He's always working diligently and still makes time to make each customer's experience personal by getting to know them, asking about their day, and he even knows what drinks they usually get which is PURE TALENT, and a huge deal for retail. I'm from Dallas just driving through and stopped here for coffee. Ended up grabbing a sundried tomato bagel and OH MY GAWD. So flippin' delicious. Quite possibly the best bagel I have ever had in my life.

Roasters Coffee Shop is simply the Best in Town! My Favorite Choice is the White Mocha, Ghirardelli White Chocolate with 3 Shots of Italian Espresso, Whip Cream, Soy and German Imported Honey with Honeycombs. The Toasted Bagels with Cream Cheese are Always Splendid as well. It’s a Fine Cafe with Great Service.

Georgia St. location is definitely my favorite location! I originally started going to Roasters back in 2012 when I was in college and have been a Roasters fan since. Better coffee than any other coffee shop ever; when I leave out of town , Roasters is the only thing I miss from Amarillo. I went there today and they toasted the bagel just right. I live closer to the Bell location and visit there weekly, but Georgia street location is forever home. Roasters can have my money.

My husband and myself love. They have the best coffee in Amarillo. Latte, Frappuccinos, fresh roasted coffee, and the best Italian sodas this city has to offer. I recommend the tall chocolate decadence with two shots of espresso try it out you may find better than Starbucks

Been here a couple of times now. They make a decent shot or espresso. Most coffee shops I visit pull sour shots. They have good coffee and tea as well.

Decided to stop by on our way through town. Loved the atmosphere and decor. Hubby and I got the Turkish hazelnut latte and Jamaican blend coffee on the suggestion of our barista. Loved his selections for us! Would definitely recommend!

My best friend/coworker come to this location a couple times a week and it never disappoints. The coffee is always hot and always taste fresh, and baristas always have the best attitude. Best roasters location by a long shot.

Had a sweet coffee date with my husband here! Coffee of the day was from Honduras and had a wonderful flavor. The staff was amazing in customizing my order when I requested to have 2 Tbsp of heavy cream and 2 shots of sugar free caramel. It was hands down the best coffee I had in a long time. The sugar free caramel was from Davinci and did taste nothing like sugar free at all. Full flavor. A real treat. On our way out we donated for a coffee burlap sack for our planned coffee station at home. Restrooms were clean and everything inside was very tidy. Free Wifi worked great, I will go back in a heart beat! Thank you!

I have been a customer of this place for nearly 25 years. Roasters was the first real coffee house in Amarillo, and still thrives today to be a staple of the community. Coffee is excellent, service is always excellent, and aside from Craig's unusual rituals of praying to Ronald Reagan for guidance in a candle lit service every day, this place is a perfect coffee joint.

Delicious! Will make decaf specialty coffee drinks. Staff are always so friendly, helpful, and professional. This is a nice environment, not small like Starbuck's. Nice and clean also.

This is my favorite Roasters location and my go to coffee shop, in addition to the Palace in Canyon. The prices are a little lower, but the quality is great, and the staff is friendly. I can see why it's been an Amarillo favorite for so long.

Best Coffee I've ever had (and I'm a certified coffee master). Coffee is as coffee does. That being said, I got a little confused when I asked for mocha frappe, and was corrected to chocolate frappe, but once the barista explained the terms were interchangeable, no problem! (I was ordering for a coworker)

This place really has it going on. They're fast, efficient, and their coffee tastes great. We also got an everything bagel and orange blueberry scone. Both delicious. They were also very friendly. The only thing I would recommend is to have more pastry options, but they're coffee-focused business model works well too.

This was my first time at roasters. I usually just make my coffee at home but I had a gift card and went to give it a try. And it was amazing!! Customer service was great. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy. I’m pretty excited to go back. And the coffee tasted amazing. I ordered a mocha with white chocolate and caramel. The cashier said she ordered a “zebra with caramel” for me because it would be less expensive that way. Two thumbs up!

Nice little place, plenty of room, good study environment. Staff is friendly, quick, knowledgeable about their product. This is a good place to meet with friends, relaxed for a lunch break, or to hit the books. The workers here have ridiculous memory... I hadn't been to this spot for several months, I'm waiting in line, and a barista points to me and asks, "dry cappuccino for here?" And ... Dang yeah that's what I like to get. I can hardly remember my own junk, am amazed by people with good recall like that.

The coffee hear is the best. I love to get a headbanger iced coffee with white chocolate and raspberry syrup. It gives me the energy I need to do multi-variable calculus. The people here are nice and kind. Its a very good environment to get work done or hang out with your friends.

Roasters has the best chai and hot chocolate. I'm not a coffee drinker, but my husband always loves their COD. We really like that they have a large seating area, so you can sit and visit if you choose.

I'm not a coffee shop regular by any means - I typically prefer to use my $20 brewer at home. When the mood does strike this is my place of choice. The staff is very friendly and fast, seating is plentiful, prices are decent, drinks are excellent, and the atmosphere is great. Certainly a better choice than Starbucks in my book. I have been going to Roasters over any other coffee chain for as long as I could drive (over a decade). I love the service, the quality of food and drinks, and the over all atmosphere. I used to do homework in high school there, study dates in college, and now I work on real estate in there too. And the coffee taste is absolutely perfect. 10/10 stars if I could!

Cute and vibrate place on a Tuesday morning. My 16 oz. Cappuccino was perfectly executed and I ordered an everything bagel that they double toasted. The service was very efficient and friendly and the inside had several groups of people gathered visiting and catching up. The cashier called the gentlemen behind me by name. When in town, I would come back again and highly recommend it.

I'd choose Roasters over Starbucks any day. First of all, you're paying less and getting better quality. The atmosphere is really relaxed and the employees are nice. They have a great selection of coffee. You can get anything from a frappe to regular black coffee. If you're into chocolate covered espressos beans, theirs are to die for! My favorite drink is the white chocolate symphony.

Came here for an office meeting, had a refreshing blueberry ice tea that didn’t need any sweetener.

This was one of the coffee shops I wanted to visit on our trip and I’m so glad that we did! I got the Pumpkin Cold Brew with cold foam and my only regret is not getting a bigger size! It was fall in a cup for me. Husband got the caramel macchiato and he enjoyed it but preferred my drink. They do have pup cups for an additional charge but they were huge cups! Our big pups loved them 😊 Definitely recommend trying them out!

I'm not sure why I tried the Green Siren people first this morning and I'm sorry about that. I should have come here instead. But I learned my lesson and here I am. I started with a cortado, which simply tells me that this is a legit coffee shop and not a spot where baristas simply press buttons for "latte." Cortado is the good stuff - half steamed (not foamed) milk and half espresso in a short glass. Over the next few hours, I was able to work through my work day with emails, Zoom meetings, more coffee and just a great comfortable spot for laptop work. Thanks, Roasters!

Roasters came highly recommended. We ordered a Headbanger cold brew and cappuccino...I added a packet of sugar and cinnamon to mine - it was pure heaven. I recommend it. The staff is friendly and they provide great service from what we experienced. It looks like a traditional coffee shop inside with a lot of tables for sitting and chatting with your friends, or coffee shop business meeting.

We ordered both a large, iced lattes, one was Mocha latte, the other Sugar free French Vanilla latte, Both were amazing and here's why: 1. Coffee was not acidic but very flavorful. 2. Flavoring did not overpower the coffee. 3. The beverages were not cloyingly sweet. I am not normally an iced coffee drinker (I prefer hot coffee), but this SF FV latte is the best iced coffee ice had in recent memory. If you're passing through Amarillo, this is the place for coffee, hand down

First off, they roast their own coffee. You will get a good cup. Secondly, the atmosphere was very energetic and lively. the birthdays were friendly and knowledgeable. They prepared our drinks flawlessly and very efficiently. There is outdoor seating, and plenty of comfortable seating inside. There's even a table or two available for large groups to meet at. I live on the road, and this was one of the best coffee stops that we made on this particular trip. I would highly recommend this place.

I have Coffee almost every morning at roasters. I like all their coffees but I do prefer some over others. The staff is very polite, friendly, accommodating. I will continue to get my coffee there.

I love coffee but didn't try it here. Instead I had ginger peach hot tea which was good. It's a fun, very busy place and it was hard to find seats for 4 people during a peak time.

I like going to Roasters in the morning. This trip I went to the one off Georgia st. And the drive thru line was in the street. I waited but, crazy how long that line was.

Good independent coffee shop. Coffee is roasted strongly like Starbucks, but with its own distinct flavor. The scones were very sweet and almost had a fritter texture. Strong coffee and sweet pastries to get you going in the AM.

Nice, quiet place. Sat in lounge area with friend and looked at vacation pics for 3hrs. No one bothered us or made us feel unwelcome. Actually we looked up and it was 10min after closing and not one of the employees ever asked us to wrap it up. We drank a yummy mango strawberry smoothie.

I appreciate the coffee they roast and the atmosphere is way better than Starbucks. Most of the coffee I drink is great, but I just tried their black and tan and its not that good. The staff are very friendly and the place has tons of seating options. Their $2 Coffee of the Day with 2 free refills is fantastic when I just want to order and sit down to get work done.

I order a cortado and amazing service nobody was doing really good bro stop that exactly what I needed to be stopped to maintain the quality of the expresso the transformation of the crema with the frosting of the milk really good oxygenation thank you.

My favorite place but not happy with how my coffee has been coming out lately.. I always get the carmel frappe and you cant even taste the coffee it taste like just sweetener then they ask if id like an extra shot .. And charge me for it when they are the ones not making it correctly? Just disappointed might just take a break for awhile and hopefully when i decide to go again it will be a better experience.

Hit this place traveling through hoping for quality locally roasted coffee (given the name). If you're looking for good coffee, this is not your spot. Coffee is a Starbucks knockoff...burnt and not good black. Convenient drive-through, but will get my coffee elsewhere next time I'm in the area.

I have always been really happy with my coffee from roasters ,but the last several times I have gone to the one on Georgia my coffee has been just terrible. I'm not quite sure if its the training ground for new baristas or if its them trying to rush my drink out. Today I ordered a cold brew with cream and vanilla and got iced vanilla syrup. honestly it was so much syrup it was unbearable to drink. there's not a lot of things that ruin my morning but when I pay 5 dollars for a coffee from a coffee shop that is really out of my way for work I expect it to at least be drinkable.

Odd location. I think it was originally a Pizza Hut? I got a macchiato but it was terrible. Very bitter and barely drinkable. My wife did like her tea though.

We asked for a bold dark roast coffee and was told that’s their specialty. One of the worst cups of coffee I’ve had:. . No suggestions for what we wanted. Gave us scalding hot brown water that’s a medium or light roast. Absolute waste of $.

Come to roasters a lot before work stopped going to Starbucks to come big mistake ! Go inside this time to enjoy my coffee the guys behind the counter was rude , rushing me and already taking the Person behind me order before I could get my receipt and To step aside . no thank you no good customer service at all, just a jerk!! worried about numbers how many customers can he get in And out no good customer service at all which is important, Not to this guy apparently he is the owner even worse how sad . never again will I return here !!. Apology was not sincere at all. Staff was always kind And nice He should learn from them !!.

Mocha with double shots and 1.5 pumps chocolate… I cannot tell any milk was used… no taste, no micro bubbles, no foam, no froth. Poor espresso

I don't understand if this is a new way of doing things but all I asked for was some caramel drizzle on top and they fill the bottom up with caramel syrup then the middle has more syrup and then on top the drizzle, how can someone drink this let alone make this for anyone all I taste is syrup my stomach is already hurting and I barely drank anything this is infuriating
