Hard to beat the service at this DQ location. Food is cooked to order. This increases the customer wait time. I do not mind the very minimal wait time to ensure my food is fresh instead of having sat under heat lamps for periods of time.

My kids love eating here. There always is a line for drive-thru and the inside is usually packed as well but it is a super small building. The staff is mostly made up of high school students being more female than male or so it seems because I have never seen a male work front counter. The staff isn't as welcoming or friendly as other restaurants. They usually always get our order right with no errors. The food is always hot. It is more costly compared to other fast food restaurants in the area. I love all their desserts and their ice cream cakes the most ex with the different personal touch options for different occasions.

They're not very nice here. They're just not. They ACT nice, but you can tell. There are way too many kids working because they don't want to pay people. The woman who owns it is greedy. The parking lot is a nightmare.

Normally they have very good food. My fiancé, my mother and I went through to get dinner and what we got was so cold and the fries were ice cold. We ordered 2 A1 burgers and a number 3 comb and we got the A1 burgers but not a bacon cheeseburger like we asked. We got a chicken with bacon sandwich. And they closed right after we left so we could not get our order fixed.

Got a burger for lunch, found a blue piece of plastic in my burger, usually never have a problem but that was inside the burger, not on the outside, that was gross

I love dq but this is the third time that I've ordered a blizzard that had little to nothing in it, if I wanted a cup of vanilla ice cream I would have ordered it.

Customers should not be hounded to pull forward. Declining politely, then asked repeatedly, and arguing with customers is horrible customer service. If the sevice window is on a timer, that's for the employees to adhere to, not the customer. Especially this location, which has a narrow exit on a blind curve. Do better.

I ordered through the app on a Saturday night for curbside pickup. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a bottled water. Multiple people came and went while I waited 35 MINUTES for my food. There was no explanation or even an apology. The fries had clearly sat for some time and the burger was a sloppy mess. I called when my order was 10 minutes late and was told it would be ready in "1 minute" I called AGAIN 10 minutes after that. This store is mainly operated by high school students who have no customer service skills.

I came to this Dairy Queen to get a banana split, since I had been craving one. Went through the drive thru and placed my order. I informed the person that I didn't want any fudge, so she gave me the option of another flavor. I chose caramel. I asked does whipped cream come on it, and she said, if I wanted it. I asked do nuts come on it too and she said no. I asked her for some on it. She asked if I wanted nuts. Why yes, that's why I asked. I'm thinking in my mind that they would be the small sprinkle of nuts on top. I pull up to pay at the window, and they hadn't even started making my order. As I handed the woman my card, I asked does cherries come on that and she said in a huff, "The lid is already shut, we've added whipped cream to it." I was looking in amazement. How could you Not have at least 1 cherry on a banana split?? When I got my bag, I inspected it and proceeds to open the lid, juice splashed up and on me. It was watery and messy. Look at them big nuts and how messy it is. I didn't have a good experience.

They gave me food poisoning will not be coming back !!!

I’m kinda upset I ordered a 4 piece basket an they forgot my toast it’s the reason I ordered the whole meal because I know it comes with Texas toast

I love DQ always getting food or ice cream. But really making people pull forward into the exit to the street is ridiculous. You shouldn't pull car if you don't have the space to do so.
