Staff, service and food is great here and you have my 5 🌟's however....there is always room for improvement...so with that said...I keep the tables clean at all time soon after customers leave...I want to come in and sit where ever I like without having to decide which table is cleaner than the other...still one of my favorite spots to get some Dunkin ☺

I stumbled upon this dunkin on my commute to work one day when the GPS took me a totally different route to avoid traffic. The best Dunkin I've ever been to by far! The staff is so nice and the on tap coffee is actually pretty good. Will be making this my normal route so I can stop by more often 🥰

Local and friendly. They have also renovated the place as well; much different than it was before. This Dunkin Café is quite the busy place in the mornings, it is best to get your order early on. You may wait just a bit if personal take out or dine in. Crowded with the local town high school students and kids in the early afternoon and late afternoon times. Note that during these afternoon times it can be disastrously loud and obnoxious. Best to go in the morning or at the evening. They do make good business however, from both the kids and adults. Friendly staff and overall fantastic Dunkin franchise.

Love this Dunkin‘ Donuts. It has literally been the same owner since I was a kid. & even though Dunkin’ Donuts is a corporate brand, the owner is a franchise owner who’s very involved in the community. The employees that work there know all their customers & greet you with joy. Parking can be rough at times but they move so quick that the most you’ll wait is a minute or two.

Good representation of the franchise. Good nicely kept staff and facility. The parking is a mess during the key donut feeding hours from the locals. Folks can get really mean when they need their donuts. But the staff is friendly and quickly serves customer thus relieving some of the parking burden. I recommend the Dunk Donuts in the shopping center over on B TPK as they have lots of space and you are in a rush.

Clean store, friendly staff. It just took too long to get an iced tea. I had no problems with the staff, but the KAREN behind me was rude and obnoxious to the young lady working the counter. The girl had no problems with taking my order, but I'm guessing the KAREN wasn't satisfied and started to berate and talk down at this girl, making her extremely uncomfortable. Sadly, the KAREN wasn't speaking clear English, and it was difficult for me as a bystander to understand what she was saying, lol.

It’s close to home. I order ahead and just pick up. Only issue a few issues. I ordered once a hot drink and was given a cold one. It happens I let it go that time. However there was a time that the coffee tastes funny. I threw a whole one away once. I started to just order cold brews and black coffee. Idk what’s up with the creamer or milk. Throws me off. Could be a personal issue though.

I pull up I see an older woman with a walker trying to open the door I park fast jump out of my car and run and help her threw the doors while A guy and 2 women are standing there laughing the guy was on the left side of the store DOING NOTHING!!!! I understand it’s not in their job description to help anyone ( by the way the one woman was older, she better pray someone doesn’t treat her like that b/c she’s up there ) but this town keeps those doors open, It’s a disgrace, If the owner reads this the time is 1:12pm Jan 15th. Well, here we go again! It's back to school time again and I just can't believe the shape of the store. Okay, it is busy and I expect that, but come on. Let us have a little consideration for each other. I came in with my family for some nice morning coffee and donuts, but there were no seats available. Both big tables were occupied with only one person each! So all four of us crowded around a two-person table, Never again! Next time I will go somewhere else, maybe Mauro's across the street. Management should not allow one person monopolize a four person table. Thank You.

I asked for a drink replacement, because my chocolate tasted more like water, and this guy discarded just the content of the cup and served the new drink on the same cup, and gave me a dirty cup. I took pics and I will complaint with corporate. I have pics of the nasty cup and transaction receipt. I should read reviews before coming to this place. 😤

We went and ordered two Smoked vanilla cold brews. He gave us to regular cold brews and shook some regular foam on it. Secondly we ordered a iced matcha latte, he poured some milk and put some green powder on it and shook it up right in front of us. He disregarded my concern in the drinks being incorrectly made and just gave them to us. They got a new renovated store and they forgot how to make drinks. Very disappointed.

Guy at the register is extremely rude and purposely gave me the wrong drinks. I ordered two drinks and he handed it to me saying it was what I ordered. However, the sticker on the cup says something different. He also was yelling at other employees there which is not a good work environment. Will not be visiting this location again.

The worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Was waiting in line for 25 minutes, there were only two employees working there who took long to take orders. Not only that but I had ordered two iced lattes & the guy who took my order made regular iced coffee which I did not ask for. So I had to go back, I waited another 15 minutes he remade it three times & still messed it up! It was all watered down and tasted like regular coffee. How do you mess that up more than 3 times! Never again!
