It was hot.... They sell smoothies. So me and my wife went in and got a treat. I got their java chip smoothie, which is not just comparible but I dare you to try and tell the difference betweem them and starbizzy. And for a fraction of the cost. MMmmMm Yummy!

It's very clean. The worker was very nice to me. I wanted pizza and she told me they don't sell it anymore. I always wanted to try it. I was disappointed, but I still will give this place a five star since it is the closest donut shop to my house and they are really nice.

To Joyti Dutt the girl behind the counters is there to serve you not to listen to your problems. Free samples are you asking for free food you should know what you like and order it. The Hispanic guy on late night shift is very friendly. The redheaded girl that used to work here (others have complained about) was a little moody, but is gone now. Sometimes I can't sleep and get donuts at 3:00 am. The cases are always stocked with with all my favorite treats, provided it's early morning. These donuts are way better than Winchell's or Dunkins, but Fosters still had the best donuts in So Cal.

It's a five star donut shop if you catch them before noon because the donuts seem to sell fast at times. I only gave it a 4 star because if you get there late you'll miss out on the specialty donuts (they're that good).I highly recommend them.

Donuts and bagel was good, although I just got a small tub of cream cheese instead of it being on the bagel already. Customer service was good but not great. I would still recommend this shop to anyone, but I hope the owner would work to improve their workers ability to talk to people and general people skills.

They sold us donuts that were more than a day old...some where too hard to eat...asked if they had shakes, they made me smoothies...what a joke...total waste of hard earned money!!!

I'll give 3 stars because it's open 24 hours and the cinnamon rolls are good, but they never have boba available! It's advertised in the window but I've been on 3 different occasions at 3 different times of the day and I'm always told that they're out of boba. I asked then when is a good time to get boba and I was told that it depends on the person who makes it and the days that they're working. It's disappointing.

This donut shop used to be a 4 star, it's barely a 3 star now. The people who work there now are rude. The donuts are not fresh or the ingredients aren't fresh, because even the taste has deteriorated.

They're alright most of the time but on more than one occasion I've bit into a donut and it's not cooked.

Me: “May I get a blended thai tea?” Clerk: “I don’t want to make it for you because I’m going home.” Decent donuts but a bad clerk. Maybe it was because of her lack of fluent english or she was just refusing to make a blended beverage for us because she wanted to leave. She DID acknowledge that the shop wasn’t closing, she just said she was going home so she didn’t want to make us our drink.

Unexperienced cashier tackled a 59 year old woman as she left, and snatched her donuts. All because he couldnt manage a simple transaction. Previous owners didnt do that

Went in and bought some donuts got home started eating them then seen some mold, checked the rest of my donuts all the bars had mold, took them back in and the lady laughed at the mention of mold and said that's how they are made. Didn't realize donuts were made with little green, blue and gray dots on the bottoms of them.

I usually go to Neil's Donuts all the time with my kids.. but today really threw me off I walked in this morning 8/9/19 and the young girl with blonde hair that usually works there in the mornings she was mopping which was fine but she came over to start to help us and didnt wash her hands she picked up a few and put them back in the case and didnt use any gloves to pick up the Donuts and I really didnt feel like having my kids or I getting sick so we left

My daughter went here with her soccer team after practice one evening, and the employee working was extremely rude. She attempted to order a cappuccino and asked what flavors they offered. The cashier, an older woman with a heavy accent, then looked at her rolled her eyes and told her "what's the matter cant you read or what!" My daughter looked around at her teammates feeling humiliated. The cashier then stated "um hello, why are looking around the menu is here". My daughter quickly ordered and left. She told me about the encounter so I phoned in immediately to speak with the cashier. The cashier was extremely rude, yelled and stated its true she did not know how to read, over and over and hung up on me. I called the next day to speak with a manager and explained what had happened. The manager never returned my call. I called repeatedly and eventually decided to write a review instead. I assume they condone this behavior from their employees since they did not reach out. I will never again go here. I will not take any of our soccer teams here again and definitely will let everyone know that this place allows their employees to belittle children.

So I said yes a medium hot coffee and donut, wouldn't anybody be happy with that offer? The lady left and i was adding condiments to coffee and worker said I have to leave!? I was only customer in store and because I was offered coffee and donut I wasn't allowed in store!? It's freezing, Dark, and doesn't matter i am female even @5:30 am!? [Keep up with that kinda treatment, dont even wonder why i have no children, children belong outside btw] So I had to go back outside. Was that worker trying to say something by kicking me out!? Ewww and you know what, I'm offended by his thoughts of me. I'm not a adult male or any type of Mexican based, Etc. On a more Positive not, their donuts weren't as yellow as other donut shops. Early 4am worker has no customers skills or etiquette. Rushed my process when choosing a dozen. Wouldn’t be so hard if there were more of the regular options. All the middle racks were empty. Open 24/7 but with crappy selection 18 of those 24 hours.
