We had a issue with a rude host on our first visit. We came back and SAM saved the day. He took very good care of us. he is by far one of the best managers at any Red Robin. The other managers and owner were great as well, but I can't forget our server TAYLOR!! she was the best. Overall a great experience thanks.

First time ever going to a RedRobin, i had the nicest server Justine who made me feel very welcome, i think she percieved i have social anxiety and made efforts to help me feel cofortable, i saw her also talking to someone who was staring downward in a booth by themselves and seemed to be going through something/wasnt eating, you can tell she genuinely cares. Last but not least my friend who brought me there is super picky and orders specifically customized complex orders she had memorized them reciting them to him as soon as he asked for his regular. She also inspected it on delivery and waited for him to check himself. Service aside the food was excellent and came in fast it all was perfect, (i recomend the garlic fries) as a lgbt/trans person i am always nervous about how places are and RedRobin is welcoming thru and thru and very accomodating. I liked the service so much im gunna also install yelp to leave a good review and make this my new favorite resteraunt.

Red Robin's never disappoints, and today was like no other. Came in with at least 10-20 ppl for a work lunch and the service we received was awesome. The server's were efficient, and had great personality. Our drink all got refilled in a timely matter, as well as our fries. The lead waiter also updated us on each plate of food if it wasnt out with the rest. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and drink, and there were no complaints. Thank God!!

Food was good and service was excellent. The person who took our order noticed that my wife didn't finish her meal and wanted to find out what was wrong with it. He also offered to take the food out of our bill but we declined. Will be coming back here more often.

Due to the pandemic we haven't been here in over a year. Food is still very good but mainly the service we had this time was above & beyond. Several different waitresses/waiters checked in with us at least 3-4 time's in the time we were there. I usually tip 15% because I'm a cheapo but had no problem leaving 20% this visit. Will return again soon now that businesses are reopening.

Food was perfect. I ordered my fries well done and they came the way I specifically asked them to be. I know it sounds odd but i like them so well done they are almost burnt. I usually have to send them back at least once. The new vegi burger was soooo good ....amazing flavors. Stephen was our waiter tonight and he was chipper and friendly and very accommodating.

Always friendly service, food was tasty! Good to be getting back to normal (March 2021). Restaurant was exceptionally clean and fresh. Protocols were followed but still felt comfortable.

I have been living here for about 4 months now and eating here was the best eat-out experience since I've been here! Our waitress (Chloe) was excellent! Service was fast and the food was great and reasonably priced! My is a Jets fan and they had the game on. Even though the Jets lost, Red Robin scored points with him!!! Red Robin is always nice. It's convenient because it's inside the mall. We've always had good service, and the good is good. It's just a nice place to have lunch or dinner. I've been with the family and also my coworkers. I recommend it for any occasion.

I hadn't been to Red Robin in a few years. During a recent dining experience with my son at Denny's they would not cook my burger medium rare. I angrily left. The next day my son gave me two gift cards for Red Robin and told me to try it out and said he was sure I would enjoy it. He was right! The food and the service were excellent. It will be my new go-to place for burgers for sure. Also loved the fried pickles. I highly recommend Red Robin and their food and service.

The food was better than I remember it being as a kid. Our server was very friendly and pretty too. We had 12 people in our party and they were able to seat us right away. We all enjoyed it very much. I will definitely go back.

Yesterday was my first time ever visiting Red Robin. The service was great Ricky the server and Ricky the bartender did a great job. Had us all laughing and enjoying our time there. Our server recommended a couple items and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be going back.

Food was Great! Our wait staff, particularly the Bartender/waiter/server was and is PHENOMENAL!!!! He took care of us and I really appreciated it. If I could give him 10 stars I would! I didn't catch his name but he was the true MVP. Monday May 2 around ~7pmish. Hopefully the right folks see this. Once again, phenomenal service, very responsive, calm, cool and didn't miss a beat.

First timer at red ribbon... It was good.. i went with the burning love burger ... Have to have jalapenos in my burger and this one was perfect for me... And the fires are bottoms less so that's good and they are delicious... Also tried their strawberry milkshake.. they give u a to cups on milkshake one in a fancy cup and they give you another cup with the rest of your milk shake in.. so that cool... They have big screen TV's so you can enjoy entertainment while you and just chilling eating a burgers drinking beer and just having a good time....

Had an awesome experience with my waitress she was amazing and sweet. I think her name was Lizzie Elizabeth, something in that name. She was absolutely helpful to get with my wings. She was the best one I have had.

Red Robin is one of our usual spot for dinner. We love the burgers and the fun atmosphere The bottomless fries, root beer floats and orange cream sodas always make the meal better. Ask the waitress about dipping sauces. We love the sweet and spicy catsup and campfire sauce.

We come here almost weekly for their Kids eat 50% off Wednesdays! We typically don't have an issue with the service. There had only been about 2-3 times over the last 2 years that were bad. We love the variety and the kids enjoy the never ending sides! Definitely worth taking the family to get out! Save money, get a break, and enjoy!

This is a great dining experience. The hostess was very pleasant and very sweet. She made sure that everything was cleared up under the table once we got seated, and even swept the floor and picked up the trash. Our server Nate was amazing. We had the best service the food was really good. Everything came out, hot and fresh. We got the Smashburger salad and the chicken wings. The Buffalo sauce was really good little tangy with a little bit of a kick definitely prefer the Ranch dressing over the blue cheese. We also got the layered burger but I can’t remember what it was called. We were celebrating two birthdays, and again have the greatest service 10 out of 10 we’re totally recommend the bathrooms are clean. Staff was friendly and the location had plenty of seating.

Called for info. Keloni answered with a cheerful warm greeting. I asked if proof of vaccine required? She said the establishment did not require proof. Told her I'd see her shortly and give her a big Hello. I did. She sat us in a booth that had a window to watch all the shoppers. We were greeted by our server, Christian who quickly took our order. Food was hot and delicious as always. I'm going to have to say that in all the Red Robin's (CA, TN,) I've eaten at this was the best hands down. The garlic fries were absolutely amazing. Why you ask. Well, not a sprinkle of shredded cheese but enough to taste and be satisfied. The buttery garlic was "loaded" with garlic! Got the usual pineapple burger as it is loaded with flavor. Mom had the Master burger with garlic fries. Mom needed a knife and Keloni was more than happy to assist us. I watched her dash to the back and quickly return with a knife wrapped in a napkin. Excellent customer service. I even watched her interact with the customers and especially a child holding a Disney "Stltch" stuffed animal and commented on it making the little girl smile and feel special. Wow! She is definitely an asset to this establishment. Back to the Master burger. Mom enjoyed every bite! She usually leaves half but not this time. The Oreo milk shake was thick and plentiful. Immensely disappointing. Constantly incorrect orders. The burgers are good and the deals are plentiful for rewards but I doubt the servers ever listen to a word anyone says with their order with the copious amounts of mistakes. Fortunate that the food is good but the service is hit and miss. They need to slow down and get it right the first time instead of rushing through mistakes.

It's a decent burger restaurant. Not much to say either way in it. I do absolutely love their fry seasoning too. And there's a big shaker of it that's kept at each table so you can add more if you want.

I've been here couple of times with my dad and find coupons to make it worth wild. But I do think it's expensive for the quality you get. The burgers are great but are overpriced for the quality. But was it good, yes. And if you want to try it you should. Loved the atmosphere and when I came here there was a decent amount of people here but there was no wait time.

I put 3 stars for Service because the young girl who was sitting us was so horrible that we almost left. So quick story, we had our out of town family come to get some beautiful pictures of the poppies and then we wanted to go to lunch/dinner. It was between lunch and dinner so there was really no one else there but a couple other families so they were in NO WAY busy. So we get there and told them that yes, we have a pretty big family with us. 8 total. One baby. And we said that we know we are a large family and we were wondering if they could maybe put 2 tables together. Before we even got finished saying it she YELLS AT US that they can't. So I YELLED back that we don't have to eat there then and she rolls her eyes and starts talking smack to the other girl with her. Turns out the manager was there and heard her and guess what?? They can put tables together. 🙄 Soooo it ended up good and the waiter was AWESOME the whole time, they gave the kiddos free 2nd's on their meals and they were just right on it with making sure not one of our glasses ever when empty for a second, and they were extremely gracious when we apologized for our large family and told us they were happy we came to eat there and we left totally happy. I just didn't see the need to get so irritated that we had a big group and make it our problem that she didn't want to take 3 minutes to talk to the manager who was right there and accommodated us right away. I don't understand why people have decided the last couple years that if you can't do something for your customers it's okay to make it the customer's problem. But besides her, everything was amazing and so was everyone else that worked there.

Delicious burgers and bottomless sides, love the fries. They have alternative options for the burgers too like veggie patties, Turkey burgers, chicken, and the impossible burger patty.

The food is fantastic. Our server was HORRIBLE!! He was s l o w with everything. He never came back for refills. He never asked if we wanted dessert. We were going to get ice cream but he brought our bill before we could order any. My family comes here often and thought they would treat me to a good meal. The manager didnt seem to care. Her reply was 'you'll have to come back and try us again'. Yeah right!

I really wanted to love this location. While the staff was fabulous I was a little let down with the burger. There was a mile of mayo on the bun and cheap shredded lettuce. I definitely would to see a nice piece of romaine lettuce or fresh baby spinach for the price point. The bottom of the actual burger pattie was so black it made the meat crunchy. The fries were ok and the side of broccoli was undercooked. The saving grace was definitely the service.

There was a little wait to be seated but not too long at all. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was taken care of. The food was great and came out pretty fast for being busy. The fries are bottomless and so is some of the other side items. This is an added bonus.

Always love this place! They have my favorite burger, the teriyaki chicken, and bottomless fries. It has a lot of variety, so appeals to the whole family. Only real downside is it can be a bit noisy. The staff here is very welcoming and super friendly. My mom and I come here occasionally for lunch, when we stop by the mall, and have never had a bad experience. Food is always served hot and service is great, all smiles.

The atmosphere is a little dated, but if you're looking for a good burger, it's a great place to start. The food has always been decent, and the amounts are fair. I'll go back when I have a large party of hungry meat eaters that are looking for a local, low stress place to eat.

The service was magnificent they were efficient and kind. But whoever worked the day shift in the kitchen they must have been preoccupied the hamburger bun was warm the meat look like and it tastes like it's been sitting there for 10 20 minutes it was cold will disappointing but otherwise I have never had a bad experience there before so I'll get them the benefit of the doubt hopefully next time I come to the food will be so much more better my friend had soup and a salad how can you ruin that you can't until next time that's the reason I give it a 4 hopefully next time I'll be able to give it a five. And know the food has to be really messed up for me to bring it back because I do not want the chef to spit in my food

I've always loved Red Robin. The burgers are great, flavorful, and filling. Their new pizza is actually really good, too. Fried pickles....yum! The alcoholic drinks are really tasty also. Lots of tvs with sports games on. My only complaint would be the servers just aren't as friendly as they use to be a few years ago. Nonetheless, it's my son's favorite place for mom and me dates. We'll be back.

We always like to go here when we're shopping the mall in the middle of the week. We like to share the fish and chips, which are plenty to share. And with their bottomless fries, it's always a bargain. Didn't care much gor their rasberry limeade. It tasted as though they used rasberry syrup with lime soda. Never had a carbonated limeade. But other than that, we enjoyed ourselves.

Went in because I received an email for a birthday discount. Spend $5 and get any burger free! What a deal! Now for the food, I get the bbq burger with bacon and sweet potato fries. It wasn't bad but it wasn't something I'd come back for unless I had the birthday discount again.. which I won't.. til next year

This restaurant is right inside the front door of the mall. I think the table set up, or lack of is awkward. They put forks and knives loose in a plastic tray on the edge of the table. They dont do napkins anymore, they have a roll of paper towels on the table so you don't have to ask for extra napkins. The food came really quick but My hubby's burger was burnt on the outside. Maybe turn the heat down a little, but he was so hungry he didn't want to wait for another one, he ate it anyway. There is a $1.99 fee to play the games on the little kiosk on the table. The service was really good. Staff seems to work well together. You can pay on the little kiosk too making it easy to leave when you are ready. They have unlimited fries with your burger and even have unlimited sides with the kids meal. My daughter didn't partake in this option, but it's nice to offer.

Staff were attentive and service was quick. It's a little loud, but not unexpectedly so. I was hoping for better burgers. The Red Robin Gourmet burger was fine, but ho-hum. It should be renamed the Red Robin Basic Hamburger.

Was a party of four, The food was good, our waiter was friendly, but once the food was served he was never seen again. Bottomless fries and drinks do have a bottom if waiter never returns for refills, no wait staff could be found and it was only 8pm. Makes you not want to return.

My burger was okay, my wife's fish & chips were good, my boy's mac & cheese kid's meal was fair. The place was crowded and it took a long time to get service. Once they finally took our order everything came out fairly quickly. The food wasn't worth the price.

Service was good,, yet out table is nasty.. the table leaf hasn't been cleaned properly in a long time.. if you were going to sit people at these tiny tables, you need to make sure that employees are properly cleaning these types of tables. This is disgusting and we're sitting here eating..

The fries tasted terrible. It tasted like old oil. I mentioned it to the manager regarding the the taste , he said they haven't changed anything., They use soybean oil. I said the fries taste terrible, but the manager did nothing. The fries weren't even cooked all the through. I also ordered a lettuce wrapped Burger and they put way too much mayonnaise in it which made it on appetizing to eat I only ate about half of the burger and put the rest back on the plate. The one thing that makes Red Robin famous is their French fries and to taste a french fry that's undercooked and taste like old oil is disappointing. I've been to this restaurant many times in Palmdale and the french fries have tasted excellent and to come here and taste terrible french fries and the manager did nothing was disappointing

Below expectation experience this time. Food was ok. Service was below standard. Sat for a while waiting for waitress. Only ones seated in area, why anyone couldn't stop by? When she did arrive very pleasant. Ordered rootbeer float server did not give me straw or spoon. When gave me spoon, it was a small teaspoon, not longer handle one. Took a while to enjoy my drink.

Service was horrible. Went on a Thursday evening, wasnt busy at all. but after being seated we waited for someone to take our drink order about 20min later. By then we were ready to order food. Got the boneless wings as an appetizer, but didn't recieve them til after our actual meal came out, so we waited to eat. Which was a bad idea, because our fries got cold while waiting. Waitress never came by to ask for refills on our drinks or fries. We had to go to the front to ask someone for service.

Food quality has suffered. Burger buns were hard and the wifes sautéed mushroom burger was missing the garlic aioli. She said her burger only had a few mushrooms at that. Chips and dip were good. Drinks were not that strong but still good. Waiter was attentive and checked in 3 separate times to refill drinks and remove empty dishes. Over all could have been better but wasnt horrible.

Not as clean as it used to be. The best part of our experience was the waiter . He was very friendly and professional, the margaritas were good too but the food was definitely below average especially for the price you pay. I do not recommend the coleslaw, it was so nasty.. how do you not know how to make coleslaw? So they generously allowed me to exchange it for sweet potato fries but those were worse, our kids always eat them and wouldn't touch them after one bite.

Red Robin in other cities have been some of my favorite places, but this one seems very tired. Definitely needs a refresh. The few times I've gone in for happy hour there's not much activity and the service has been less than stellar. I pretty much don't go in here now as Yard House and BJ's run circles around them.

First time being to California. I’ve been to a Red Robin before, so I knew what to order and how the food was. The food here was good. Shout out to the kitchen staff. HOWEVER the wait staff was more concerned about cleaning (an already clean establishment) and joking around with each other than to pay attention to our table and tables around us.

The hamburgers were tasty, however, the"Yukon chips" were so soft you could fold most of them. The dessert was a slice of cake, that was so frozen you couldn't get the fork to break it apart. Yes, that's an ice cube on the plate, served with the cake amongst the red water instead of an actual glaze. The server appeared to be avoiding us after giving the main course. I guess that's how they offer 'bottomless fries,' I chose repeat salads. They give you one then make you wait 10 minutes before being able to flag down the server again to get more. And good luck getting your empty plates/ glasses removed. We kept piling them up at the end of the table to no avail.

So today we made a reservation for 12 people at your restaurant. We had had a 1 and a half hour wait. We finally were seated and the booth they set up for us 12, was to small. We did not all fit. So we asked the worker who sat us down ( Named- Ricky O. *Short guy with glasses* and Im describing him because I know there's another waiter that works there with the same name Ricky) well we asked Ricky O. If he could possibly sit us at another table since we didn't all fit at the table. (I seen 4 empty tables nearby) However he said No. We showed him the tables we seen available and even on the front side there was an empty table and he still said No. He was going to sit other people there. I said "we had reservations, we had to wait 1-1/2 hours. But since the booth you sat us in didn't fit us all, why can't you sit us at another table?" He said "Did you hear what i just said? No I can't cause I am going to sit other people that are waiting" So my family of 6 had to leave. I know the other waiters I have had in the past have been excellent. However Ricky O needs more training.

Few people was there, the food I ordered a turkey burger the bun was stale, that fist bite was horrible, fries looked like they were microwaved just to get heat on them, still looked white they were endless and couldn’t get a running start , Margarita was good tho, server didn’t ask me what size I wanted just bought the big one, I will not be back ever, oh $17.95 for a veggie burger, subway have one so much better and cheaper

Nothing yumm about this place! for starts they have no clue on how to make a mojito. Just so u guys know the mint has to be crushed into the bottom of the cup for flavor is not just ment for decoration. Second the cinnamon donuts tasted like onion rings just like the sweet potato frys meaning u guys don't clean your oil as u should. On top of everything there was absolutly no cinnamon in the donuts and I can assure u those donuts were frozen because the out side was super crunchy and smothered in oil but the inside wasn't cooked in fact it was chewy so we just didnt eat them. Over all worst place I have gone so far, exelent place if u love food with dripping grease and onion flavor.

I think my onion rings were fried in old grease. It had a burnt taste to them. The burger wasn't tasty at all. I've been disappointed since they opened after covid 😢

We have been eating here for 33 years, since they opened in the mall, and have watched them go steadily downhill. Favorite menu items are regularly discontinued, including soups. Pizza ovens replaced the soups and favorite pizzas have even been discontinued. Now we find out that as seniors, we can no longer eat off the kids menu, even though we've eaten kids meals for years. There are no smaller portion alternatives. We will not be coming back after eating here at least twice a week.

Unprofessional male waiter, on a phone call while supposed to be getting our drinks, asked for my ID after receiving drink, sat down and ate food while putting our orders in, licked his fingers before asking us if we wanted a table or if we were picking up to go, not in uniform.

I have been goin to the one in the valley but I just moved to Palmdale and I wanted to try it and it was my sons 15th birthday Let me begin that yes everybody was friendly but the rest was a no no The proportions are not the same The whole bottomless I counted seven big fries amd of course we have to ask for more that also took forever to come We were so thirsty they took forever to come and refill almost at the end of our dinner My side was the salad they didn’t have me the dressing (Caesar) and I waited for somebody to show up so I can ask but nobody show up so I ate it like that just dry somebody came when I was literally in the last lettuce I talk to them before we started dinner that I was ordering cake for dessert and that I wanted the whole happy birthday song for my son, when we got the cake somebody just came dropped off the Cake and left not even the usps are so cold when I see him dropping off the mail ….no hello!,no song , no nothing !!!!! I was already unhappy and this just finish it I told my son that it was ok if they didn’t want to sing happy birthday of course I was going to do it for him !!! Love Red Robin’s but know I know I don’t love all Red Robin’s

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Especially on My Daughter’s Birthday Our recent visit to Red Robin was very disappointing from start to finish. My salad arrived with wilted, spoiled lettuce, and the lime in my margarita was yellow and clearly past its prime. The service was ok, but he never brought the bill; when I finally asked, he just mentioned it was “on the tablet” and walked away. The most heartbreaking part was that this visit was for my daughter’s 11th birthday — Red Robin was the place she specifically requested to celebrate. Despite mentioning it was her birthday, no one came out to sing or acknowledge it. We waited over ten minutes, and nothing happened. She left the restaurant in tears. After returning home, I called to speak with the manager about what happened. I was told we were the server’s last table of his shift, and he was probably in a rush to leave — which is absolutely unacceptable when guests are still dining and a child’s birthday is being celebrated. What should have been a joyful celebration turned into a very disappointing experience. I truly hope management addresses these issues so that other families don’t go through the same.
