Oh my God!!! 10/10 for the service of a specific person, I regularly visit subway at least once a week and they had never provided me with this service, when I arrived she was returning from lunch, there was a line in front of me and she served me quickly, I always consume the #20 and it is the first time I noticed that she had the cheese, the lady was very fast and kind, something difficult to find in this time, I don't know her name but she is the girl who looks older than the others who are on this shift.

Picked up a fabulous sandwich tray today for a small luncheon. The sandwiches were absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfect😊Condiments, cookies and utensils. 😊😊
I've never had a problem at the subway inside la Feria. People always complain about the little things, People need to chill. 😒 if anything was wrong with your food. If you go to another restaurant their policy is the same their policy is that you need to bring back whatever you purchased. And they will gladly fix it for you or refund your money on that same day. Damn llorones. 😂👍
Went here for lunch and the sandwiches were the best compared to all the others I've gone to. The employees were friendly and my food came out delicious and fresh!

Every time I have gone here into the store, they get my order correct and perfect. Staff is always friendly, the environment however is very basic. Despite this, I wouldn’t recommend using the drive thru as every time I order my sandwich toasted it always comes out not toasted. Weird story about that, one day I went through the drive thru with my friend who also wanted her sandwich toasted. When the two orders came out, only hers was toasted. I don’t know if the universe has something to tell me or not.

Drive thru intercom doesn't work, and it doesn't help that they don't answer the phone. There were 3 employees that we could see. Food comes out well. Service is subpar. Lady that helped us was nice but didn't know how to listen. But was sweet. Other lady that came up with that dark hair and dark eyeshadow would just roll her eyes she was very rude treated us like we are dumb because we asked how much each sub was. She needs to work on her demeanor. Didn't do anything wrong for her to come up to us with an ugly attitude. We decided this is our last time at this subway.

Maybe the girl at the drive thru was new but I mean to her left there was a PICTURE explaining what it was. When I pointed out to her she said it was for protein bowl. Really? There is a picture of the sandwich there.. food is good but they also forgot to put the garlic aioli for the SANDWICH that says THE GREAT GARLIC (number 8). Do your job RIGHT guys, listen to your customers and make effort to read your material.

I just had a terrible experience. I ordered four sandwiches, got home, and when I took a bite, I pulled out the longest hair imaginable. I tried calling the store twice, but no one answered. So, I had to drive all the way back and go inside. There were three employees working: an older Hispanic lady, an older Caucasian lady, and a young gentleman. My only issue was with the older Hispanic lady—she was extremely rude, didn’t apologize, and aggressively threw the sandwiches and my receipt in the trash. I was the one who should have been upset, but she acted like I was lying. Why on earth would I go out of my way to return sandwiches for no reason? This was a huge inconvenience and disgusting customer service. The worker ID, who was so rude, should be included in the receipt I have attached, along with the huge (red-ish) hair. Hopefully corporate see this.

Sadly this location needs to retire bring in a Jersey Mike's into the area 🙏the staff is never enough and they can never get the line moving !!inside or out. Staff cannot handle drive thru or in person traffic you stay stranded for the longest time forget about coming here for lunch time. Even in the evenings the service is worse!
Walked in with no costumers in store to get two salads and cookie. Three employees behind the counter and still took 25 minutes for our food. Very disorganized and chaotic, employees running around eachother. I had to remind the cashier about my cookie twice. Also avocado was runny and flavorless. Two salads, two drinks was 40 bucks. Free cookie.
The man making my sandwich was extremely terrible and had horrible manners. I simply asked if he could change the footlong order into a 6 inch and he rudely said no can do, and that I was giving attitude for no absolute reason. Old man with no sense of respect whatsoever.
I requested a new pair of gloves manager advised employee not to change gloves and just to show me a box of gloves. I explained I have food allergies. It went unnoticed. I do not recommend this restaurant. Poor hygiene.

We ordered two subs that we're supposed to be toasted through the drive-thru. When we took them home we saw that they were not toasted. When I called the manager and asked for the subs to be replaced the next day since I live 10 miles away and it was near closing time, she proceeded to call me a liar. And said that she would not replace anything. The level of disrespect that was displayed over the phone was outrageous. If the way she talks to her customers is dirty I could only imagine their kitchen.
One of the worst subways ever. I used to go because the drive through window was convenient but, the order is usally wrong and they never toast the bread. I ask them to double-toast it and they always say yes... then, I always get a cold non-toasted sandwich. Now, I go to the Subway inside Pilot and the order is always perfect.
Lady was making my dad’s sandwich and she started making a sandwich and my dad wanted pepperjack and she said “pepperjack doesn’t go on this sandwich.” Who are you to tell me what goes on the sandwich I’m spending money on? And then when the sandwich was finished she refused service
