This is a wonderful place! An amazing cashier had made this experience splendid, by the name of nikole i believe. She was very kind and has a great smile! The drink was perfect and delicious, just ad expected . Thank you Jamba!!!!
Love the orange carrot juice. A little overpriced but very healthy and high quality.

yummy smoothies although the wait can be a bit long, but i am not complaining because the business seems understaffed. i love the belgian waffles and the yogurt bowls, and my favorite smoothie i highly recommend is the razzmatazz 🙂
Had a technical error where I couldn't log into my app and resetting password wasn't working.. This location had nothing to do with the issue, therefore I am editing the rating to 4-star. Docking one star, due to the sandwich being overpriced. Super tiny, albeit delicious. Split cup is an awesome way to order!

I was visiting this location for the first time, and I was pleased about service. They give me a sample to try because I didn’t know what to order. My order was decorated to Memorial Day.

Wow. A lady came in saying she can’t see the ordering screen well and the employee said, “that’s why they make the screen bigger” Sheesh. Blasted. Customer then said she had eye surgery recently to which she replied, “no worries what can I get for you” EDIT Manager had called expressing her apologies. I let her know I don’t really feel bad for myself but for the lady who was disrespected. She again said she’s so sorry and that they will be doing training extra for them. “Training in kindness” I suggested. Lol. Still four stars (previously three) but I can see it moving up! Thanks for calling! Good service from managers end, that’s for sure!

Drinks were good, but disappointed that we made an order before someone else and they got their drinks first. Seemed as though the Jamba Juice employee knew the customer from another business in the same center and gave special treatment with cost and expedited their drinks before customers that ordered before them….. very frustrating and disappointing. Our order was additionally wrong in the best way of one of our drinks being a size bigger than ordered, but caused friction between with my kids due to unfairness of the amount of smoothie. I appreciate the woman at the front redoing the smoothie.

Really disappointed in this place. I ONLY drove here for a fresh wheat grass shot and of course their machine quit working minutes before I walked in 🙄 Been in MULTIPLE times since this visit, and still haven't been able to get fresh wheat grass shots. Always one reason or another I'm unable to get some. Sold out, machine broke... just so disappointing going in here.
This is the second time I buy an Acai bowl and is just half way the usual amount, I only comes because my daughter likes it but this is the second time , the first time I complained to the employees and they added more yogurt to it but this time I want management to see it because perhaps is not the employees they are just following directions from management, if you continue cheating on portions fro your customer you will loose more budget that’s just giving the correct amount, is very obvious when the bowl is just half way of the usual amount, some employees do their job right but others they even give you the look. Please educate your employees to not cheat on the amount of yogurt on acai bowls or drinks.

Also, when I say thank you, the response is dismissive, and she walks away without engagement. I already brought this to the attention of a shift lead, as this has been a repeated issue. Because of the consistency of these experiences, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location. I believe this employee could benefit from additional customer service training. As a paying customer, I expect basic acknowledgment, respectful service, and food prepared correctly. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

Just went in to Jamba Juice to order at 8:47. My sister and I were told as soon as we walked in the door that they closed in 5 minutes and were NOT taking any more orders. They had about 8 people in the store and were not going to take our order. Worst customer service ever!!! And she was very rude. I could understand if it was EVEN the 5 minutes she was claiming but it was literally almost 15 minutes to closing. I have worked in that type of industry before and I can’t imagine ANY manager that would think that is acceptable. So sad. PS. The store itself was THE dirtiest I’ve ever seen a Jamba Juice.
I wish I could say something good about this location but it's really hard to do so. The store is consistently dirty and the workers are like crazy busy but not getting anything done. Your wait times here shouldn't be 10 minutes just to order then another 10 to get your drink it makes it way less convenient and appealing to even want to do business here and sadly there isn't a closer location but I will definitely not be coming back. They are consistent about being very low quality control and having zero customer service absolutely none. Whoever the manager is, is definitely receiving a paycheck for doing no work at all. They probably don't even come in to check on the store and I understand it's a bunch of children running a fake juice store but why even have a business if you don't know how to operate it properly?
Not exactly sure why they have a sign that says all team members are required to wear gloves when only half of them are actually wearing gloves. I was given my drinks by someone who wasn't wearing gloves. They don't follow there own requirements. This was my first time ever going to a jamba juice. Will not be going back. UPDATE: To the owner, I have responded to you, you have not responded to my email. Please don't ask me to respond if you will not. This just shows that they only responded to try and make the reviews look better they dont actually respond when you respond to them. Fake!
The fact that I come here mainly for the vegan substitutions and now they’re charging more for it is disappointing. Why do they have to charge someone for exchanging an ingredient out for a more healthy option?!!! On top of that I’ve been waiting 15 minutes as I’m seeing the workers mainly focus on mobile orders. If that’s what takes priority over in person customers, then that needs to change.

I went into this establishment at 8:45 AM and there was no one there from the employees. no one in the room at all. I was there for 5 minutes and called the staff several times, but no one answered and did not come out to me. I had to leave without ordering anything, and I was in a hurry to work and wanted to buy smoothies and waffles for breakfast.
