I went in tonight (Thursday the 12th) and the employees were so kind and accommodating with me!

From the second I walked through the door I was greeted with great customer service. All the employees were super friendly. I love that the meats are freshly sliced right in front of you. I got the #13 Original Italian and it was excellent. A little pricey but everything is fresh and you get a good amount of meat, and it is definitely worth it. They also have a rewards program so I’ll be signing up and returning.

Just wanted to take a moment to shout out this jersey mikes location. Yesterday was my first ever experience with jersey mikes. As I looked at the menu I began to realize there was so many great options to choose from. I couldn’t make up my mind on what I wanted for lunch. Luckily, I met this nice young man by the name of Tommy to help me narrow my choice down to the buffalo chicken sub. And boy was it tasty! Thanks Tommy for the great customer service and the rest of the jersey mikes team. You guys were great and I will definitely be back. 10/10 and I recommend to all!

1st time having Jersey Mike's. I went in hesitant because it was my 1st time. The menu has A LOT on it. Very daunting, but the employees there were more than helpful and friendly. We ordered a steak sub and a buffalo chicken wrap. They need the order numbers instantly. Well informed obviously of their own menu. Food tasted great. I kind of wanted another wrap but decided against it just because. When I asked to take photos they were more than willing and one guy even posed for a photo. The atmosphere was definitely relaxed but professional, laughing and joking all while in complete uniform looking like a solid team. I most definitely will be going back and I'll be taking the family with me. Keep up the great work.

Me and my wife have eaten here numerous times and not once have we had a bad experience. The staff is always super polite with great customer service skills. The subs are amazing freshly cut deli meat just taste better. For Buffalonians that grew up in this area The subs are very reminiscent of Ferra's subs which has been gone a long time. Now for Bill's games our plan is to use their catering options so that all my friends can enjoy such a tasty great product.

I love Jersey Mike's! But this particular location is by far my favorite - the staff are exceptionally efficient, they make you feel very welcome and ultimately make the yummiest of subs. This location is always clean, and I would totally recommend it to all my family and friends..looking forward to my next delicious sub!!

They spoke clearly, respectfully, and in a friendly manner. This is the best customer service that I've experienced from a fastfood/limited service food place in several years. A+++

Food was incredible! Service was incredible but what topped it off was the cook (Quran) was finishing his shift and on his way out stopped at our table where my son was sitting with a broken leg. He said “hope you feel better man” as my wife replied that it happened at football. Quran turned to my son and said “if you fall, you just have to get up stronger” GREAT STAFF at this location!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to after my visit to Jersey Mike’s. From the second I walked in, the energy was on point! The staff was upbeat, super friendly, and genuinely seemed happy to be there—which made the whole experience even better. You don’t always get that kind of vibe at a sandwich shop! Now let’s talk about the #9 Club Supreme… WOW. That sub is on another level. The roast beef, turkey, bacon, melted provolone—all stacked high and made fresh right in front of me. I got it Mike’s Way (obviously), and the combo of flavors with the juice, lettuce, tomato, and onions? Chef’s kiss. Every bite was loaded with flavor, and the bread was perfectly soft with a slight crunch—just how I like it. Honestly, this wasn’t just a sandwich—it was an experience. Fast, fresh, flavorful, and served with a smile. Jersey Mike’s, you’ve officially earned a lifelong fan. 💯🥪🔥

Unwrapped my sub and half of it was in the wrapper. Normally would say it’s fine, but at $13/sub I’d expect there to be better care on how it’s packaged.

Today we ordered take out (dinner) for 3 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 kiddo. The On line ordering was super easy & user friendly. I got there about 15 minutes early and my order was already ready and waiting for pick up. Everyone that ordered subs enjoyed their meals, however, I got a bowl and for whatever reason my toppings (hot) were at the bottom of the lettuce bowl instead of on top (which was unusual). At first I thought the toppings were missing until I got to the bottom. It was still a tasty salad but VERY small for the price. For over $12, I would expect a hearty salad which it was not. In any case, my husband really enjoyed his $20.00(+) sub. Although the food was decent, I personally think they are way over priced. For the 5 of us to eat (one being a kids meal) it was over $60.00 and that was not with any drinks or chips.

I thought I ordered a whole sub. When it was handed to me I realized it was not.. Since I was new to the shop I wasn’t aware that regular meant half sub. When I let the server know she argued and justified. I was not upset just making her aware. It was rude.

They're super nice and bust their butts to get work done ASAP. Everything else though sucks

When it arrived it was wrong. Not a problem. I call and speak with a manager who tells me if I can find a ride that day he will remake it. I said no Thank you as I had already placed another order from them with the same direction. The manager then proceeds to explain that he can not do that, he is the only one who will honor my remake, "that wasn't asked for" . I was then informed someone will call me in 3 days. I called again. No one is there to speak to me.
