Humperdinks - Arlington

Great food, fast and very friendly service. Looks like a great place to be on game day. Lots of TVs with the restaurant having very cozy areas. Perfect for a family with little children or a group of adult football fans!

The staff here is awesome. We came here on a Saturday evening before going to Six Flags. My 8 year old son put $10 in the golf machine and it took his money. MITCH, the manager in duty, not only gave us credit on our tab, but also got the game working and let us play for free. He could have been a dick, because they do not own the video games, or their problems. He was customer service oriented, and that goes a long ways nowadays. Dr. Clawson

Irish Nachos is a favorite and their specialty. However, their menu offers a large variety such as chicken fried steak, hamburgers, sandwiches, spinach salad, etc. Randy, the owner, makes everyone feel welcome. One great feature, providing transportation to special events at near-by AT&T Stadium. Fun place to party during St. Patrick's Day - always a big hit!!

Greatly enjoyed our time at Humnerdinks in Arlington with the wife and kids. Food was great and the customer service was exceptional. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Grateful for the beautiful photos and friendly smile from Andrea @ photo booth 2.0

Hadn't been here in awhile and am visting after I had moved years ago...still the way I remember! Great meatloaf...my brother likes it too. And really liked the "Texas Blond " beer brewed there on site.

Great food, amazing service and cosy atmosphere. TVs all around to watch sport while you eat and plenty of vegetarian options at reasonable prices! The black bean/corn patty was delicious.

Came here for Christmas day dinner and it was fantastic. The servers were helpful and the food was good. The long island ice tea was superb and one of the best I have had. The ribeye was on point and better than what I expected for a non steakhouse. The grilled meatloaf was the best thing ordered at our table. It smashed what I thought meatloaf was and I preferred it over the ribeye.

Andrea from photo booth 2.0 is an awesome photographer!!! She was so sweet and nice and waited till we ate to bring us our photos. The food was awesome!! The sampler platter had just enough food for me and hubby. AND the double shot margarita was faaaantastic!!!

Great place! I come to Arlington every year to see a series worth of Rangers games with my fiancee and we end up eating here multiple times throughout the week. Never a bad time. Service is always great and even when they make the occasional mistake the staff always corrects it promptly! I would highly recommend this specific location to anyone visiting the area.

Pretty cool place with a focus on their massively “tallest bar in Arlington”. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always near. The food was very good. I went for a salad the first visit and the breakfast tacos the next (traveling on business). Both hit the spot. I imagine this place is electric during a local team’s game.

It was 11:15, just walked back to our hotel from a Cowboy's game and found this place on a Google search (still open). YAY! Had Fried Pickles, yum, I had the Bison Bleu and Hubby had their Jalapeno burger. I can't say enough about the food and the service, the burgers were cooked perfectly (mine was juicy which is tricky with Bison, from my experience). In spite of it being near closing, the staff was smiling and attentive - our waitress was great. :) Great place, fun atmosphere and open late!

I come here for grub, brew and games at least a couple times per week. The food is excellent - especially the fish tacos. The Enchiladas are great, too. All of the in-house brewed beers are superb! What more can I say? I'll keep coming back for more...

Athena the Manager and Janae our server were so amazing our first time of going here. I’ve been working in Arlington for 3.5 years and I’m so surprised I haven’t become a regular here yet. Glad to be giving such An amazing atmosphere, with awesome food and beer my money! I will start going here at least one day a week!!

Great beer, excellent food and fun atmosphere. Not sure how much the guy below this revie normally eats, but the burgers are HUGE! My husband had to cut his in half and could only eat one half. The onion rings?? O M G That was the whole reason we came here... for onion rings and Humperdinks delivered! Perfect, huge, tasty onion rings. My salmon salad was amazing! Great service too. Hit the spot on everything!

So I freaking Love This place! I jus happened upon the one in Dallas first and they were super nice and helpful. But the food was AMAZING and the prices are very reasonable 👌🏾 then I found out there was one in Arlington which is actually closer to my house so I went there last night with my boyfriend ! and the experience was the same ! This will definitely be my go to now !

We as there Saturday night with friends, drank and ate well. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich but was sold out. However, our waitress Kimberly was the best and took care of us GREAT server

Food was awesome, service was the best!! Andrea from photobooth2.0 was awesome, friendly. She was great with the kids and we loved the pictures! The kids smiled so cute for her friendly and sweet nature.

I had a really great time in this place and I wasn't expecting to since it's basically just a really big sports bar. But the food was pretty amazing. The Southwest Eggrolls on the appetizer menu are so good I made them my meal. They have a ton of drink options including adult milkshakes which is awesome. And it was crazy convenient to both Six Flags and the hotel I was staying in (was literally walking distance to the Hyatt Place). Highly recommend.

It's an upscale sports bar with excellent food and a great atmosphere. I had the chicken fried steak and it was excellent. The portions are huge and got two meals out of it. If you order a large beer call a cab or uber because it's massive. The waitstaff is friendly and accommodating and go the extra mile. It's a great place to go after a Rangers or Cowboys game or just watch it there!

Their service was great & the food was too! They have an excellent bar selection, they brew their own beer, and the atmosphere is pleasant overall. They have a couple of pool tables and a few other games, and they also have employees who will take you and your group's photo on the spot for a good memory. This place is big enough to book an event for a large party as well. We'll be back!

Best fish and chips I've had in a long time!!! Beer flight was phenomenal! My 2 yr old loved his spaghetti and fruit. Didn't know his food came with dessert until the waitress brought out dirt and worms. Lol chocolate pudding, cake and gummy worms. He loved it. Got 2 growlers to go of some of the best beer I've had. Great place. We will return when we are back in town.

Looking for a place to have your holiday dinner,this place is choice! Ive had a couple of thanksgiving dinners here and the food was excellent! You get refills as well! Ive been here for Christmas dinner as well, it gets pretty crowded but never had to wait for more than 10-15 minutes. This place has a nice atmosphere about it. Staff is welcoming, food is good! Sports events are crazy here!

One of my favorite restaurant. This place is always packed so make your reservations before going there on weekends. The bar has great drinks with lots of options. The food is just delicious and the service has always been great for us.

It was my first time coming here for lunch and not only was the food amazing (lunch special chicken fried chicken) but the staff was so helpful and didn’t miss an opportunity to ask if I needed anything. Jamie and Jessica made my already great experience just THAT much better with their over-the-top friendly attitudes. Definitely will be returning and recommending everyone and their mothers to come and have a sit down at Humperdinks! 11/10 !!!

Great place to go before or after Rangers game and shuttle to and from field. Also short distance from 6 Flags and several other hotels in the area. Lots of pool tables, bar area and some other games.

Great location and top notch once you get seated. The food is spectacular but the service is lacking just a bit. This is a 4++ place. Almost 5-rating... just need to work on the greeting and timing of the 1st drink.

Service was prompt and friendly. I ordered and tried the Impossible Burger for the first time. This is a 100% plant based burger, but the patty has the structure, taste and smell of real meat. I‘m vegetarian and the burger was ok in my mind, but I don‘t think, that I would order it again in the near future, as I don‘t like meat. I prefer a veggie patty instead. Nevertheless I would return and try the Veggie Burger.

The environment was great from the staff all the way to how the set up. The service was great. The food was good. The prices were very reasonable. They serve breakfast all day long which is a win win. I would eat there again.

The food was definitely much greater quality than what I remember. The calamari, it's not the wimpy calamari that you can't from most bar side menus. The calamari was thicker than some tinder chicken cuts that I've had. Really delicious you can really bite into them in case that they were of quality. not to mention they're great selection of beers which are priced very affordable. Our service was very slow, but we went there during a cowboys preseason playoff game. So that's understandable.

Service started off slow, but our waiter was really friendly. The fried bacon that comes with the chicken and waffles is amazing! You definitely get a good portion for the prices; I had more than enough to take with me.

The atmosphere was great service was not bad. I really liked the large restaurant and abundant display of drinks and games. The one thing I must criticize is the wings, they were not fresh and sauce was not that savory or tasty.

Six adults and a small child ate and ate until we hurt ourselves! The smoked chicken was especially yummy as were the chicken fingers, chicken fried steak, and fried catfish. The baby under a year old refused to stop eating the mashed potatoes. Green beans and cream corn rounded out the last vegetable selection. The warm biscuits with butter and...

Cool place. It's a big sports bar so it definitely can get crowded. The food was good and so was the drinks. The do have happy hour/brunch times get certain alcohol/wine/beer/mix drinks for great price.

I actually like this place. Maybe late night hunger (after a ballgame, or concert) clouds my decision, but every-time I've been there, it's been pretty good. if I were to have a complaint, the wait staff seems a little over-whelmed at times, but they do a good job, considering they just got slammed.

A little expensive but I have never had a bad experience. The burgers are massive and the beer is always good. Decent happy hour and daily specials that can be found on their website. They also run shuttles to and from rangers/cowboys events, providing a slightly more afforadble pregame.

The best impossible burger I’ve ever had! Ordered it with mushrooms, American cheese on wheat, DELISH! I’m not a fan of the hump-chips (a little over cooked) but only because the french fries were so much better! I would definitely go back and order the same thing.

Nice restaurant bar, lots of sports going on at the big screens, my husband and boy where in their element! Burgers where pretty decent, but the cheesecake had a weird flavor. Waitress was attentive and nice!

I met with a small group for lunch and the food and service was great. Was pleased to see they have a number of vegetarian choices. I had the veggie burger and their in-house brewed hefeweizen. Great experience overall.

I was pleasantly surprised. Great food. Great prices. Good service. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because the music was blaring. It didn't feel like a club/bar atmosphere, but the music was just as loud.

Pretty good! Cool environment, food was very good and quick to arrive. My only criticism is the lack of beer types they carry. I understand how much space it takes up to brew on site, but they have large enough kettles that I feel like 6 different types of beer could be easily expanded to maybe include a rotating seasonal or some specialties like Cream Ales or lambics. But I will definitely come here again when in town!

The beer selection is great and they have tons to choose from! I only downgraded a star because what I ate wasn't too appetizing but the other time I had came here what I had ordered was great! The pizza from here is really good too! This place is also great to come eat before rangers games, park here, and pay $5 bucks to get taken near Globe Life Park!

They have great beer here! It's all made in house and the food is good, too! Our waitress was very slow and wasn't the brightest apple on the tree, if you know what I mean. Besides the slow service, my party had a good time watching football, drinking, and eating. They do have lots of TV's in the bar, so there's really not a bad seat in the house.

Food was decent. Had the chicken salad. Beer was really good. Would have loved to try their in-house bock, but they didn’t haven’t brewed during my visit. Great Hefeweizen. Lots of TVs, so I found it a bit distracting. Music was all over the place, not a fan. All-in-all, a pretty neat place to eat if you’re in the Arlington area. Tallest bar in the area!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the place The waitress was cold and unavailable for our visit. The food was good, but I wasn't a huge fan of the beer brewed by humperdinks. The place has potential and if the service improved I would be back.

The steak was cooked and seasoned well. The alfredo sauce on top was unnecessary. The shrimp was bland. The salmon was also seasoned and cooked well but the shrimp was also bland then, too. The beer- flight ws priced right. I'd come back for the beer. Not sure if I'd return for the food. Manager was helpful. The staff was ok.

Let me start by saying. Everyone is different. My taste is for the type of beer. I really like double IPAs they have an IPA that they make. It's not a double/imperial but it's ok. I do think they're an ok place but NOT a place that I would go out of my way to go to. The menu is like everyone else, nothing new or special. It takes a lot to stay on top and by no means are they on top. I'll call them average. Some people like average. I like to be a little more.

I was actually excited to try this place while we visited six flags and then i waited for at least 15 to 20 minutes for a server before i decided to walk to the front and ask for one. Finally she comes by the table, doesnt even apologize for the wait but thats okay. We recieved our drinks and food quite quickly but didnt see our server for a good while, guess thats okay too because I did want a beer. i walk to the front to grab a toothpick and there she is hanging out with all her coworkers. We finish our meal only to wait even longer for our check that finally arrives. All of a sudden the server is walking by our table to see if we paid yet. I hate tipping so bad and I should have just asked for another server that probably would have given us better service and I would have given a better tip as well as this review being better too. Wont be coming back here.

We ordered the tatchos and sampler platter with boneless wings pickles and cheeses sticks. The sampler platter was unedible but the tatchos were not too bad. The service was great though!!! Jordan took great care of us.

Great, good atmosphere and drinks. If you plan on taking the shuttle to the cowboys game, better uber it. 30 minutes late so far and the game is about to start. No refunds btw...sucks paying $15 for a shuttle then having to pay an additional $20 for a cab because there's no ride!

I came here about a year ago and ordered the 14 ounce steak and it tasted like butter! It season very well and was overall the best steak I ever had! Remembering this restaurant from last year I came back here last night and order the same steak and loaded potato. The steak was bland and the potato look wrinkled and dry. They must not use very much seasoning. I wasn't as impressed as last year but the environment was nice.

Service was very responsive. The place seemed kind of worn and broken down likely from silly Cowboy fan getting pre and post game freak on. Food was okay although found chicken in my salad a bit overdone. Beer they make is good.

I think the food has great taste, but seems really over priced. We had a large nacho and a burger and fries. The nachos were 8 half taco shells loaded up. Tasted great and had lots of stuff on each half circle of corn, but not a lot for the money. We asked for our burger to be medium rare and it was cooked to order. We were also sharing the burger and they brought it outur in two on two plates for us, no extra charge.

Food is decent. Nice atmosphere. Service is slow. When we went it wasn't packed. It was 1pm and I was seated right away. However my party and I had to wait for at least 20 minutes before they took drink orders and then wait another 30 minutes for the food to be served. Probably won't return.

Great atmosphere and seating. Loved how they set up the restaurant. It looks like rheybknow youre ready to party and fun. Now the bad part. The food wasn't the greatest. I had the fish taco's and truthfully they were very bland I mean no flavor. I saw another couple send their food back and the service really needs to improve. The fried pickles were a little salty but still tasty.

Food and beer was fine, but it took forever to get a server. And when it came to the check, it took a few tries to get the check split correctly. If I was in a rush, I probably would have had to opt for fast food instead.

Revolver was nice to have on tap. However the bar area was very dirty. Dishes sat for hours on end just under the counter, and you can smell them. I would not eat anything from here judging by the cleanliness of the bar area.

Our server tried.. But, if your cooks don't taste what they serve you are bound to FAIL. I have no idea how you can serve queso that hasNO flavor... NONE! It was the consistency of heavy cream and even though I could see chunks of what I assumed could have been jalapenos, zero flavor. Thankfully my husband ordered a bloody Mary.. with the drink came with a pickled Serrano pepper.. the juice of the pepper and the addition of some salt and pepper made it a little more palatable..a little! The bloody Mary was VERY good but the enjoyment factor was diminished buy the plastic sub par solo cup it was served in.. The same could be said for the double shot margarita.. Don't bother, sad!

Atmosphere was great, service was great, but there was a hotess dress like a hooker. She was wearing a long black, low cut dress, slit up to her waist, tattoo exposed, and had make up so thick that she looks likes a circus clown. VERY UNATTRACTIVE.

Flatbread pizza was undercooked, I sent it back and they sent it back with the lettuce they garnished it with wilted on top. Drinks were flat also. Tables felt gross. We had fried pickles but didnt get that many and some were breaded lightly. Many different places to visit so skip over this place.

Went in to grab a burger and some beers. Pretty cool bar! Our bartender was great! I had a burger with a pretzel bun and it was very good. On to the bad they must have had some drains backed up or something cause it flat out smelled in this place. I still can't figure out why they would open when the entire place smelled like a sewer. If you don't mind a pungent smell this is a good spot!

Went there last night around 8:30 for a bite to eat. First off when we walked in hostess, bartender,manager on duty and some of the wait staff were just standing around carrying on a conversation. Seated ourselves in bar area. Took over 15 minutes for our waitress Alex to come and take our drink order,bring menus and greet us. Okay, after bringing us our drinks she disappears found a small bug on my lemon for my tea server brings us our appetizer no plates and no silverware was given until I asked him he took(silverware) it from another empty table and walks off. Since Alex was no where to be found my husband had to go and get me another tea with lemon on his own. Another 10 minutes goes by and Alex return's to take our order. Food is brought out server walks off again before we could ask for plates for our pizza. Again, my husband had to go get them himself . Check comes we pay and as we are leaving wait staff Manger on Duty and hostess are at the front on their phones and doesn't even acknowledge us when we leave. Customer service has really gone down since Robbie left. Hope management works on better training on Custome Service. Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because ford was good. Customer service SUCKED!!!!!!!

Beer was flat and the burger I ordered was overcooked. The wait staff is very slow and inattentive. My friend did not like his beer and ordered a different kind and it took about 30 minutes to get the replacement. That is just unacceptable because it was not busy. There are better options around, avoid this place.

I am pretty sure the only reason this place stays open is because of its proximity to the ball parks. First the beer they make is just not good. The bock is probably the best they make but it's just not awesome. The hefeweizen is somewhat ok too but the rest are pretty bad. If you look around most people were drinking Michelob Ultra for a reason. We went there before and after an event and it gets pretty busy. However the bartenders did a good job with service. After the game it was quite busy and the manager had to wait on us. He got us food fairly quickly. However the food in general just isn't great. I had an omelette and it was just a bit off. The tots tasted like the oil they were friend in hadn't been changed in months. I'm going to avoid going here in the future if I can.

We went on a busy evening before a game. The fried pickles, and chips were stale; perhaps the oil they were cooked in. The bottled beers were warm. We got burgers. The Jucy Lucy was awesome. Ordered the onion strings on the side, and they were cold. The waitress did her best to right the experience. Wouldn't come back.

We went to the Rangers game tonight and stopped at Humperdinks for dinner on the way home. The server was awesome and the food wasn't bad. What I do have a problem with is the bartender. As they called for last call at the bar, we got our last drinks. The restaurant closes at 12am and I understand that everyone wants to go home, but the bartender was absolutely rude!! We respected the fact that they were trying to close up. We were rushed into paying our bill. We got a to-go box and we were quickly trying to fill our box with our leftovers when I heard the bartender yell out, "Table 64 has got to go!" It was seriously 15 minutes after closing and there were other patrons still finishing their food too. There was no reason for this woman to be so rude and yell across the restaurant that we needed to go. Unacceptable.

UNFORTUNATELY I went to this place on 4/1/2013 and it was my second time there. I had gone there more than 2 years ago when I worked in this area. We went at a time when they weren't too busy so we were seated quickly. The waitress was nice but it took a while to get our food and once we got it we didn't see her much to refill drinks or check on us. The worst thing about this place is that after I was well into my meal I found a dead roach under my fries. You can imagine my horror at this discovery as my eyes filled with tears and I was holding my food down I asked my lunch partner to look. When she saw it she too was mortified and called a waiter over to take it away. When he picked it up we asked for a manager. The manager came over and was very apologetic and told us he wouldn't charge either of us for our orders. I know there was really nothing more he could do so we left very quickly without a scene. I couldn't eat for 3 days after due to this traumatizing experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone-EVER!

Worst restaurant in Arlington. No good Customers service and food is never right. I will not take my family back here. Oh yeah beware of the roaches!! I saw one in the restroom & one on the table!! And I saw one of the waitress eating out of a customer plate as she was walking from the kitchen..

The cheeseburger in the picture is 3 times the size of what you get. I ordered medium rare...burger is slightly larger than a McDonald's garbage so of course....It came well done. It had the grossest mayo on it .... not even mayo...more like kraft spread. I got this for $12.99. Lastly .."free wifi" didn't work on any device I had (3). Whataburger is better than this place at half the price. Anybody giving this a 4 or 5 star must be enjoying the beer more than the burger.

Been coming here year after year and this year it really want down hill, empty restaurant and waited 15 minutes to be seated. Tables dirty, unattentive staff, frustrating experience overall. Once I seated myself at the bar I had more of a better experience the bartender was polite and informative.

My wife and I have been going to Humperdinks for years, but our last visit will probably be our last. We waited 11 minutes before going back to the front to ask for service. We noticed another couple who also had to ask someone else for service. Our server was a failure, Charly M. based on the name listed on the receipt. We gave her our order, which took 30 minutes to arrive and wasn't complete. She brought out my Pellegrino still capped and no glass. I had to ask for the the glass. The server was very put out by my simple request. My caesar came out last but took an additional 15 minutes after being served the main dish. When I asked her what the delay was for a simple salad she said the dessert person was the only one that could make it. Not much of an answer. I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu which was burnt and left a really bad taste in my mouth after trying it. My wife only ate half of her dish which was chicken fried steak. I had asked the server to substitute the veggies that came with my disk for the salad but I still got bill for the whole dish and salad. When I ask the server to correct the error she said there was a computer problem and that I could take the error from her tip. In this case the server wasn't tipped. Obvious sense of entitlement here expecting a tip with such bad customer service. We have no future plans to go back to this Humperdinks. The overall experience was fundamentally a fail!

Still not the place to order takeout. I ordered through a mobile app at 4:18 and called immediately to confirm receipt of the mobile order, through which I ordered a pizza. i arrived at the Humperdinks at 4:39, when the order was estimated on the app to be ready. I mentioned my mobile order, and they said it'd be a couple more minutes. Finally at 4:56, the staff member hands it to me and only said "Here you go." No apologies, no offers to make it right on the delay, and no parmesan cheese as requested in the mobile order. Looks like I won't be back for quite some time, other than hoping that they have more staff turnover so that maybe they'll hire someone who can understand the need to entirely read order details, as well as Customer Service 101.

Server has to be high. Server took my order. I sat here and watched her write it down on her note pad just to walk back and turn around and asked me what I wanted on my burger?!?!? ( the egg was still forgoten) Instead of working she is sitting down with other employees disscussing personal business. She is picking at food at her table and is serving my table. This is an aweful place. Worst off, not a single manager in site. Just a bunch of kids running around this restaurant.

Having previously been to this usually reputable establishment I would not normally speak so poorly of the service. Tonight around 11:00pm we were denied service by manager Marcos Garcia with the acquisition of having fake IDs that I assure are not fake considering we were served alcohol just 4 hours prior, we are 23, 24, 24, 28 years old. Having been humiliated we will never return. We will definitely be contacting corporate ASAP.

Not a craft beer place if that's what you looking for. Asked for a flight and the waiter didn't even know what I was asking for. Beer is not "made on sight" like the waiter explain & not that great. Food was okay. Convenient to our hotel, but will never go out of our way to go back.

I arrived at 4:30 pm on 6/19/18 and sat in the bar area of the restaurant. There were other customers and two bartenders standing at the end of the bar. I sat there for at least 10 minutes without anyone coming to my table. The waiter/bartenders continued to stand there laughing and talking. I walked out. I stay often in a nearby hotel and have been to this restaurant several times with out incident.

Waitress stayed she was gong to bring back my change. She obviously thought she deserved it and kept it. When I brought it to the attention of the manager he took her side and made excuses why that practice was ok. Food was a 5 out of 10. Nothing to brag about. Go somewhere else!

Four of us came in after the Rangers game, waiting on two more. Our ages are 23, 24, 24 and 28. The waitress took our ID's to scan (which has never happened to me in the four+ years I've been coming to this location) and the manager came back saying none of them scanned. Refused to rescan or look anything up. Absolute dick about it and kicked us out. Two of the four of us were in 3 hours earlier, just before the Rangers game, and drank (after getting ID'd) with zero problem. Thanks for being hospitable.

Food is marginal to average at best, beer on tap not bad. Supposed to close at 12 we arrive at 11:30pm after leaving Rangers game. Only wanted 2 milkshakes but kitchen is closed at 11:30 seriously game is still going and they close kitchen, management must be f ing idiots. Of course Rangers score 7 runs in 8th and win. Wonder how many people wanted to celibrate, oh kitchen is closed. Will eat at ballpark for now on.

First time there, it was 8:00pm on Thursday 7/6/17 and the service was awful. Our server was handling a 25 top by herself and not a single of the other 2 servers in the area (1 of those may have been working the bar area) ever helped. There were 3 other tables, including mine, that were under the service of our server that all needed some form of attention. 1 server sat with some other guest at a corner table only to be joined by another coworker who's job seemed to be to take pictures of the guest. Here's a helpful tip, maybe have an extra server on instead of someone standing around oblivious to guests needs and taking "complimentary postcard pictures." Even the manager walked by and didn't notice that any of us have been waiting a long time for drink refills, or their check or to correct an issue with the wrong food being brought out. Even saw the manager a few times go to a computer, run some reports and walk by all 3 tables without ever noticing that we all needed something. He just took his reports and walked straight to, what I'm guessing was a closed dining room in the back, never looking up. Food was fair, but our server rang in the wrong entree for my wife. She had to make do since our server was MIA trying to close out the 25 tops checks (which appeared to be rung in wrong to as they kept having her chance the tickets.). Someone from the kitchen did a drive by delivering of the food. He just dropped it off and took off. Not even a word if everything looked right or if we needed anything. The restaurant looks like it has potential, but not going to happen with the staff that worked this night.

Horrible food. My husband’s bacon came out RAW. I ordered the chicken and shrimp and it way over salted and I am pretty sure some of the shrimp were RAW as well. I couldn’t eat my food. We ordered guacamole and chips as an appetizer and the guacamole was BROWN! We sent it back and the waiter brought back the same cup of guacamole and you could clearly see they had taken a fork to remove the big brown pieces. We sent it back again and didn’t request another. We will never go to this restaurant again.

This is the second time I have ordered through uber eats and my order was wrong. What makes it worse I called the restaurant and was told they cant see what you ordered. So there is nothing that they can do. You can call tomorrow to speak to the general manager. So I have wasted 20.00 on food I will not eat. Very bad service!!!!! They did not even offer to remake my food. 05/14/2018- I sent an email per the response I got to this post and still no response via email or phone. If they called my cell they left no message. Worse follow up ever!!!

Patio staff and manager are uninterested, slow moving, and shouldn't be in the service business. 30 minutes after being seated a staff member not assigned to our table took our drink orders simply out of pity for our group of 4. Our assigned server then arrived 5 minutes later and didn't understand why we had already been taken care of. Our adopted server was friendly and a rare gem amongst a group of poorly trained and poorly lead service business staff. This shouldn't be everyone's first day on the same day. Manager wasn't managing anything or anyone.

My husband and I went there after the Thanksgiving Cowboy game 2017. We had cheese sticks as an appetizer and both ordered a hamburger. When they brought our food out, I looked at my burger and pulled out what looked like half a cooked roach. I showed it to our waiter who took it back to the kitchen. He visited with the manager who came to apologize to me for the “bug” in my food. He offered me another burger or a sandwich. I opted out and after it was all said and done my husband only ate half of his burger because of the disgust of seeing the bug in my food. Thank God I didn’t take a bite of that burger because I would have wondered if I had eaten the half that was missing. Can you believe only my meal was comped. Very disappointed and disgusted.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! If i could give them 0 stars i would for sure. My friends and I decided to try something new and fun for our night out which is always on a Thursday. This time it fell on St Patricks day and we planned to make it a little fun to all wear green and had little necklaces since this place is know for "good drinks" we were excited and booked our table 2 days before since we know how busy they can be on a holiday. We get there the day of and the host in front desk was very rude to us and questioned us how and who did we book the table with makin it seem impossible to sit us down. The freaking place was almost empty! Most of tables were open! She just made facial expressions like rude to its best. We got sat down, order chips and guac, the chips were cold but didint bother to complain. Drink menu was very lame, poor enviroment seems like you walk in to a dennys. We get there at 10 pm and about 11 pm the workers kept cleaning the same area around us like rushing us, 1 server walk by right buy us and at that time we were the only ones there and he said "wow were going to be here all night" of course he said it to us. The place closes at 12 am and we were done just wrapping up the convo and a hispanic man came to us and told us that they have to close down and were the only ones at the building he practically kicked us out at 12 09 am ! Very poor service yes they have the right to tell you when to leave but using different words and maybe they could of waited 12 30 am the latest, every place we go to they wait until you are done but we respect every place and leave once we know its getting pretty late. I Called the general manager the next day to complain he said he will mail a gift card to me and asked for my info, so i can go to try to give them a chance again but never recived it, its been 2 weeks already but i wont be using it anyways they are about 30 min away from us and the staff was horrible why risk it again, i dont the money situation the thing that matters is the customer service and it was pretty bad for a slow day they had. The only reason why I called the manager the next day was not to get anything back because it was our loss but to maybe check on his staff and possibly remind them the importance of treating customers, if they dont like their job they should find something else. Us customers want to feel welcomed and relax on a night out, but the manager rushed the phone call and shut me up with gift card that I wont be using.

Food was bad. Jarred Alfredo sauce is better. Chicken was dry. My husband's grits we're tasteless and dry. Service was bad. It was a large party, but even then, we never had even enough water cups for our table, much less other drinks (except beer and mixed drinks, of course). Half the stuff you requested never came. The waitress wasn't talkative or very responsive until handing out the checks, when she was all smiles and sweetness. For all of this, the cost was ridiculous. We regularly pay half of this for a far, far better meal and far, far better service. I think if we're ever invited to a party here again, we'll eat before we go, and just stick to water and maybe a beer or two.

Waitress was nice. That's about it. The only drafts they have are their own craft beer. I had a blonde and it was not good. Steak was good, but all the other food was microwaved and tasted like rubber. Drive a little down the road for better food.

This place is really not good. Went in with a party of 4. Apps were great. But when meals came out it was straight garbage. We had wings which they let sit out too long before serving. Order of chilli which was literally a can of hormel chill dog sauce, come on who are you fooling. A chicken tortilla soup, again some kind of canned soup here that resembled a vegetable soup. The soup was so greasy, and even the damn single serve crackers were stale. Last but not least a steak. We ordered medium, they served rare. Staff was very nice is all I can say good about this place.

Was here for the super bowl just a couple weeks ago. Ordered the beer flight and then a house shiner. All of it came out warm and tasted sour. The food was great but the beer, which cost more than the meal, really ended up killing the vibe. We wanted good food AND good local brew. I've been here three times in the past year and it is always something. Last time was the beer, time before that was the emaciated waitress who looked and carried on with the mannerisms of a drug user, which made me question if I wanted to eat anything she handled, and the time prior our food seemed undercooked. The bill adds up quick, especially when any drinks are ordered, so visiting this place is turning into a gamble. I'll be avoiding this restaurant for a while.
