The piadinas at Piadineria di Arese are truly delicious and well-filled, but they take a long time to prepare. Even when there are only a few people in front, you have to wait 15–20 minutes to receive your order. The staff is friendly and helpful, but if you're in a hurry, it's best to think twice. Once ready, the piadinas are worth the wait, but the service remains decidedly slow.

Non me ne vogliano gli operatori che ho vista farsi letteralmente in quattro, ma traggo solo delle conclusioni. Pro: non costa molto, probabilmente il più economico dell intero centro commerciale e il servizio è stato rapidissimo. Contro: lo spazio è davvero ridotto ai minimi termini, con un caos che padroneggia, per tutto il centro commerciale a dire il vero e poi la piadina in sé presentava poca farcitura e le patatine insipide e non molte.

Tutto buono, dipendenti cordialissimi e simpatici ma purtroppo ho notato che stando in fila per pagare ho sentito la capa che trattava in modo poco professionale i dipendenti del retro… ricordo che prima di arrivare a questo gradino ERA dipendente anche lei!!!!! Non mi è piaciuto affatto il suo comportamento. Ricordiamo che un ambiente va avanti grazie ai dipendenti.

Ordini on Line sempre con errori! Se una persona non chiede la cavolo di insalata perché magari è incinta perché dovete mettere l’insalata ! Un’altra volta non c’erano le bibite ! Sempre errori, cosa che con la non velocità di preparazione non dovrebbe capitare. Mi spiace recensire in questa maniera ma vendete food e dovete far attenzione.

I stopped by for lunch with a colleague. While I understand the obvious understaffing and the staff's high level of stress, the 40-minute wait for a piadina seemed excessive. Furthermore, the piadina arrived without one of the specified ingredients. I hope they can improve their organization in the future.

Ma dai, ma state scherzando? Spendete un capitale per pubblicità e poi devo aspettare mezz’ora- ed eravamo praticamente soli- per due piadine con una fetta invisibile di prosciutto e di formaggio??? …

Ho visto bradipi andare più veloci delle dipendenti di questa piadineria. E se fosse a causa dei una lunga fila di clienti lo capirei, ma apparentemente le casse vanno chiuse in orario di punta per u…

Se potessi metterei 0 stelle! Mezz’ora di attesa, più di 8€ spesi per una piadina VUOTA… (guardare foto). Fosse stata farcita bene, avrei aspettato anche 40 minuti, ma 30 minuti per una piadina così no…! Questo non è modo di farcire una piadina! Non torno più.

Acquistata piadina pomodoro insalata per la bambina pomodoto usato 4 fette ma tagliato metà della metà della metà ...praticamente nullo insalata poca e purè marcia ... Peccato non poter caricare la foto ... Dopo aver detto alla ragazza che la piadina era oscena con insalata nera mi ha detto se vuole gli e la rifaccio. Se vuole ??.. Ho lasciato tutto sul tavolo e me ne sono andata ..

Siamo stati a mangiare ieri sera con mio figlio di 8 mesi, l’attesa era lunghissima ed erano finiti quei cosi da prendere che quando suonano ti alzi a prendere il tuo ordine e infine, mangiando la mia piadina, notavo una puzza strana l avocado era tutto marcio sarei andata lì ad avvisare ma siamo dovuti andar via di corsa MAI PIÙ SIETE DA DENUNCIA SON A CASA CON LA GASTROENTERITE !! Sto seriamente pensando a sporgervi denuncia non è possibile che non abbiate controlli RIGOROSI

Absolutely to be reviewed.... At 9:40 PM, no fries because it's closing time... No disk with the number because it's closing time... Trays? At least the copy of the receipt that the totem didn't give you? Not even that... okay... Let's get to the piadina with Nutella.... The cell phone is bigger... now I understand why they refused to give me a copy of the receipt... well done! At least be honest? Maybe another day, we're closing time now...

I'm a piadina lover, but the Arese staff is terrible. They open late because they're all messing around in the back, laughing like chickens. Then, when they notice there are customers at the counter, they wait calmly without saying anything and say (it should have been open several minutes ago), "We're behind on the preparations, we don't know what time we'll open yet. If you want, you can have an empty piadina."

Eternal wait because there's no staff at the register. The cashier is lazy and rude. From outside, you can see kids in the kitchen throwing food at each other. Avoid.

According to the piadina shop, an €8 Provençal piadina with extra filling means you'll find 20g of tuna and 30g of cheese. Unfortunately, my feedback wasn't taken into consideration, and I believe their rules weren't followed, despite their claims to the contrary. I was left with nothing but disappointment.

My mother ordered an avocado, and the wait was very long because I'd ordered through the app, but then they told me "they didn't take the order." When they delivered the piadina, there was no avocado, and the only piece was hard and black.

Good morning... I went to a piadineria recently because my friends raved about it, but once I got there, I immediately noticed that the place was very dirty, you could see everything inside. But the employees were friendly and excellent. I heard the manager rudely treating the employees and even yelling, and we customers in line heard it all, really sad, said by someone who was also an employee before getting to where she is now.

Last night at 7:45 PM, we ordered a salad, a piadina, and a Nutella piadina through the app. The app showed the order would be ready between 8:10 PM and 8:15 PM. At 8:10 PM, we went to the clerk to pick up our order, but she told us we had to go to the cashier (but what's the point of ordering through the app and paying in advance, just to skip the line, if you still have to go to the cashier?!). We got to the cashier, the clerk gave us a receipt, and we waited. Meanwhile, the people waiting increased, the line grew longer, and the orders piled up. Piadinas were delivered incorrectly, or to people who had ordered something else. The clerks didn't know where to turn to explain the delays and mistakes. At 8:45 PM, after an hour, our order was finally ready, but: a piadina made of four ingredients was missing one (oh well...) and the Nutella piadina... It was without Nutella! Totally empty. We went back to the cashier again and finally refilled the piadina. An experience we'll never repeat, thank goodness they're not in an airport, otherwise we would all have missed our flight!

Worst branch ever and worst staff ever their attitude is so bad and there was a discount according to their screens and it didn’t work on screens and it only worked in cashier so they didn’t want me to take the offer so you pretended as the cashier is not working with a very impolite attitude! Besides that the sandwich was very bad! I DON’T RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!
