One of the best pizzas & bread I’ve had in a while from Dominos. We ordered from the Alameda location here in Houston. Food was hot & so tasty!!!! Great job Dominos!!!
I had an issue with a messed up order. I went back to them a few days later and explained what had happened. I was placing the same order with them. They offered to pay for the pizza and the cinnamon twists. I had to essentially argue with her just to let me pay for the cinnamon twists as there was nothing wrong with the ones that I had received. I've purchased plenty of times from this location and it has been the best dominos experience.
Jason is the new manager here at this location. He is doing a stand-up job making pizza and running his crew. The Handmade Pan pizzas come out perfect every time we order through the Domino’s app!
Well high calorie craving food, yes, but mouthwatering pan pizza. My fav 2 toppings are bell pepper and olives - handmade pan pizza. Try it out and comment who all love it
Great! Pizza is always The parmesan bread bites didn't have any butter on them but honestly that was okay. They're a lot less heavy without the butter haha. But food's really good wait. Time wasn't bad at all. They're a little bit understaffed so it did take a while to get my food but that's okay!!
Echoing what others have said about this place, but they definitely have one of the largest dining space for any Domino's I've been to. As for the Pizza itself, well it's Dominos and this place does a very good job of preparing them quickly and baking them excellently. I haven't had any faults with my orders for a year or so now.
I ordered 15 pizzas and it was done extremely fast and with great quality. Service is great here
Our Pizza was delivered so fast and boy was it HOT FRESH AND DELICIOUS! A huge thank you to our driver, Mr. Farhang! He was so kind, warm, and personable. He deserves a raise for his hospitality skills, smile, and dedication to his position.
I stopped by while I was waiting for my car to be fixed (shout out to Noah Auto care) There was only 1 young lady working in the store and maybe 1 or 2 drivers. The seats were a bit dirty but the girl and her team did a fine job. She was quick and professional. Not much to ask for🙏🏼
This was my first time buying a Domino's pizza in about 10 years. My pizza was just as good as those super expensive pizza joints. I'll be making this Domino's location my go-to for my pizza! Domino's has really improved their taste and quality!

98% of the time I have a really great experience ordering delivery or takeout from this Domino's. I think there was only one time it took a while to get my order delivered because the driver had multiple orders. Other than that, all of my delivery drivers have been fast, friendly, and have all worn masks/adhered to social distancing guidelines.
Chris is the best! He goes above and beyond for customers and makes delicious pizza 🙌🏽
I was hesitant to return to this Domino's, but thought I would give it another shot. I am SO glad I did. What a pleasant experience! Monica was such a great help, and had AMAZING customer service. She and Fernando made me the BEST food I have ever had from Domino's. I will be looking forward to my next order. Thank you!
Ordered delivery to the Marriott medical center. They were prompt with service, delivery driver Desmoil(I maybe spelling wrong)was very nice! Food was good exactly what I ordered!
Domino's Pizza it's off of Alameda Rd it' open up during the morning I think about 11 if you want to walk, ln and get you some pizza but at night I think they close at a certain time and then they deliver the pizza throughout the day. So all you have to do is call in and order you a pizza or breadsticks I think they have salads too from not mistaken But Domino's pizza been around for a long time they do have some good pizza and the kids love it.
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The food is always good. I ordered Pineapple pizza with provolone cheese, and parmesan bread bites. If you’ve never tried the Parmesan bread bites, they’re so delicious and at a great price. The only thing I will say is to make sure that if you’re getting some kind of sauce with your order, make sure you have the right one before you drive away.
Gave it 4 stars because of Christopher the delivery driver tonight:we asked for plates, he came through and had an awesome customer service! The order though... ordered a thin crust and got something else, ordered BBQ sauce for the chicken and got nothing 🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️ they usually do deliver on time, if not sooner than the estimated time so that’s another reason for the 4 stars.
Did not have a good experience. First they missed out on the order completely. Later they agreed for another pizza , but had to wait in the store for almost 15 mins. Degi not a great experience.
I assume the black lady is the manager Ariana?, and if that is so I as a customer expect better from the manager. She is prepping and topping pizzas with no hair net. She wears long weave that isn't kept very neat and you know weave wigs or whatever will shed. I feel she should wear a hair net. The other lady, Bridgett is super sweet she has shorter hair but it is pulled up nice and neat with her hat. I pray no one finds Arianas weave in their food. She either needs a hair net or she needs to keep her hair neater.
It’s this weird chick that works in there , i order pretty regularly since i live about a few miles away and need a quick bite while studying ... she always looks at you weird, no one there welcomes you they all just stare like zombies . It makes you pretty uncomfortable to even walk in ... I wish there was another location closer i will give them a 3 Star my food is usually ok, I’ve only had one time where no sauce was put on my pizza so it had a burned cheese taste when i asked for LIGHT sauce not NO sauce but other than that if the customer service wasn’t so bad I’d rate higher.
I ordered pizza for delivery. They said it was in the oven. Fifteen minutes later, someone called and hung up, and my order was cancelled! I guess they closed while my pizza was in the oven.
The manager on the phone was very rude. Don't care that man takes 30 minutes after time it's said be delivered. That had not come. She was rude and very unprofessional. I asked her if she could be remade, and I could get it. Even my foot is broken . She said, "Wait for my 2 pizzas and wings. I told her i live 5 minutes away. She said wait he other orders before mine ." I told I am on my way. She left the store . But the manger I met was so nice and helped me quick
Dominoz should really give free oregano and chilli flakes toppings to account to various spice levels of customers instead of charging them for it. The pizzas are expensive and deserve a free ketchup/mustard sides. Their homemade pan pizzas and hand made crusts are really good and its worth a try.
They take 132443 hours to answer the phone. I had to go in store to order just to tell them they only take delivery when they never would answer the phone. How do you expect to get orders when they don't pick up the phone. Terrible Service. The manager needs to do a better job, as well as the workerws.
Pizzas are fine like any other Dominos place but the quality of customer care is incredibly poor. Pizza will be ready and sitting on the shelf with me standing in front of the guys working for 10 minutes. Noone cares to address the customer. One more thing, I order a lot of pizza from this place. During covid the curbside delivery was supposed to be done. I stay parked with my lights and hazards turned on, clicked on the "I am here" on the app.. I see workers come and go to deliver home deliveries but no one bothered to bring the pizza for curbside delivery. I had to go in .. then wait for 10min until I got attention of the guys working to tell them that there is one freaking pizza on the shelf, my name on the screen with "I am ready" showing customer is here, to get that damn pizza to me..
Accountability is zip. I have ordered for years from other locations and satisfied each time - since relocating near this one EVERY order is incorrect. Jason’s response tonight was ‘mistakes happen’ - WoW…. As a business owner that is an unacceptable response.
Meh. When there are 5 staff and no other customers, why do I have to wait 7-8 minutes for one of them to find my already cooked and boxed pizza from the shelf? ...I've ordered maybe 25 pizzas from this location and 5 of them have been overcooked and dry. I'll order from another location from now on.
Before today I have never had an issue with this location's service or their food. I ordered a pizza for carry-out. The website allows the option to have an attendant bring your order out to you while you wait in your car. Your vehicle information (color, make, model, type) are also asked to be entered. You will receive a link confirming your order and you are asked to reply, "HERE" once you arrive at the location and are asked to activate your emergency lights so you will be easily identified. I arrived at the location and performed the above-mentioned tasks. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I went inside to inquire about my order. The male attendant brings it to me (and fortunately, it was still hot). I explained to him that I chose the option of having an attendant bring it to me. His response was, "We don't know how that works." While I know he was not entirely to blame, he could've been a bit more understanding and compassionate - after all, he is a representative of the company. I didn't need him to be a suck up, but at least acknowledge that this is an issue that needs to be resolved and at least apologize for the inconvenience. If you're going to offer this special option, please CONFIRM that it is effective and that the employees have been trained properly for this practice but also be a little more courteous should any mishaps come into play. Many of us are willing to do our part in ordering food to help people keep their jobs. And we understand that these are stressful times. But this option needs to be tweeked and perfected a bit more.

Didn't tell me they didnt have 2 of the 3 toppings I asked for but still charged me for them offered a free pizza on my next order and then I still had to pay 2 days later
I ordered 3 sandwiches all burned .. then I asked them to remake and out of spite they didn’t put much toppings. 3 pieces of veggies a a slice of meat. As I waited the first time there, my sandwiches were sitting on the heated hard as a rock. Don’t order here. All of them are lazy af!
multiple times where i’ve places an order before the cut off time & they cancel my order. other times they just dont deliver to mdanderson at all so it makes it harder for us night shifters to find anything to eat.

0 Stars — I gave this location too many chances man. There's a Villa Roma Pizza up the street, just order there if you want pizza. Even better idea, just cook a quality meal at home.
Horrible experience, food arrived cold, no one answered the phone, spoke to Ricardo who supposed to be the store manager he was no help and rude I attempted to call the store to let them know I needed two additional pizzas since no on answered i put a separate order in online where I stated add the two pizzas to the first order well the driver showed up with 5 pizzas all this could have been avoided if they answered the phones…. Will never order from dominos again.
I put in an order at 1:43 am today & the tracking said that Juan (the manager) started making my order & delivery time was 28-38 min. It's not 3:33 am and we never got our order and they never called. And I paid $19.12. They closed at 2am but the call said it would route to the operator and never did. I was on the phone for 30 minutes! I am very frustrated and as my 1st time in Houston I already have a bad taste in my mouth. SOMEONE will be fixing this in the morning and better make it well worth it. I had 4 kids I was trying to feed!!
I do not understand how this establishment even stay open! I live less than 0.5 miles awayZ I wouldn’t have an issue at all getting my food but if you order after 10pm, you are forced into delivery. I was on hold for over 20 minutes trying to order a pizza over the phone. They close at 2am and I called in at 12:30. Absolutely no one answered the phone ONCE. So I hung up and called back again, was left on hold for over 5 minutes. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and respect for potential customers. You DO NOT need to be an establishment unless you are more than willing to serve guests. I will be writing a letter to corporate and reporting this location. Completely unacceptable.
Delivery tracker said it was out for quality check an hour and a half ago when it said 29-39 minutes for delivery. Tried calling over 10 times and no one picked up. Ended up ordering something else after midnight when the store was supposed to close. Food is now on its way...will be asking for refund. Never ordering dominos again.
Ordered pizza from this location while working as a nurse in the Emergency Room. Have ordered pizza many times from this location with no issues. Delivery driver never brought the pizza yet marked it delivered on the Pizza Tracker. Store location said it was open until 3 am but tried to call at 1 am and the phone system said the store was closed. Tried to call the store today to explain the situation and was put on hold for 6 minutes with no response. There was 6 hungry Emergency Nurses working a 12 hour shift with no pizza. Will order from Pizza Hut in the future.
Chicken wings are so processed. The cheese dip and garlic bread has also changed. Everything overly processed. It was terrible. Pizza just ok. New guy at register was amazing.
I have never had anything to eat from this location but not for a lack of trying... I love Dominos, well the one in Crosby.. That Dominos is great... As far as this location "7810 Almeda Rd" This place is not as good. I have tried multiple times to order a pizza from website or the app only to be told this location is not making deliveries.. After trying 5 times I can finally say you're OUT!!!!!!!!! Now where is the number to pizza hut.. I have to give those guys a call.
I ordered at 5:30 pm tonight . I was told that it would take a 1hr - 1 1/2. When I called to check on the offer around 7pm I was told they called the number and they tried delivering it. ( they end up typing in the wrong number calling the wrong phone). So they said it will be another 45 mins to re send out the pizza it’s now almost 8:30 pm and no one has called and I still don’t have my pizza . Horrible service .
Any good review must be getting paid off because this Domino’s is pretty terrible. The service is slow and rude at the counter and over the phone. They are always wearing their earbuds and AirPods when talking to you. One guy had the audacity to hold his phone with his gloves on right in front of me. They have to be breaking multiple health code violations with the way they prepare their pizza. If you got sick and you ate here, there’s no doubt in my mind that you suffered from food poisoning.
Normally when a customer orders something like sauces, especially something charged extra for, the driver would bring it. Not dominos. Every last one of their delivery drivers, no matter the store, seem to forget and then will only put a credit on your account for new ones on your next order. That credit cannot be used if you order online, which I always do at this location to avoid their horrid customer service and hold times. This location is worse than most though. Dominos needs to give free sauces and actually give us the damn things.
Yeah....the reviews here are pretty consistent with my experience. If you pick up an order this place is fine but don't do delivery with this location. I've never had a delivery go smoothly with this Domino's. I'd just pick up if possible or get something from Uber Eats or Postmates instead
Shekinah began quality checking your order at 8:39. Stayed on the phone for more than 20 minutes and that was just one of the times I called. Waited more than 2 hours for a medium sized pizza and wings, and the order never arrived. Never ordering from Domino's again. Very bad service.
Good customer service till you see the pizza maker stop making a pizza. He then took an order, handled cash, never washed his hands then proceeded to finish making his pizza. The delivery driver comes from outside cuts up pizza then leaves for delivery never washing his hands. One employee took pepperoni off food prep and ate it while working. Unsanitary is an understatement
Is it even possible to get through their phone system?? I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes and it’s been 2 HOURS since I’ve placed my order. Their driver came into my neighborhood and left without delivering, or maybe delivered to my neighbor. They never even tried contacting me with any complications they may have come across. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from Dominos.
Don't order from this people they just rip off people they charge you for the food and then claim they were waiting for to long and was not. Also what is the point of the online tracker if it's showing FOOD IS STILL PREPING....I WAS TRACKING FOR NOTHING SINCE THE DRIVER CLAIMS HE WAS WAITING LONG AND THE MANAGER SAID TO JUST DRIVE OFF WITH THE FOOD.... PLEASE, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I ordered medium pizza and called after 2 hours of my order. Employee stated that they haven’t made the pizza yet, without any conviction whatsoever! I waited another 2 hour and called again multiple times. Someone picks up after a long hold and immediately hangs up. This branch needs to be closed ASAP. There has to be consequences for such incompetence!
Sign says they close the inside at 10. Came at 9 to grab my pick up order and the door was locked. No one inside acknowledged me, cashier had her back turned and on the phone. Finally found a door bell and got her attention. She acknowledged that they lock the door at ten but had nothing to say when I pointed out the time was 9PM. Also they never have delivery available???
Quality issue, I ordered from app and visited store to pick up where I saw none of the employees using gloves/ hand protection. All were preparing with bare hands and which raised a quality concern issue from dominos, upon asking for the staff, could you use gloves, they were like all dominos works like that only, we are not told to use hand gloves. Please never ever go to dominos, it’s prone to many diesases.
my wife is a cancer patient at M D Anderson and we are from Mississippi. For the first time in over a week she wanted solid food and decided on pizza! So we ordered delivery, from Almeda road, on line. The order took one hour to get here and it was not accurate ,cold and we did not get a receipt. She immediately began calling to report the error and never got in touch with an employee before they closed for the night, but we heard about soggy tacos for ten cycles of the recording. When she called the national customer service line it was closed! I hate to have to resort to this but we tried to resolve this issue with an employee and the phone first and then the national office but we got no satisfaction so I hope future purchasers can benefit from this.
Night people clearly do not care about your orders. Placed my order and it gave me 30-40 time frame. Called an hour later because it still had not been delivered and the lady who answered was very rude. Told me the wait was now 1hr 30min. How did my wait go up an hour if I placed my order a long time ago? It would be courteous to call and inform about the delivery time changed. She did not care that I waited an hour to find this out on my own and offered no sort of assistance. Cancelled my order and will not be ordering from here again at night. She should be taught a little about customer service. I wish would’ve asked her name.
Never have I ever arrived at a domino's pizza after the app told me it was ready and it simply not been ready. "We had to remake it".Why push the button telling me to come get my order if it's not actually ready? Sounds like they dont know how to use their own systems to reflect accurate information on the app. Why even have the app?
One of the worst pizza shop i ever visited. It was just a flat bread with few toppings….Do You Call this a Pizza??? Above, their both credit card machines has some error, declining my all credit cards so that I can pay them cash and then did not have the change. Save your money and time, avoid this location
The pizza is fine but the customer service at this store is lacking. I’ve been here multiple times and 9/10 times I’ve had a bad experience with the customer service. I always order online and pickup my pizza. I’ve had some of my orders get mix up with others and my pizza ends up not getting made. Ive had to wait in the store for my pizza to get made when I got a notification it was made. Recently, I walked in and one of the employees acknowledged me and told him I was picking up a pizza. He totally ignored me and did nothing about it... I finally got someone else attention and told me it was ready but was hesitant on giving me my pizza... It seemed like he wanted me to grab it myself... I try to be fair and make everyones life easier by ordering online and picking up. It shouldn’t be hard to acknowledge customers and give them their orders... I get that some people have bad days and people make mistakes but this has happened almost every time I’ve gone to this store. I’ve had enough honestly.
Took almost 2 hours for the pizza to get delivered and I had to cancel my pizza as I could not have waited longer as I ordered at 8pm and it was about to be 10pm. Do call before delivering to get an estimated time as that day they only had 1 driver.
To wait over two freaking hours for my pizza to be canceled with no information is ridiculous! The driver called saying he’s outside then canceled! Horrible communication & service VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Do better! I wasted my time ordering and waiting for this food 🙄
Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER! It was a misunderstanding with the delivery guy who DIDN’T READ TO CALL BEFORE DELIVERING! And was driving so fast who couldn’t see us waving him down ! Called the store to get driver information and the general manager SHEKINAH WAS HORRIBLE ! Very unprofessional and wouldn’t give us the information to call the driver . Asked for the district manager’s number and said he couldn’t give it out ! but jokes on him we was able to abstain it! The franchise owner definitely need to train his GENERAL MANAGER ON HOW TO CONDUCT HIMSELF IN A PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT! RATE 0/10 ! Very disappointed!!!
I've had a few negative experiences at this location (late order, wrong order, etc.), but I usually look past it. However, today I went in there to order their 7.99 pizza deal that is on the front page of their website. Some tall gentleman in there told me that they no longer offer that deal at this location. I asked if I needed to go online to place the order instead and then he retorts "we don't do it online anymore either." Fair enough. I walked out and looked on the website to check and what do you know? The deal of course is still there. Too many issues with this domino's. If you're reading this then go find another location because the people here seem very incompetent.
Terrible customer service. I called to see where my order was the “Manger” stated that she called an texting. I then asked her how long it would take to get my order she said another 30-45 mins. She then stated well mam if you want the refund it will take 3-5 business days. I told her I can’t wait 3-5 days cause my daughter who has cancer needs to eat now an we are low on funds. She then said well then I don’t know what to say. She had no respect all she kept saying is you don’t have to get so mad. And had an attitude the entire time. Avoid! They all thought it was funny.
Date of incident: 9/22/22. The City of Houston has shut down water from 12 am - 7:30 pm in my area as well as this Domino's establishment. How did I know that this Domino's had no running water? Because, this lady who claimed she was the manager on duty there simply told me. I called this Domino’s at 11:30 am asking if they had no running water like myself since the restaurant is next door to me. She said yes. So I simply asked, "So, are you still in business if there is no running water?" She said, "Hold on." and put me on hold forever with no intention of answering my question. So, me, being the concerned citizen that I am walked over there to check to see if they were still opened. And, they were! Taking orders, making food, and everything. That is unhygienic and a health code violation! How does this restaurant hire people with no common sense not to report the issue to the appropriate person in charge? Obviously, this restaurant should have been shut down during the water outage. I've made a report to the Houston Health Department and Domino's Corporate.
Placed an order this evening and was quoted 63 min until delivery. I called and checked on my order 1hr after placing the order and the employee very nonchalantly said my order still needed to be put in the oven even tho the app tracker said my order was ready over 30 min ago. He stated they have many orders and asked if I wanted to cancel so I canceled. Never again.
Confirmation email said ~30 minutes. ~2 hours later, the tracker lists the order as "delivered" even though no one showed up. I called the number on the webpage that says it goes to the manager. it sent me to the order line where I had to listen to an unskippable , lengthy job add, and then brought me to the order menu. The only way to get through to a person was to make selections as if i was trying to order something. I was then told the driver accidentally closed the order but that he would still be arriving. ~15 minutes later he arrives with cold food. I get long wait times if they're short on people, but that can be reflected in the initial estimated wait time. The fact i had to listen to a job offer in order to call to complain is messed up , and the fact that the delivery can be marked as complete before the driver even gets near my address doesn't even make sense. I will only order from here again as a last resort.
my family ordered 2 large pizzas last night to be delivered to our hotel room. we ordered at 12am and got the pizzas just after 2. they arrived cold and the driver said it wasn't his fault. we tried calling the store multiple times with multiple phones and the first phone was left on hold for 30 min and the rest were told the store was closed. I understand traffic wasn't the best last night but they should've called to let us know the pizza would take longer to arrive- we would've been fine with that but being left in the dark is unacceptable. our card was charged and we didn't know if we were even getting our food! please handle high volume orders and traffic better in the future!
I walk in to order me something to eat around 7:30pm yesterday. As soon I place my order the girl that work there told the cashier something. I didnt hear exactly what she told him. But he told me that they are not taking no more orders. That is a big lie. I'm not going to put too much on here. Because i will be calling corporate.
There's almost always a problem with ordering from this establishment... I just placed an order through the app only for it to cancel 5 minutes later, despite the app saying my order was being made. If they were closed due to some unfortunate circumstance or staffing/ingredient issues, I wish it would have reflected that on Google or through the app. There was no reason given as to why the order was canceled, not even in the email I received or in the notification from the app. Now I have to wait, who knows how many "business days", for my money to be refunded back to my card, and that was a sliver of all I had till payday to get by. If you absolutely have to order from this Domino's, go in person early, around noon to 6pm BEFORE their service starts slacking 3 hours till closing time, to the store location WITH cash. Don't forget to pray over y'alls food... I want to give negative stars...I don't care if this one gets shutdown or closes.
Wings are raw, I use the app and did a delivery order, contacted customer service and called to speak with a manager and was constantly told that my wings are not raw and soggy and this is ridiculous! It’s now way your oven was on 500 just lied because they rushed my whole order!! My order was delivered 10-15 minutes after I placed it so how can a pizza and wings be done that fast?
Nov 25, 2024: Second incorrect order in 10 days. No buffalo sauce (again). This time it was a topping on pizza. Ironically, I placed this order to use the free chicken they were going to give me for the mistake in the previous order. Don't care anymore. Never ordering from dominos again. Nov 15, 2024: Delivery order had one incorrectly prepared item. My complaint was satisfactorily addressed in a few days. Although my order had issues, the great customer service has convinced me to give this store another chance. The customer service rep was also very polite!
Ordered all flats . Ask the question if that was ok I was told yes by cashier . When she left the manager told me I couldn't order all flats. Too late bro . Already paid for them . I dont think so..I had to argue with him back and forth to get what I paid for . Bad customer service bro . Also he heard her tell me that and he got mad because I corrected him about sauces . Dude dont play games with me again . I wont be back
I went to get my order there, but the guy over there charged me 2 times. I told him it's already been approved, but he rudely said You want to pay, or I can cancel your order So I paid again Now i have to call domino's customer service for refund
Look this place is a joke. Whatever you do do not order online or order a delivery because you will not receive it. Then you will have to wait whoever knows if you'll even get your money back and if you do you'll have to wait forever I'm assuming. Read the reviews people before you place a delivery. Unless you physically walk in and pay and get the pizza, which I'm not even sure how that would work or go. I just would not order from this place. I ordered a pizza at 11:00 p.m. said they started making my order and at 12:40 a.m. I called to see where it was cuz they hadn't arrived. The lady who answered told me something about something with the driver we're going to have to cancel your order. I mean thanks for letting me know an hour and 45 minutes later. Now I have to wait the 3 to 5 business days to try to get my money back and no pizza sitting here at work. And as of the reviews a lot of people says that they haven't even got their money back. So great read the reviews I should have first because they're true
Its been 3 hours. Pizza hasn't shown up and I can't get anyone on the phone. They charged my card without any problem though. Horrible experience still trying to get my money back. They flat out robbed me as of now. UPDATE! After 3 hours I was finally able to get someone on the phone to cancel my order. BUT they still charged me after canceling the order. I called them and the manager was unavailable but they said they would fix the issue. After more than a week they still haven't refunded me my money. Furious!
Pizza delivery driver marked the pizza as delivered without ever giving us a phone call. Store refused to give us a refund and made us wait 2 extra hours for a replacement pizza. No discounts were provided for the order after leaving a 30% tip too from the initial order.
The manager at this location is not qualified to manage the store, he has poor communication skills, poor time management, weak crew. It does not take 30 minutes to make a simple pizza regardless of how "busy" you claim to be. Sorry manager!
This pizza is horrible! All dough and hardly any toppings. The customer service was the worst. This young generation has absolutely zero communication and customer service skills. Its very frustrating. The manager tried to fix the situation but it just didnt work. Im so disappointed because I love a good slice of pizza 🍕 but this wasn't it. Will never go back to this establishment.
I ordered a Handmade Pan Pizza yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The red marinara sauce was extremely excessive and undercooked, which made the pizza taste unpleasant. We couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing it away. This is the second time in a short period that I’ve had the same issue with the pizza from this location, which is really disappointing. I hope you can improve this in the future because I usually enjoy Domino’s, but this location has been letting me down lately.
I ordered two large size pizzas and after ordering I got to know there is a discount on large size pizzas but I was charged the usual price. When I asked the Woman that why I was charged the offer price, she literally said I didn’t ask for it that is why they didn’t give me the coupon. How dishonest and disgusting service to customers who trusts dominos and visit them with faith that we will be receiving the best they have to offer. Dishonest employ it is not about 7$ more it’s about how they treat customers in different ways Who knows about the offer they give discount who isn’t aware they don’t feel like informing or educating clients Managers Special was 16.99$ per pizza for large size but I was charged 19.99$
When it comes to good pizza, this location is horrible. Their pizzas lack good quality. They're very stingy with their toppings and ingredients. I've ordered similar pizzas from other Domino's locations and received better quality pizzas.
Order a pizza 7 toppings half of them were missing called them made me bring back the other one to make sure it was not a lie uufff someone need to watch over the night crew employees on there phones specially the cook it’s unacceptable! Now Iets see if the wing places waits for me to pick up my order since I had to waist doble the time here !
I had a horrible delivery experience with this Domino's on 7810 Almeda Rd, Houston, Texas, 77054. The driver was lost and delivered the pizza somewhere else. Instead of calling me, he returned to the store. I had to call the store multiple times to ask about the whereabouts of my order. An hour had already gone by! The store employee assured me that the driver would pick up the order and bring it to me. After more time passed, I called to cancel , then the driver pulls up. I voiced my dissatisfaction, and they said I need to reorder before they release it to me. They did not offer a discount or remorse for the entire mishap! I had to reorder again! & the worse is, the pizza was COLD!!!!!!!! My employees did not even want it anymore!!!!! Corporate doesn’t even answer! This is so unprofessional!
My friend and I visited Domino’s on Friday at 9:50 PM and ordered a pizza for dine-in. The cashier took our order, but when we received the pizza, a male staff member told us dine-in was closed at 10 PM, despite the store being open until 1 AM. When we questioned why our order was taken for dine-in, he dismissively said other customers just take their orders and leave. He then rudely told us to leave and even threatened to call the police. His behavior was unprofessional—Domino’s should better train its staff.
Ordered Car side delivery pick up but pizza was burnt took pizza back inside to get redone and sat back in car. One employee came to vehicle to get my receipt but no one let me know when pizza was ready. Sat in car for an hour before calling inside and I still had to go inside to get pizza. If I didn’t have to feed the kids I would gotten my money back. Poor customer service. An apology and offering me a drink doesn’t make up for the poor service.. Why even bring this pizza to a paying customer……
Absolutely not . This might be the worst dominoes I have even ordered from . First off it’s cold outside . I stood at the door for atleast 5 mins before I was let in , and it was 10:40 . The appearance of this pasta isn’t even appeasing . We ordered garlic Parmesan wings , and they look like they were tossed in ranch .
