Inferno Concerno

Just by chance I decided to stop into this lovely establishment for breakfast . As luck would have it. It turned out to be one of the better decisions I've made in my life. I had a grilled cheeseburger sandwich with bacon on it and it was good. I don't know.I definitely would say it was great.Staff was attractive.Place was clean. Service was fast. If I had 3 thumbs, I would give it 3 thumbs up or well you know?

Used the app for 1st time at the Arcata location I visit at least once a week. I clicjrd on this location and made my order. But it turned out the order was sent to my home location, probably bc I had set up the account w my home zip code. The staff at the Arcata location recognize me from my frequent visits, and they comped me on a replacement order. I felt very valued and appreciated as a customer. I'm now extra glad that my loyalty has switched from McDonald's.

Gunnar is so good employee that I've never seen before in any other carls in this country. So kind and also manages his store super clean. I love his dedication on this store. He deserves much more than he gets now.

We've been here twice since moving back after being gone a while and they were as good as we remember. I feel bad they have to share their parking lot with gross hobos, I'm sure that deters folks from going there, but it shouldn't. Just drive thru and don't get out if ya don't want to be around them. They always have great fast food.

A+. Best service and quality of food than any Carl’s Jr. / Hardee’s I’ve ever eaten. The night cashier deserves At least a dollar raise, so respectful and polite. God Bless you all and your families and thank you for the spectacular meal and service. I had to go out of my way to write this review

This review is all about the straws. This Carl’s Jr. uses paper straws, and it feels more like a political move than a practical one. With soda, it’s tolerable—the straw holds up just long enough to finish the drink. But with a milkshake, it’s a disaster. First sip caused a vacuum lock, the straw kinked in half, and when I tried to fix it, it completely fell apart. Totally useless for something as thick as a shake. Give plastic ones for the milkshakes please, or have the people who made this choice try to enjoy a shake with a cardboard vessel

Food is always decent and fast, but I can't help but feel it's on the warmer all day, less than 1 mile between home and this restaurant and the food is always lukewarm or usually ice cold by the time I get home. This has happened the last 4 times or so, spread over 4 months, at least they're consistent? Wouldn't even gripe if it was cheaper but when a burger is $7 and ice cold right when served, really bums me out, man.

In all honesty, the food is decent and tastes pretty good, however, the last time I was there my burger didn't come with any patty which was very disappointing because I didn't have to lime to fix my order. So just be sure to check your food before you leave and you should be good.

Employee said I was rude to him because the speaker box wasn't working. So I received half a cup full of soda and half my onion rings after I went inside and asked for what I actually ordered.

Hopefully this was just a bad day, but while we were at the window (finally) they brought up two fresh milkshakes that were mistakes and one worker told them other to go out them in the cooler... Wish they would have given us one of those instead of the one that must have been on the counter for the whole 20+ minutes we waited after ordering! Would have given one star but they did get the whip cream on it at least!

My wife likes the food, however, and they made hers correctly. The staff was friendly despite the incorrect order.
