My daughter brought me here for lunch and the service was excellent. Very polite and server was very knowledgeable of the menu. We had the Duck Wings!!! Let me tell you they were so good I made my daughter bring me back the next day!! Great place!

Emma is the best server at Brickhouse, no contest. She remembered my name, my usual order, and somehow my dog’s birthday. She anticipated every need, fixed a wrong order before we even noticed, and had us laughing all night. The service was so good I’m convinced she controls time. Then she casually handed me the keys to her Lamborghini and a check for a million dollars. If excellence had a name on the schedule, every single shift, it would be Emma.

Very pleasant and efficient service. Terrific tomato basil soup, and decent Caesar salad. I really enjoyed the signature cocktails! Highly recommend the Blackberry Collins.

Excellent food and staff! I showed the bartender a drink from another spot from another state and she attempted and almost perfected it lol. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and the set up was great. The prices were fair and the food did not take long to get to the table. Highly recommend if you’re in the Amherst area.

Last week a few friends and I ate here for the first time. The food was so good! I had the knockout shrimp and the pretzel.. it was massive.. all the staff were really friendly and our server Lexie was amazing! so attentive and made great recommendations for food choices! We will definitely be visiting again!!

This place was great! All the food was good and we ordered quite a bit as we had a large party. 13 of us if I remember correctly. I would pass on the Shrimp appetizer, but all else was really good. The servers were quick and attentive. The atmosphere was great. We went around 8 at night and left around 9:30. The college crowd was starting to roll in. Looks like it would be a great place to hang out and drink. Beer selection was decent. I'll be back the next time I'm in Buffalo.

Even after arriving almost 30 minutes before closing the staff was amazing and the food still tasted fresh. 10/10 def recommend for either a date night or just wanting to watch some sports on a Sunday night.

Though we're here on a Friday during a holiday weekend, the service is great! A bit slow, but we understand that! The standout was the Thai Chicken Salad: wonderful flavor and terrifically filling. Our server, Gina, was helpful without pressing, and very kind!

Danny and Rebecca valued employees of this restaurant. I come in quite often to enjoy a beverage after work and am always greeted with a warm welcome from either of these two! Let it be known I believe these two are incredible assets and deserve all the credit for maintaining a well run bar, no matter the volume. Ten stars!

I came here the other night and the food was super yummy, but the best part was the service. My waitress Zoe was so funny and helpful, quick to serve us. I would definitely come back.

Emma was a friendly and perfect server! She gave good gf recommendations. Menu has a range of gf options and otherwise solid bar restaurant fare. I got the Thai Chicken Salad (gf) and we also ordered the Philly Cheese Steak (not gf). Both satisfying and very good.

One of the best tavern and grille experiences I’ve had recently! The food was amazing! everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. Our server Lexi made our night. She was friendly from the start, checked in at just the right times, and never hovered or made us feel rushed. We ended up staying much longer than expected because her service was so attentive. Our drinks stayed full, and her food recommendations were spot on and I’m so glad we went with them! My boyfriend had the Ribeye steak, and I had the Drunken Chops, they were incredible! On top of that, she handled a busy shift like it was nothing. You can really tell she cares about her customers. If you have the chance to stop in, ask for Lexi as your server!

Really good service and we had a big party. The server was very knowledgeable of the menu and explained things we didn't understand. What a great spot in Amherst! Brick House offers a wide selection of food and drinks for sure. 3 Menu’s! Went with the knockout shrimp, which is an app, but plenty for a meal. Definitely has a kick but not too hot. Coupled with a Caesar salad and Sloop IPA makes a great overall combo regardless of other reviews I’ve read on this spot. Plenty of tv’s for your sports and good atmosphere. Just wish I had one where I live. Will stop back again next trip this way. Absolutely spectacular Leina made this the best night ever she was so sweet and accommodating I have a few allergy’s she made it stress free eating here. Sweet place, lots of tv's and you sit on couches! Very comfortable. Staff was friendly, food was good. It was a bit pricey than most competitors. The chicken and waffles were on point though! Not a fan of the marinara sauce, to chunky imo but minor details won't cause us to not return soon! Convenient location just a few mins from the AMC theater, tons of parking. The fire place outside that you can drink around is a solid and unique touch!

We finally had family brunch here and for the life of me I cannot believe we didn't do it sooner! The Sunday brunch was FANTASTIC. I had The chicken and Belgian waffles, My wife had the eggs benidct as did my in-laws. They were some of the best eggs benidict out there! Our food was great, except the fried pickles were SO salty. My boyfriend loves a lot of salt on his food, but these were too salty even for him. Other than that, everything else was great!

Great place! We highly recommend it! Reason for 4* instead of 5*—We were disappointed when we made reservations we were told happy hour is until 6pm. When we got here, they said they didn't have happy hour on Sundays. We came to watch the Super Bowl, but could not hear it. We wished the sound was up, but at least they had closed caption. The fig flatbread and Philly cheesesteak were great! Bloody Mary and margarita $3 on Sundays were very good. Jaleina was our server and she was excellent! She was very attentive asking if we needed anything else throughout our stay. She was also very friendly and overall did a great job! I love the booths by the fireplace! They have so many televisions—you can see the game anywhere you sit.

This place came highly recommended by a dear friend. I will say that I have cancer and my immune system is essentially nonexistent, so eating outdoors is really important to me. We brought my son our for his last family meal before going off to college. We made it in time for happy hour. There are lots of yummy offerings. We got the hot pretzel with dips, the mozzarella bricks, the duck wings, the meatballs, and we also got the soup/salad, and chose the Thai salad and the chili, and we also got the salmon and shrimp with mashed potatoes and green beans. The pretzel was HUGE, warm, and delicious. The queso was well seasoned and very gooey and yummy. The mozzarella bricks had a nice cheese pull with a lovely crispy breaded coating. The duck wings were glazed to sweet perfection. The meatballs came bathed in a super-fresh tomato sauce and sprinkled with parmesan. We were, sadly, visited by many yellow-jackets who hovered greedily over our food. This dampened our dining experience (I'm very allergic to stings). The Thai salad was drenched in a mayo-heavy dressing that seemed out of place and made the salad less appealing. The chili might potentially have been seasoned with a pre-packaged blend that did not taste very authentic and was rather lacking. The salmon was really nice. The shrimp were fried and were so heavily coated that the coating came off in clumps. The green beans and mashed potatoes were really bland. It took quite a while for the food to be served and it wasn't very busy at the time. We live way out in Brooklyn, but look forward to visiting and we would come back for happy hour as the prices were really decent and the happy hour selections were far tastier than the meal options. Gina, our server, was really kind.

This place has a good burger! I got the "No bun intended" burger, but added a bun for eating convenience. It was juicy, cooked to perfection, and the toppings all worked well together, and it was a nice surprise to see sweet potato tater tots as a side option! The fried deviled eggs were a nice twist on an old classic too! The only downside was the price on the soup for the amount you get. I don't think $8 for a single ladle of soup that had two pieces of chicken in it was acceptable. But everything else was fabulous and I'll be back, minus the soup!

My family and I came here for dinner - the food and atmosphere were great but, we had a horrible experience with our server, Emma. From the moment we all sat down, she was inattentive and annoyed with us. When we asked to switch tables because of the cold draft from the door, she had a bad attitude and was annoyed with us for asking, even though it was only to the table behind us. She rolled her eyes when we asked for refills, pointed at things when she wanted them (like plates and menus), got annoyed when we asked to keep a drink menu and would walk away from the table without saying anything. The only time she was nice to us was when she asked us to write a positive review about her/the restaurant online, which we did not do. I’ve been here before and had good experiences so this was definitely not what we were expecting:/

Came with some friends for some food and drinks, we were visiting the town as we are from Canada. Our server was very nice, prompt and courteous. She was very patient explaining the menu and some of the drinks. We finally place our order and the food comes out pretty fast. Food was not of our liking, the burger was very very greasy, the salad was mostly lettuce, my friend ordered a burger as well and she didn’t like it, my other friend ordered ribs and meat was hard. We really didn’t like the food at all. Our server tried to fix the salad so she brought me some “sweet potatoes” but they where totters, which I didn’t like either. My drink was also really bad, I ordered some special drink that had jalapeño or something like that, but I couldn’t drink it. Our server took that one back too, and I didn’t get charge for it. Anyway altogether was a very disappointing meal, the only thing that made the experience better was the people that work there as they were all very very nice.

We stopped here for dinner before a show. Ordered a bunch of appetizers and drinks. The pretzels was huge & good as well as the Buffalo wing meatballs and the Nachos were Average. Service was good especially since she was slammed with people going to a show nearby. Overall I'd say I'd go back.

This was our first time at the restaurant. Drinks were very weak long island top shelf drink was like juice they were not willing to give the money back. When reported right away. My drink was weak as well with all ice filled I did not eat anything I should have felt the drink effect ....... felt nothing. Burgers were great tasting my french fries came out cold and the tater tots came out cold with the meal sent the tots back took 15 min to come back. Waitress I did tip money still but she gave a stair down about the drink like she was not budgging to take the drink off. Supervisor came to the table said he was not going to do it. When I was spending $135.00 then decided at the end must for seen we were spending over a hundred and said he will take half off the drink. We were ignored a few times waitress went by us. We had to get other wait staff to got get them. Remember they work hard I still tipped. They need to do better at the mixed drinks that cost money. I've been at a lot of taverns hell Red Robin alcohol drinks is better than what I got I should have gone there instead. Food would have been hot. Will not go back. Calamari I will say was very good there.....

We visited here while in the Buffalo area for a couple days. The welcome committee at the door was great and we were greeted with smiles by everyone. The establishment is beautiful and CLEAN!! It was quite busy at first, but we did not wait long at all to be seated. The waiter/waitress was immediately attentive to our table. The appetizer was FRESH!! Then our meals came and they were DELICIOUS!! The only downside is that portion size is a bit small for the price, and the music they have playing is WAY TOO LOUD that you almost have to shout to the person sitting right next to you or directly across from you making it even noisier. There were also families there with small children so that cannot be good for their little ears. I would definitely consider lowering the music to make it a more dining friendly atmosphere for all patrons - trust me, they'll still be able to hear it, but customers are more interested in what their friends or loved ones are saying than the tunes playing, unless you're opening up a dance floor. There were also a couple times I felt the waitstaff had forgotten about our request for a box for leftovers and appetizer, but they eventually came through with a friendly reminder. Overall an enjoyable experience. 😊

My friends have already eaten. 9:57pm - I leave my friends and go home as I'm hungry and quite annoyed. 10:14pm, my friends text me photo of burger and fries that JUST GOT TO THE TABLE. They gracefully decide to buy it and share it on my behalf. I understand weekend nights can be busy, but hard pass in this place for life. Server was very friendly, though. Photo of friends holding my order and wishing me well as they knew my mood had died down. My response was my new whereabouts, the Burger King drive thru (unenthusiastic hooray). Smh I just wanted a burger and fries, man.

Its our first time here and Olivia our waitress was so knowledgeable and welcoming! The patio was nice and so was the atmosphere. We liked it so much we got the membership! Will definitely be taking the family here again. Our little got the salmon and loved it! EDIT: I gave them 5 stars the first time we came but then we came back but after our second time i moved it to 2. We got seated outside by the same manager that gave us the membership. When we went home the first time we tried to set up the membership but it didn't work for some reason. We brought this up to the manager and he said he would come back to help us. We waited 25 minutes for someone to wait on us or take a drink order till we just decided to go next door to Kyoto which was GREAT. Will have to contact the membership card online now I think because we dont want to come back which is a shame.

Gross place. Flies swarm your food and crawl all over it if you look away for even 1 second. I was talking to people at my table, went to take a bite of my food and saw 2 flies crawling all over my burger. This was happening inside the restaurant so imagine what it’s like outside. paid $100 for food and this is what I get!!! Absolutely repulsive. 🤢🤢🤢
