Arriving at 12:50, we ordered two stews. At 2:00 PM, more than an hour later, and after several reminders, the waiter told us they were out of stock. We left on empty stomachs, and the owner didn't even have the good sense to not charge us for the drinks due to the inconvenience he'd caused. It was shameful.

This is the third time we've wanted an aperitivo and after a very long wait, no one has served us. We went in to ask and were very reluctantly told to wait. After twenty minutes, we left without anyone taking our order. And it wasn't even crowded. We'll just never set foot in there again.

Shameful! After four days volunteering at GiocAosta (an event that brings in hundreds of extra euros, given the influx of people it brings), I just dropped in to ask if my two little girls could use the bathroom (we were still wearing our volunteer shirts). But the event is over! The privilege of going to the bathroom without a drink is gone! I go back to grab my wallet and opt for another bar in the square, and lo and behold? I'm not asked to drink anything. My biggest disappointment is that we've chosen this bar several times over the past few days for a cocktail. Perfect. Next year we'll definitely avoid it and advise our friends to do the same! Congratulations 👍🏻

I didn't like it. The staff was uninterested and arrogant. They weren't even given a list to see what the bar had to offer. The service was slow despite there being no people there. The bathroom was dirty and the cocktails were awful. Nice view of the square.

I was at this restaurant with my family two days ago. The place is in a nice location, and the platter and salads were good. The problem was the service; the waiter was rude and uninterested. Once we were seated, he pointed to his table and started clearing the empty tables, not ours. We had to call him back. The same thing happened with our order. We had to ask for a salad dressing kit, and as soon as he brought it, we noticed the oil and salt were out. We had to go in and ask for a full one. There was little attention to the customer, as I've noticed in several other restaurants in the area.

8 Euro for an Aperol Spritz and no crisps/nuts. Most expensive I have paid in Italy and that includes Rome, Venice and Verona.
