We ordered through the app, it was missing three of our hash browns and they put bread on an item that we asked for no bread on. Tried to call for half an hour to resolve and the phone line was constantly busy. Typically they're really good when we order because we have Celiacs....but the last two times they messed up the orders. Always triple check your food before leaving.

1st time here at 09:03pm and had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to take the payment then wait another 16-20 minutes to get the food

The first time I went to this location, I placed an online order. The order wasn’t in the system when I got there and the older black man told me to pull around the building. I did that, and he scolded me when he brought my food out, and told me that I parked in the wrong place. They also made my order wrong and gave me tacos that had been obviously sitting for over 30 minutes. I have been ordering a lot of jack in the box lately because it’s quick and easy. Today, the same guy told me that I don’t need all of the food I’m ordering, and, “at least you got less this time.” Not really cool to call someone out for ordering food.. you don’t know their situation. Not to mention, he sat inside mocking me with his coworker after making the remarks too. L service.

The people who work here are extremely rude they're always out of drinks in the dining room whenever you show up for door dash they ignore you and only say anything whenever they give you the food to deliver the food is mediocre at best would not recommend going here I would say make the extra little drive and go to Jack In The Box in Lake Jackson those are cool people with actual quality food

Why are they so slow. I've been sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes. One car in front of me and lobby has a few people. This is ridiculous.

Very unprofessional staff when taking your order they shut you up while you trying to order .... And it took them 15 minutes to make to three orders of monster tacos

Sat in line for 5 minutes waiting on an Unsweet Tea. After the wait they still managed to give me a sweet tea! And before someone is like oh they misheard you...no i told them 2 times. Once at the order board and once at the window.

Sunday September 7, night shift lady not wanting to take drive thru orders. She’s talking about, we only taking mobil orders.. just being lazy not wanting to work!!! Smh

We went through the drive throught and it didn't take long but when we got our food we were already gone and they had got the order right but the problem was the fries were RE-WARMED and they didn't have any salt and the drink were absolutely horrible! The coke tasted like it had been just sitting there for hours upon hours and we got another one and it tasted like it was expired we also got two root beers for the kids and they both tasted like they were flat they also tasted like water the burger buns were sauced too much and to go along with the fries they tasted like they were dipped in water then warmed up again and the grilled cheese is over cooked and un-edible and a tip future reference ADD KID STRAWS FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!

Worse jack n the box ever, if they weren’t so busy playing and cussing at each other maybe you guys could get hot food out amd cut down the long wait times. Attitudes are horrible and the food is either burnt or over cooked

I had to leave at least one star but I honestly don't even give them one star! I went through the drive through yesterday and ordered the smash jack combo. (Looks like a big mac) And when I got home it was a regular single meat burger) so I went back across town and they fixed it no problem. Figured it would be right since I pointed to the burger and then got back home for the second time. The food was for my dad and when he got ready to eat, the damn burger was still wrong! It was a bacon double and the regular smash jack has an extra piece of bread in it just like a big mac and no bacon. Plus it has sauce. It was still totally wrong!! My dad isn't even supposed to have bacon but it was so melted into the cheese. Plus they gave us back the same cold fries. This location has gone totally downhill. That meal was $15 and we're never going back there. Be careful at the angleton location.

Workers were great. My gripe is how pathetic the regular tacos come pre-made with a little pooch of filling. On most occasions, there's more taco shell than filling. They kindly offered to remake my tacos, but I was already aggravated because this happens more than I would like, so I declined and just threw the tacos in the garbage.
