I came in for dinner the other day and had such a great experience! The food was great and the service was excellent. Will definitely be returning as the new management has done such a great job.
I came with my daughter last night, and Britni was our server—she was amazing! She was very attentive even while busy, making sure we had everything we needed. The food was hot, and the service was fast and friendly. Great experience overall because of our server we’ll definitely be back!
Food was good as always, but I really wanted to shot out Shelby for the excellent service. She made some spot on food and drink choices. Even the runners and bussers were on point making sure our food came out hot, tables stayed clean, and our drinks stayed full.
Our server was absolutely amazing we had a table of 16 and she tended to us like we were a table of 2 She never let us ask for refills, water, and most of all extra stuff like ranch and other stuff. She was friend and kept that smile even though I know we were driving her crazy. So for that I wanna give a big thumbs up One again thank you Also Big thumbs up to the kitchen crew I know our order was big and again they handled it like true professionals. So again Thank You!!!
Loved the food and was way to much to eat as usual but brought the rest home to snack on later
Love going here for the brisket quesadillas and the molten lava cake. Yum! Never have to wait. Service is good and food is always good.
Our server, Jenny, was very helpful and gave us great service. Food was tasty and served quickly.
With what fast food charges nowadays, I prefer Chilis for the great prices and decent food. Would’ve been better if the server was around more.
We had an outstanding experience at the Chili’s on E Semoran Blvd in Apopka! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated quickly. The atmosphere was clean, upbeat, and perfect for a casual night out. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied throughout the meal. Even the manager stopped by to check in and make sure we were enjoying our visit — a nice touch that shows they truly care about customer experience. If you’re in the Apopka area and craving great food with even better service, this Chili’s location is the place to go. We’ll definitely be back soon!
Man I ate today at Chillies and They served me the biggest burger with cheese and fries. Hey they were extremely pleasant with me .Ask for Britney the waitress....
I ate lunch here the other day and was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone here was so kind and welcoming. I even got to speak with the General Manager- Danielle and she was the nicest manager I’ve had an encounter with at any restaurant. It seems like since this chilis has gone under new management the store has done a complete 180. Even the food was so good!! I will be returning!!
We went there on Valentine Day but actually to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We did not have any reservations but we didn’t have to wait for the table. The service was so quick like they knew what we wanted before we even ordered. We were so surprised how fast all drinks and food came. Food was delicious and all employees so nice and kind. Huge parking lot. We will be back for sure.
Got in around 6:45 pm tonight 2/28/26 we (2) were greeted and seated promptly. Our server Kaveena was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant started to get packed around 7:15pm and she was still very attentive yo the 4 other tables around us and how many more she had. I had a great night and wanted to provide feedback on Kaveena's service as she did great!
I don't normally review chain restaurants, unless there is something about a place that really stands out. It was late on a weeknight, and I was hungry, and it was about an hour before closing. 2 other places nearby (that closed earlier) had "uninvited me" to sit down and order anything, because they didn't want to be bothered 30 mins before closing. I finally realized this Chili's was nearby, and I went in, just about an hour before closing. There were a few people in there, and regardless of the hour, I was welcomed in, invited to sit where I wanted, and had amazing service from a friendly hostess and server from the second I sat down, and all throughout my meal. On top of that, the food was really good - one server asked me if I wanted my free chips (for loyalty program) heated a bit more, because they were only warm (nice touch!). The cajun chicken & shrimp alfredo was amazing - so good, and so flavorful! I've eaten at many chili's over the decades, but this was my first time into this location, and it definitely won't be my last, as we just moved into the area. I just had to take a moment to say how pleased I was with such a warm reception, regardless of the hour, and great food, as well.
Britney was amazing from moment we sat down, she was so friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience better. She checked in at the perfect times, made sure everything came out exactly right, and had such a great attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her job and her customers. Hands down one of the best servers I’ve had here Brit deserves all the praise
Amazing service! I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was amazing and funny and attentive. Food runners were equally attentive and nice. It's been a long time since my family has had service of this caliber at a Chili's.
MY GO TO SPOT WHEN I DON'T WANT TO COOK DINNER. MY HUSBAND AND I ENJOY THE PICK 3 FOR $10.99. U CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THAT OLD TIMER AND FRIES.
The food to service, everything was great. The bartender last night, she was absolutely amazing And such a sweetheart. It's the cutie with the glasses. If i'm ever back in town, I'll definitely stop in for another meal
Lisa (manager) and Brittany (server) was amazing food was top tier for a chilis this one is better than 50 and hiawasse, everything was amazing ! I def recommend coming here and seeing Brittany (server) when visiting this location The bathrooms were clean as well so that was plus

I had a salad it was so spicy my stomach started hurting me and it was hurting me for 2 days.
Those in the group who arrived ahead of the lunch crowd were welcomed and received good service. For some unknown reason (when the original person helping us began managing other duties), someone else started over by verifying the orders, and the new ones were delayed. Not everyone was told that they could substitute another appetizer for the chips and salsa. Those who had a cup of soup or salad were pleased with their selections, but those who came late were glad to have chips to curb their appetite while waiting for beverages and entrées. A couple had to leave early, but they were not allowed to pay and leave. Finally, another member of the group had to cover payment of their bill, so they could leave.
Good local Apopka restaurant for lunch or dinner. New menu offers some nice choices. Good hambergers.
The food was really good. Our waitress on the other hand was not all that good. Towards the end, she did turn around her attitude a little bit but she could've provided much better service. Its a good casual place to go to though.
Came here to avail the free desert and apitizer. I tried the chili for first time and found it really tasty. Wife had the chicken soup and I tried it as well and it too was good. As usual BlackBerry tea was excellent. Fajitas were good, and wife thought the black bean rice meal had way too many beans and lacked rice. The desert smores molten chocolate wife liked it a lot but recommends coffee with it. I not being a sweet tooth for sweet foods thought it was okay. Pricing was great. 3 for $10 was good deal I thought. Parking was good Cleanliness was great Bathroom clean Food hot and great Server was nice and attentive, and kept topped off.
Pretty much what you expect when going to Chili's. It's freezing inside so if you get cold easily, definitely bring a jacket! I ordered the trick or treat margarita & the first round did not include the candies as advertised but I liked the drink so I ordered another & the second round did have the candy, even though they mostly sunk to the bottom, I liked them. My husband got a burger and it was great, but he did complain that they could've used better bacon. I got the triple dipper & it was perfect. Also, our waitress was really nice. Overall I was pleased & would come back to this location.
Food was great and came out quickly. We went mid day during a very slow time of maybe 4 tables. It was a ghost town when we walked in. Not a server in site. Waited a 5 or more minutes to be seated when a server came out only to check on her table. Later another customer was annoyed by waiting so long to be greeted and walked to the kitchen door and yelled hello, anyone here. Lol

Good place for brunch or even dinner. I rate a 4 because the service can be a little slow. Will come back again
Came in with a party which is always hard to keep up with. The server did a great job. Chilis food never really hits for me and I can say the same with this experience. The restaurant was clean and the service was good.
Waited 15 mins to be seated despite there being more than enough tables available. Our server was slow with refill of drink as well. The hostess didn't look happy to be there and was rude. We asked the hostess for a cup of ice, as we hadn't seen our server around, she said "okay" but never brought it to us. She instead stood at the front sorting menus. The food was okay. I probably won't be returning to this location.
Dine in for dinner with a group, had the Brisket Quesadillas while my daughter had the kids meal cheese quesadillas with mandarins. Service was okay, there weren't too many people in the restaurant but the waiter wasn't around much. Probably busy. One of the cooks, even after bringing our food to the table, assists us with everything else that was needed. Then another waitress came too. The food was okay, I didn't particularly like the Brisket Quesadillas but that's just a personal taste, it was cooked good. Good deal for the $5 Margherita, it was tasteful and it's a big drink. We waited over 15 minutes for a table, when we called for a reservation that apparently got mixed up with another location. Not the greatest experience, but at least we enjoyed each other company.
To be honest Chili's is falling off they need to get their act together. The whole experience is just average now and the food is not that great the menu looks good with the food is just not that great I had a burger and fries and they used to make decent burger and fries but them buns seem like they're a little bit stale the presentation is off it just isn't what it used to be.
Prices have gone way up. Just had lunch with my mom. We had two sprites, two bowls of soup, queso and chips. It was $45 after tip.
I like Chili’s, but will usually drive across town to go to another location of chili’s because of the slow service, loud patrons in the bar area, and under staffed restaurant. My sons Mac and cheese had been sitting for too long and was crusty and burnt. This particular location isn’t my favorite.
Bottom line—I was disappointed with the to go / pick up service this evening. At the to-go cashier, there were two individuals in uniform working on the cash register. As I approached, they greeted me right away and said hi (good). After that, I was expecting them to ask how can they help…to retrieve me my to-go order. They did not. They went back to punching keys on the cash register. Part of me didn’t want to bother them as maybe they were trouble shooting an issue. [This was my disappointing experience]. I was the only customer in the to-go area (not busy). “Minutes later” a young girl came out (red tee shirt) and said hi—asked me how she could help. I mentioned my name and she retrieved my food quickly and courteously! The food (mozzarella stick appetizers) was salty. Salad was soggy as it was drenched in dressing. Lesson for me, I’ll ask for dressing on the side. Good news: At the main entrance, the hostess guided me to the to-go cashier with kindness. The young lady in the red tee shirt (one of the to-go attendants) was chipper-upbeat, kind, responsive and friendly. Maybe I didn’t understand the process on how to get my food…it was my first time to use the to-go window. I will likely not return yet I feel I owed you my honest feedback [I appreciate you read the comments]. Thanks.

Yeah, it was ok. Not my favorite by a long shot. But good for a quick meal. The fajitas were good, the kids meal was trash. drinks weren't very strong but service was good. Typical chain
Nothing stood out as great at this particular location but service was good and the food on par for Chili's

I don't like leaving negative reviews, so let me start with the positive. The staff was awesome. Our waitress was very friendly, attentive, fast. Seated quickly, order taken quickly, and food was served quickly (we visited during lunch time on a Saturday). But man, this place is filthy. Not just a poor job cleaning at closing the night before, like years of improper cleaning. Dust and old crumbs in customer areas, the glass had water spots, spray marks, and streaks from being cleaned with a dirty rag, and the area around the kitchen entrance...well can only lead one to assume what the kitchen looks like. Gross. Everyone has different things they look for in a restaurant, so if cleanliness is one of them, I don't recommend this location. I know I won't be back.

Qp Burger terrible slop burger waiter didn't even check back with us dropped off an ice tea slammed it on the table.like we were upsetting his night. We didn't even get our chips and salsa
I got the triple dipper and let's just say the quality of the food was horrible. The mozzarella sticks were mushy and grainy on the inside and no cheese pull whatsoever. The chicken tenders were so pale in color and just like rubber you couldn't even bite into it. The egg rolls were soggy and mush too. I won't be back!
This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at this chillis. Me and my coworker ordered curbside pickup and when we got our order they were completely wrong and the worker who gave us our food acted as if she didn’t want to be there. I ordered the honey chipotle crispers with loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. They put my mashed potatoes and crispers in the same box and they were drenched in honey chipotle sauce. The ranch along with my cowerker’s ranch and salsa were less than halfway full, not to mention they forgot the majority of my coworker’s order which caused us to have to go back in the store for the rest of it. Her bacon chicken quesadilla had barely any chicken, absolutely no bacon and was filled with cheese and her chips were less than a quarter of the bag full. Also my corn on the cob was cold and they neglected to put any salt or pepper on it. I work in food service and I would never serve anyone the way they did. The cook needs to be fired or they need to train the staff properly because this is ridiculous.
We hadn't been to a Chili's in awhile and about a month ago we went to this location. It was a good experience so this past weekend we decided to go back. Definitely wasn't the same experience. My husband's mashed potatoes came out cold. I ordered my burger medium and it came out very rare and cold. Waitress basically ignored us for the most part. She brought out new mashed potatoes for my husband and they looked like they were scraped from the bottom of the pot and burnt (including picture). They were MUCH darker than normal mashed potatoes and didn't even look like mashed potatoes. He ordered the ribeye and I know Chili's isn't a steakhouse but, we have eaten enough ribeye steaks to know this was definitely not a ribeye. He had gotten the sirloin that had absolutely no flavor and tasted like a hockey puck. Still got charged for the ribeye and not the sirloin. She brought me a new burger but didn't bring back my roasted street corn with it. So, not only having to wait on new food my husband and I were not able to eat together. The whole point of going out to each with each other.
I came in at 6:45 on a Saturday. Didn't really seem that busy. Got sat down at a table, waited for fifteen minutes and watched other people seated after me get served, and not one person came up to me and asked me what I wanted. It's like I was invisible or something, it's sad because I was really hungry.
🎉Food Poisoning🎉 My party of nine was genuinely excited to eat here since we hadn’t been in a while. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill quickly. Service took forever, and our server only stopped by when absolutely necessary. Otherwise, she was standing in the corner talking with other staff. We were one of only two tables in her section, so the lack of attention was especially noticeable. It was 8 p.m. on a Sunday when our food arrived, and everything tasted like it was made hours ago. My mom had to send her fries back multiple times just to get something fresh. I ordered the Smokehouse Platter, which came with several items: crispers (okay), fries (old but warm), mac and cheese (soupy), chicken and bacon quesadillas (dry and tasted old), and finally the ribs. The ribs were what really did it for me. They were incredibly tough and dry—I could barely pull them apart with a fork. I ate maybe a third before having to stop. The only thing I could really finish were the crispers. In total, only one or two people in our entire party managed to finish their meals. That’s saying a lot considering there were five grown men with us, including two teenage boys who normally devour everything. I rarely complain, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I ended up getting food poisoning. I actually threw up everything I ate—I could even include a picture with pieces of the ribs in it, but I know anyone reading this is probably in the mood for food, so I’ll spare you that sight. What bothered me most is that my parents paid for such a huge letdown. I couldn’t even make it to the car before my stomach started cramping. I was in the bathroom more than five times afterward and got sick almost immediately. I have an iron stomach, and nothing has ever hit me that fast. On the drive home, we all agreed it’s probably best to stay away from Chili’s for a while. Such an unfortunate visit. The only bright spot was the food runners—they were kind and far more attentive than our actual server.

The only bright spot was the food runners—they were kind and far more attentive than our actual server.
