The best Italian food in Dallas-Fort worth. Highly recommended

This is the best Olive Garden I have ever been to! What a lovely staff everyone is so nice, especially Chayla who was our server. She went above and beyond to provide the best service. She was amazing. 100/10 would come to this garden of olive again.

Just left a fantastic dinner for my family of six. Our waiter Stephen was amazing (best waiter we’ve had this year) and it was a great ending to a great day after visiting the national Medal of Honor museum. We will be back.

This Olive garden never disappoints. The food was great today and dessert was the perfect size and easily shared. Seven of us came out tonight and we all tried something different. Some of our company is a little picky and demanding but or waiter took it all in stride with a smile on his face. He did a wonderful job and made sure we were well taken care of the whole night. Ask for Adrian when you can. He's great.

You know you’ve just gotta love Olive Garden! It has its own flavor I would not say it is 100% Italian food, but it is good and when you’re in the mood, it’s very good! The one thing I love the most about Olive Garden is their salad and breadsticks!! Today I had spaghetti and meat sauce for lunch along with a great salad and some peach tea! If you’ve never had their peach tea, I would highly recommend it. It’s flavorful and delicious. Treat yourself today. This particular location service is quick and very friendly!! If you’re in the area, this is a good location quick good service and great food!

Was good food and fast some olive gardens take 1 hr to get you mane meal out but they did it right on time soon as we were done with the salad I like about 30 black olives with my meal and they got them for me ,made our date night very good having a wonderful dinner sets the nights mood for the rest of the evening they now have me coming back to this location for as long as they keep up this wonderful service

Appetizers are great and the staff were friendly here. 2nd visit: Amazing service once again, no wait time and and the food was so good I couldn't finish it cause I was eating too fast. The place was very clean and the manager made sure everything was fantastic. Micheal was one of the greatest servers we've had in quite awhile and I suggest he should get a raise/promotion. The visit overall was out of this world. In the picture is a chicken and shrimp carbonara.

Jarrett absolutely made my Nana's celebration unforgettable. With a party of over 40 guests, many servers would have been overwhelmed, but Jarrett handled it with grace, patience, and top-tier customer service. His professionalism and work ethic truly stood out. He even presented wine to the older guests with the finesse of a seasoned chef—his pour was spot-on, and you could tell he was putting his culinary knowledge to good use. Jarrett was incredibly accommodating, knew the menu inside and out, gave excellent recommendations, and not once did he show signs of stress or frustration. As a chef myself, I came in expecting at least a few issues with such a large group—but everything was truly amazing and well put together. Jarrett, you’ve earned my respect and repeat business. I’d gladly make the hour-long drive just to experience your service again. Well done—this man deserves a promotion!

Apr. 2023 We celebrated another special occasion. This time we ordered the Tour of Italy (w/ Zuppa Toscana), Herb Grilled Salmon, Seafood Alfredo, Kids Mac & Cheese, and Fried Calamari. The food is always good here. Friendly and fast service. 2022 We had a birthday dinner here. We ordered the Calamari appetizer, Herb Grilled Salmon, Chicken Margherita, Shrimp Scampi, and kids meals. The salads are always good and I loved my Zuppa Toscana. The meals were great and our waiter was excellent. Overall great experience.

As far as my food, I tried the gluten free noodles. They tasted like normal pasta, and I was pleased with my food choice. Robert from Mississippi waited on us. He was so kind and sweet. Because of him he made my visit amazing. Keep up the great service, Robert. You are appreciated.

So been going to Olive Garden for the past I would say 20 yrs. Maybe more. I order iced tea all the time and it's always been some kind of peach passion . But here in Texas they got sweet tea and it's on point! The food was great and service was great. Highly recommend this place 👌!

Wow, I’m amazed by the service here! We were quickly seated in a nice, clean booth. Our waiter (I cant recall his name) was very attentive and helpful. The watermelon sangria was flavorful with the perfect about of alcohol is behind it. I always seem to enjoy the tour of Italy, containing fettuccine, chicken parmigiana, and lasagna. And as always the soup and salad was perfect!

Sat about 10 minutes before someone came by and I asked who's my server? Finally another server from a different section came and took extremely good care of me. My regular server took over and did an ok job. I was there for Veteran's day. Absolutely great food, and plenty of it. And I did leave a 25% tip. I will be back to visit.

I travel all over America and have been to countless restaurants, including Olive Garden, but your location… hands down the best! Every dish is absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. The service is amazing, so friendly, attentive, and caring. Esther the GM was so kind, professional and offered multiple solutions to us when we reported her sever Barbara was being racists towards us as a Hispanic woman with my Black cousin and White spouse, she was very playful and responsive to my white spouse, but ignored any requests myself our my cousin made and said demeaning things to us POC, threatened to not refill our salads and soups if we shared it amongst ourselves. My cousin at the end asked her to put her employee discount on the ticket because she works for Olive Garden as well in a different location and Barbara even told her she would not put the discount on everyone’s tab and told us she would get a manager who then corrected her and gave us the discount. This server was just absolutely horrible and treated us like she was above us the whole time. She still got her tip even though the service was 0/10.

The Manager at this location is very very serious about customer experience; we were in for dinner on a very busy night and though my 6 year old got her food right away ours was taking its seemingly normal time. The waiter came by and explained there was a delay, to be honest I didn’t notice; shortly there after we were visited by the manager ( who had already come by to check in) and he apologized and explained the reason for the delay (again I hadn’t noticed a delay based on other Olive Gardens I’ve been too) but he said the entrees were on him. He was very kind and didn’t have to do that my typical OG trip Olin other areas has always taken a long time. It was better than normal, quicker than I’m used to and the customer service was over the top. The Franchisee is blessed to have such a great staff and manager

Only thing I was surprised at was they won't recognize senior citizens or Military to honor them. I just turned 65 and started asked about discounts whenever I'm at a restaurant. Waitress said there is no senior citizen discounts, nor for Military. Guess it cuts into their profits. But it's good, still like the place!

06/24/2023- I am writing this as I sit here enjoying my meal, Barbara is our server and she is amazing!!! She is kind and attentive to everyone including us. When we got here the parking lot was pretty full which is a good sign. When we approached the restaurant, the greeters were friendly and welcoming and opened the door for us. We were seated right away (party of two-myself and my mom). First we ordered drinks and both got the Green Apple Moscato Sangria and it was perfect. It wasn’t super strong which is good if you need to drive after. It was sweet and taste like an adult kool-aid jammer or Caprisun. I could have easily drank two and will dream about this drink. Olive Garden Please keep it on the menu. I told Barbara I had never tried the chicken and gnocchi soup but was interested and she brought me a sample. I enjoyed it. It was hot but not too hot to eat and taste akin to chicken and dumplings. Very good..perfect comfort food! I will be sure to order it next time (only reason I didn’t order a full bowl of the soup today is because of how hot it was outside). For my entree, I had the Tour of Italy and it was perfect. Everything was hot and not bland or salty, but seasoned just right. Lastly the atmosphere was really nice as well and the temperature of the restaurant was perfect! Thank you for a great affordable dining option. I would definitely come back and recommend this location! Thank you - signed a happy customer.

We love going to Olive Gardens its a treat for us and on Veterans Day they serve a good meal to Vets.

Awesome food, the only reason for the four stars is speed of service eating in restaurant or picking up the online order to go, not a huge wait but to-go orders usually run 10 min behind.

Ususally a good experience at this Olive Garden. Friday night dinner. We were seated right away which is unusual. Usually at an Olive Garden you have to wait at least 10 min in the lobby even though there are empty tables. Food is usually good. I luv the unlimited soup salad breadsticks. Its a little loud at this local. Service was all right.

I sat at the bar and had Italian "frozen" margarita. My new go-to! Not a lot of people know that they serve frozen. Had chicken shrimp carbonara with asparagus instead of broccoli, angel hair. Everything was delicious. Like pass out from happiness, delicious!. Lynn, I think was her name. Attentive, friendly, awesome. She went extra mile for a little girl birthday dessert treat. I will be back!

A friend & I had lunch here today and had a wonderful time. Emily was our server and was very personable and accommodating. We were seated with no wait, received our food quickly and she checked on us for refills of food & drink. We were able to visit & enjoy our meal. The only thing that could be improved was my friends second bowl of the minestrone soup was 90% beans without much veg. My friend could not eat the beans so the second bowl was not eaten. Other than that, the food was good. We will probably eat there again.

So I go in solo and get seated right away. It's about 10 minutes before I see my server, I guess that seemed like a long time because I didn't have other people with me to talk to as a distraction. Got my food, salad was soooo good. My fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken was decent, except the chicken had some... parts? that didn't seem to jive like you would expect grilled chicken to feel like in your mouth... yeah, that stuff you cut out and don't feed people... yeah, it was just left in there...eww... anyway, other than that, clean place, good atmosphere, and I was checked on regularly by management and wait staff. Adding some pics, but will spare you the parts that I immediately and discreetly spit back out lol.

Was very packed. Was a 20 minute wait for just the 2 of us. I ordered the seafood trio, with no peppers...guess what was in the trio. Yup. Peppers. Our waitress said she should have checked it, beforehand and started picking what she saw out, knocking pieces onto the table. My girlfriend ordered a strawberry lemonade. She has a certain stomach condition and can't have drinks that are carbonated. They neglected to list that that drink has soda water added to it. She did get her a new one without the soda water.. Then there's her angelhair pasta and Alfredo sauce. It came with a little sauce and when we ordered, we already asked for extra sauce, just in case. We got a little dish of it. Whe then had to ask for more. It took so long to get that sauce that her pasta started drying out. And when it got to us, it was again in a little dish....as we were getting ready to leave.

Order cheese ravioli as I am veg not much options but must try spinach artichoke dip with pita chips in appetiser and dessert was worth trying so try both and of-course breads and salads were fresh, they give compliment

The food is probably the best you can get from an Olive Garden but they bring our your entree MINUTES after you get your soup/salad, like what? I barely even touched my soup before my server gave me my entree. When I asked if they could take it back for a minute, the waiter said "The kitchen won't remake it." OK, not what I asked, but great. Ended up getting full enough on the soup and breadsticks, so I just sent the entire entree back so I didn't have to eat it cold. On top of that, I ordered an alcoholic drink that never arrived, and was never on the ticket, but I showed you my ID to order it.. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. I don’t know if it was my server, cook, or if the Manager is pushing this behavior onto others. Either way; please learn how to space out entrees from apps and soup/salad. I feel like that’s so basic of an ask.

After we were seated, our waitress came by right away to take our drink order. She was bartending and waiting tables in the bar area, so we understood she was busy. She brought our drinks promptly, but after that, we were never acknowledged again. No one came back to ask if we wanted appetizers or to take our food order. After waiting quite a while without any follow-up, we ultimately decided to leave the restaurant. We were really looking forward to trying the food, so it was disappointing not to have the chance. A quick check-in would have made all the difference.

My experience at the Oliver Gargen at Lincoln Square, customer service is poor,they seated us ,ten minutes went by and no one ever came to take our orders, it was not busy. We got up and left, no one acknowledged us,we will never go back there.

The manager tried having me arrested a t ter she said I couldn't have another shot after I was there for more than 2hrs and had 1 beer and 3 shots I will NEVER GO BACK AND I WAS A FAN FOR OVER 30YRS I STILL HAVE NOT HAD A RESPONSE FROM CORPORATE AND THE WAY THEY HAVE THE SYSTEM TO REPORT ISSUES IS THE REASON Update:2026 I HAVE COMPLETELY ERASED THIS FOOD FROM MY PALLETTE

Service was absolutely not good at all the waitress was rude and careless about. I always go on this location on Saturday. But no anymore.

I went to here to celebrate my graduation, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First of all, the service was poor, the server spilled food, cheese, and even drinks all over the table. Despite this, I still left a tip out of courtesy. However, what’s truly frustrating and unprofessional is that when I checked my card statement later, I noticed they had altered the total amount and added an extra $20 to the tip without my consent. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has left me extremely disappointed. I will never go here again for sure.

We went for lunch yesterday and what is normally a good experience at this restaurant was terrible. We ordered our meals and drinks and the server brought our soup and salad. However, there was no bread, not the first time this has happened at this location, the server informed us she would be checking on it. Got a second bowl of soup and our main entree and still no bread, had asked for some lemons as well and those did not come. Waitress finally comes by and realizes she didn't bring the lemons and we remind here we are halfway done with our meal and still no basket of bread. She is serving other tables this whole time and other tables have bread but no food so clearly there was bread we just were not a priority. Sadly this location is close to where we live but due to this service experience we will have to avoid this location. The absolute worst experience we've ever had.

I have been to several Olive Garden restaurants across US and several in Dallas, and I would rate this one as the worst. I ordered Chicken Gnochhi soup for two of us and was so watery and weird flavor. When asked for good replacement one, the manager came with same soup saying it is made fresh hence watery 😟Doesn’t make sense but didn’t want to argue with him. Also overall food ordered was not up to mark. Hence would rate 1 out of 5. Waste of $100 bill

We took my niece out for a nice birthday dinner to this Oliver Garden. The server was awesome, but the food was abysmal. The chicken and shrimp were disgusting. The tour of Italy wow, the chicken was burnt and the lasagna was burnt and old. When I spoke to the manager, I was told no one else has complained. I will not be back to this food chain. They have gone downhill with food and service.

Well I visited this Restaurant on 7/02/2025@630PM Hostess seats me even though I tell Her I'm waiting on a Dinner Guest My server comes ask for Drink order. i get 2 Waters with Lemon Perfect!!! I Tell Her I'm waiting on a Guest&asks if I would like an appetizer I repeat I'm waiting on a Guest!!! My Guest arrives we decide on Calamari Rings&Eggplant Parmesan as an Entree the Entree comes SURPRISE CHICKEN Parmesan Also no salad.before Meal have to ask another for That!!! My Guest who was in the Restaurant Business a a Server& Then as a fight Attendant says this will be fine!!! I confused how an order for 1 Appetizer&1 Entree can be SO CONFUSING!!! My Guest says The Server seems NEW!!! I was Totally Disappointed by the Whole Situation&will not visit this Olive Garden Again!!!

I ordered a chocken parmigiana, and this was what they gave me, a horrible tasting pasta and a very small portion!! I'm not coming back anymore 19.99 for this !!

It seems the only thing consistent here is the Service, Horrible, if you do not like your job and this is to our waitress, find something better it’s not my fault for the choices you’ve made in life. The food was excellent. That atmosphere was good. The manager came by and approached us, but this is the third time in a row. I came here and got bad service. Sad to say I Olive Garden needs to find a Better servers ones that are people friendly and not so tired and beat up by life. If you don’t like your job find something you like you only have one life don’t live it. Doing something you don’t love and trust me the last three servers I had hated their job. I could tell by the service they gave it seem we were a burden to them. We didn’t ask for much. Just take our order. Bring it out. And give us our bill. And here’s you tip.( life. You only live once. Be happy, smile ) Lol And we still tip 25% felt bad for them.

The Gm Ester has terrible customer service. I informed her my scallops were uncooked which she replied no one else has complained about them, sent her a picture of the cooked vs what I believed to be uncooked, and she told me it was a fettuccine noodle. Very disrespectful and incompetent I asked for a a superior because she speaks to you in a very superior rude tone trying to resolve the issue and she disconnected after saying everything comes back to her. I’ll be filing a formal complaint through Olive Garden.

No one at the front desk, one person asked if we were a 2 go order said no and she proceded to ignore us , terrible customer service wasn’t busy wont come back to this location, we usually go to the Mansfield location never had an issue there

We had Barbara who didn’t introduce herself and was immediately very rude to us because we ordered the cheaper items on the menu. She completely ignored some of our requests and threatened to not refill our salads and soups if we had shared some with anyone at our table. There was only 3 of us and I felt she was only mistreating us because she thought we wouldn’t afford to tip her. Which is not true. We needed up only tipping her $10 because of her poor attitude and service! Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Usually really enjoy this location, but visit today was terrible, never recieved bread or refills of our soups or drinks. Also never received our appetizer. Additionally, waitress messed up half of our orders. Very unprofessional and poor service.

Didn't plan on biting into a chunk of plastic when eating my soup. Unacceptable to say the least! Please meet with your team in the kitchen. This should not happen.

My soup did not have pasta in it. I got the Pasta Fagio...it was just not right. Plus the service suck.

I frequent this establishment often! Usually soup and salad is my go to. Yesterday I decided to get my favorite shrimp and chicken carbonara but there was an issue. I asked for well done shrimp and chicken and I got that but not enough pasta. For $20 something it was not worth it! I asked for a little more and was told by Sophie according to the manager I needed to pay for it. I did not mind but the way I was approached and it was handled I refused the entire dish! The manager then came later and said we can pay for you to have more but at that point it was embarrassing and awkward so I refused payed for my friends meal and we left! There is a nice young man named Charles though! Look for him if you go there.

Very Disappointed. This location was not standard food. The salad was not made with Roman lettuce, I ordered a pitcher of wine and it was served with so much ice I barely got 3 glasses. Plus it was not even close to the sample I received. Jill the bartender should have done a better job for $25. Bread sticks were ok. I invited my friend whomI haven’t seen in 10 years to have a brunch since she was visiting from another country. So ashamed of the food. The server was the best part of the experience. Photos included. The drink said apple and pineapple wine. Not close to the sample, more like a margarita.
