometimes it’s slow. It’s panda). Food is good (it’s panda, almost all are good). Standard panda express. It usually takes about 10 minutes for food, but the parking lot is an absolute disaster and there is never any parking

Slow service, slowest among all the pandas I visited so far

The food is always cold, old or I have to wait for them to make what I want usually. Then when it's has vegetables it the entree they will give you more veggies than meat.

It's ok for quick bite. Just be careful with all Asian foods, I know it's tasty, but stroke and heart attacks are around the corner with such high Na++ and diabetes from rice starch

This server Brenda looked at me like I was from another planet when I asked for my order to be put on a plate so I would not have to sit down at a table and eat it out of a to-go box! She was really snarky and unprofessional.

The food is greasy and the amount of calories in one dish is staggering. The vegetables never seem fresh. I don't go to any Panda Express anymore - they are not cheap and the food is so unhealthy.

Came at 11:10 am....and 70 percent of food wasnt even ready....and no customer service....so came next door to tacos ensenada.. .

Greasy spoon....its really sad they ate billed as healthy choices but in fact are high fat content and not really very good. It's cheap for a reason. Low quality fried foods.

The worst Panda Express I have being too ! Got there at 11.30 am and saw only half their items on display, further more I had to wait for an item to be cooked took them another 10 minutes, service is slow at times even though it wasn't busy ? Food was good though.

Food is never ready. Same problem for the past 5Xs I've been here.

So they never put gloves on from the cash register straight to the food we have to be careful Corona virus is still around

The list goes on. They may be minor issues, but it happens way too often.

Too much breading with the orange chicken and sometimes no chicken at all withing the breading.

They will give you old food even if you make a request not to do so

Ordered a bowl: fried rice and mushroom chicken. They asked me to wait 5 mins for mushroom chicken because there was no more. I agreed. 5 mins turned into 15 mins because the cook forgot to make it. I had to go up to remind them because he made 2 dishes when my mushroom chicken was first.

Rude short asian woman would not greet or take the order right and seems to have a 7th grade education and height, please do not confront, she is passive aggressive and angry on Sunday

Food is stale and half of my orange chicken was fried fats…. Worst Panda ever. Plus one of the fortune cookie did not have a fortune inside… 🙄

The short Asian woman in the restaurant was very rude. After I finished my meal, I went to the bathroom and asked her for the password. She reluctantly told me a fake password. I tried many times but couldn't open the door. Finally, it was someone in another bathroom who opened the door. Be careful with rude short Asian women.

Cooks weren’t working in the back so I assume that was it for the night. Both times they were out of Beijing Beef, and once I waited 30 minutes for them to prepare an entree they then gave to others in line, forcing me to wait again for mine to be made. Unfortunately they just don’t make or keep enough items in stock for their customer base.

This store is always slow in serving the customer. For this reason I ordered online. Dinner for one; small. I was told it would be ready for pickup at 8:20. I arrived at 8:25 and they hadn't started putting it together yet. The manager said it would be ONE MINUTE. It wasn't. No apology. They advertise to order online "just walk in and pick it up". Very disappointed with bad service for mediocre food. Don't buy the chocolate chip cookie -- it's stale.

The food was ready but they were too busy talking to their co workers. When I asked about my food she asked me if I had paid. Comes to show how long I was waiting. With so many competitors giving better quality for less. I cant say that I'll ever go back to any panda again

This is the worst Panda... you have to wait for the rice, wait for chow mein, wait for egg rolls, wait for peppered beef, orange chicken was hard. The service was rude and plates were made very sloppy. I love the Hasting Ranch location but I dont live close. I will never waste my hard earned money here again.
