I went to Burger King at 1209 E. Mulberry St., Angleton Tx. 77515, at 3:19pm (1/13/2026). I went through the "Drive Thru." The lady that took my order placed the information on the screen before checkout, and info was correct. So, I'm trying to figure out WHY...did the cooks place a huge stack of "jalapenos" on my burger??? And I asked for a LARGE FRY and a MEDIUM FRY, and received (2) medium fries; yet I PAID for a LARGE FRY!!! AND why do they have to slap a 1/2 jar of Mayo and Mustard on my burger??!! If I lived in Angleton Tx., I would have taken it back!! I didn't go through the food until I got home!! This meal was $23.24 DON'T TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THAT! DO YOU WANT COOKS TO THROW YOUR FAMILY'S FOOD TOGETHER ANY KIND OF WAY? GOD BLESS YOU. WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND!

The drive thru wait was long, the order was wrong and there is no number to call because it wasn’t correct. I wasn’t even handed a paper receipt with my change to call the store. The employee at the window at least was nice. Do better Burger King!

Once in November and now in December, 2 cars in parking lot, 2nd in drive thru line, 20 minutes, still not to window! Very slow service. Maybe 1 cook? Last time, I just left. Will not be back.

Avoid This Burger King Like the Plague What on earth is that pitiful smear you're calling "brisket"? It looked and tasted like something scraped off the floor. The Angleton location is an absolute disgrace to your brand and frankly should be shut down or completely rehauled. Orders are consistently wrong, and basic items like cups or condiments are always out of stock. On a previous visit, we were handed melted ice cream in flimsy plastic Dixie cups as if that’s acceptable service. It's laughable if it weren’t so infuriating. To make matters worse, reaching out to your customer support is a waste of time. No accountability, no resolution, and certainly no compensation for repeatedly sub-par experiences.

Went to eat Saturday with my family and the store manager Jessica, is so rude to her employees. Can not believe how she degrades them and speaks (actually yelling) to them like children. Other customers were just staring shocked at how disrespectful she was. Yall need to do better.. can’t believe you would hire someone who treats their staff such a way. My wife, kids & I will not be back till she is gone. My kids do not need to witness that type of behavior while trying to enjoy a meal.. to the 2 young men props to handling that situation. find a better job where they actually treat you with respect. Do better angleton.

I ordered 2 ham breakfast croissants without egg on both. I got my order & parked to eat. When i opened my food I discovered they had put egg on both my croissants..I took it off the 1st one & ate...So, then, I opened the 2nd one to remove the egg & when I lifted the egg to remove it , there was a big hair laying on the ham! I kid you not , it was atleast 5 or 6 inches long...I almost puked! I took it back through the drive thru and got a refund! I would never eat there again. Just the thought of it still grosses me out.

Had a DoorDash order so we drove to Angleton from LJ and the woman told us they were closed 30 minutes before they are supposed to. We lost money. She refused to take our order! (10-15-2024)

Went there this morning and was refused a receipt, after explaining that I was using my company credit card and I had to have a receipt I was then yelled at and belittled by Corrie told that the restaurant makes 2.5 million a year and that they didn't need my business. Then told that they would take a picture of the screen and that it should be good enough.

This place is a joke... I have worked fast food for 16 years and NEVER would do the things I witnessed... 1st off, I have gone there 3 times and did a mobile order from my phone instead of making them have to come to the counter thinking it would be easier for them. I even asked the person, who I think was a manager, if i should do that or have her take my order, and she said that it didn't really matter. So then I waited 20 minutes for them to work on my order... I went to the counter and told a girl that was my mobile order I was waiting on... she looked confused, and I wasn't sure why. So I gave them 10 more minutes and then went back to ask the manager lady if everything was OK and that I wondering how long it was going to take for my order... since 2 other people came in, got to order, even ate and left before I even got mine... that I ordered before they came in. She told me she didn't know if I was there... so they set it aside... I was the only other person there... then she started to pull things together and told me I had to wait for the 2 chicken snack wrap things... finally, she gave me everything, and I pulled out the fries 🍟 and I grabbed the top of all the fries, and they were stone cold... so I asked as she was looking right at me... could I please have some fresh fries at least... I told her these were cold... she grabbed the fries from me, and I couldn't even believe she put them right back under the warmer!!!! I started thinking maybe I don't want to eat here if they are going to be that disgusting 😒 And as I waited for my fries, a lady came in and said she got the wrong order... the chicken wraps she got were mine, and I got hers... I'm not even sure how they even managed this... but I got my new hot fries and went to eat... I am definitely going to think twice before coming back here... especially since I just read that putting the fries back is a normal practice after customers touch them... how disgusting... Not only were they cold AF, but I freaking touched them!!! Throw them away!! Don't re-serve them!!! 🤢🤮 And now, after writing all this, I am thinking they probably gave me the same wraps they gave to her as I didn't think they were that hot either 🤔

I ordered a Triple Stacker with no stacker sauce and as I'm drive back to work I realize they put stacker sauce! I turned around went inside and got another burger no sauce, then I see this black charboiled stuff on my burger taste awful never again! This burger was just gross.
