The staff was amazing, thank you so much for the 5-star treatment. There was a smile on everyone's face and a great attitude. When I'm back in town I will stop in for lunch.
The new cantina chicken crunchy tacos are great, the green sauce makes it. One of my favorite places to eat.
Warm, quick, n tasty. Really like the Spicy potato soft taco with added meat (chicken or beef), grilled! Breakfast is a one handed miracle. Looking for more once a day food stops like here, to continue intermittent fasting!
This is a very good Taco Bell. Very clean and everyone is super nice. Always order the cravings deal and sub nachos for cinnamon twists. It's $0.49 extra but about 25% of the time they will give you cinnamon twists instead so you can just tell them about the mistake and they will give you nachos for free and then you have nachos and cinnamon twists. For no extra cost. Always get subs or make changes to the food cuz they miss it enough you can get free food.
As usual, good service- good product. Thank you Taco Bell for the normalcy and predictable professional job that you do. We need the familiar and friendly faces - unhampered and unchanged by the current situation we find ourselves in.
I've talked so much crap on Taco Bell for years like I was raised in a Taco Casa family but after eating there the other night I've gotta say very very surprised and I've actually been back twice since. lmao EDIT: CINNABON BITES YO 😍
Went through the drive through late tonight with my crew from work. Our server olivia did an amazing job, she took all the orders correctly and quickly. Great service, would recommend this location.
I went there one night after an event and the lady in the drive through was so nice I went back the next night to eat also. The food was fresh and good even at 1am... very impressed with this Taco Bell service and quality of food
Was good didn't get sick this time so that's pretty awesome. Food tasted fresh everything was hot. Kid was happy with his tacos and cinabons were warm all the way through this time so yay. Keep it up yall it was yummy.

I had the best customer service at the drive-thru this afternoon (around 1:45). I didn't get the young woman's name, but kudos to her upbeat, pleasant attitude. Plus, the food was superb and given in a timely fashion. Too bad I live an hour and a half away, I'd love to come here again. 7/22
The staff has always been nice and the food is like any other taco bell. I like it there! Almost a year later and nothing has changed, they're still awesome. Idk the person's name but she gave me a free drink and she didn't even have to. These people need to be paid more!
Pretty sure everybody loves Tacos. Love using the app...run in ...pick up my order..fill my soda...and bingo I'm back on the road again barely interrupting my drive. Pretty sure the food will be the same no matter the store location.

Very nice employees and clean. When I say we received our food fast, I mean my card hadn't even said approved and the food was in my hand. We order nachos, three tacos, a burrito, a toastada and 2 slushiest.
Staff is very nice and friendly. They immediately address any concerns brought to their attention. Cleanliness is sometimes a problem but it's not uncommon in the fast food industry.
Most of the time I would rate this five stars for a fast food Mexican restaurant. However, occasionally it’s not as good probably because of the personnel changes. The restaurant is generally very clean and the personnel are friendly. Food quality is very good and your orders typically come out quickly.
Going through the drive through, the tacos are not wrapped well and when you take them out lettuce falls all over your lap. Tonight they said the had plenty of help but they still didn’t get our order right.

Most disappointing trip. 2 crunch wrap combos. Only 3 taco sauce pkts. Asked for both mild n fire, only got mild. And the heavy crunch wraps where on the tacos resulting in smashed tacos.
The crew takes advantage of a girl that doesn't know better. Then they make fun of her and make her do most of the work. She deserves a raise and to have a manager that will make sure she gets treated like a human being. She has a beautiful attitude and has a slight speech problem but you can figure out what she is saying to you. I hope something gets done to help improve things for her.
Great food but drive through staff can be unfriendly , I went there new years eve close to midnight ( 2022 - 2023 ) and the attendant mixed up my order and kept asking me ' what else ' just to hurry me out of the drive through even though I was the only one there. I will be looking for other drive through options.

I don't know what to say....I go to stephenville, texas Taco Bell. I ordered 2 tacos, no lettuce. They didn't have any beef ready it was going to be 20min. I go to Taco Bell, and I can't get any tacos. And they asked me if I still wanted them. That leaves cheese and shell......I just don't know what to say.
It was a little slow, but I think a car ahead of me ordered half the store because it started moving faster after that car left. However, 15 minutes in a drive thru when you're the 3rd car in line is too much. Even with a large order.
Not the quickest or most reliable Taco Bell! They forgot our drink, sauces, napkins, and a straw. We had to ask for everything.They are the slowest restaurant in town, but great when you’re broke.
The food is usually good and prepared correctly. The people are friendly, but service is consistently slow. If 2 cars are ahead of me in a fast food drive thru it should not take over 30mins to get my order. If there are orders backed up in the kitchen and service is this slow, why is there typically 5 or more employees standing around doing nothing? I do not recommend this location if you are in a hurry and looking for a quick fix.
Service was slow. my order was repeated back to me correctly, and receipt was correct. my food was not right, though, and being the only customer I would hope no sour cream would be easily managed. the service was friendly, though, so I'll give them the minimum acceptable 3 stars and give them another try
My family and I went there tonight and we left not very satisfied. Food tasted like always, no complaint there. We ordered a soft potato taco and received a taco with a literal total of 3 pieces of potato on it. My husband debated whether to go in and complain, but it’s not THAT big of a deal. The guy who handed us our food didn’t say a single word through the whole transaction. It was strange and unwelcoming. But again, not that big of a deal. We also ordered a 12 pack of the Cinnabon sweet treats and received 11. Yet again, not a very big deal. My husband also asked for more Diablo and fire sauce than mild and hot - we are a saucy family and everyone likes all the different kinds so we just order them all but ask for more fire and diablo since they are a common family favorite. We received 3 Diablo and 2 fire while most was hot and mild… the speaker taking our order “got distracted” 3 whole times while taking our order - her words. Just unprofessional, not very attentive and unsatisfactory business. Either way, we love Taco Bell and this will not affect us going again, but maybe trying to get the word out very clear that the employees need to be better. I understand it’s a fast food job, I’ve been there and done it for many many years. This experience is just not what I want when I want Taco Bell.
It's ok... mostly not friendly at night and ridiculously slow. I think they only make one order at a time. Also, they often won't have enough meat to finish out the night. In their defense, they get incredibly busy. I still only give 3 stars, that's because I'm a nice guy.
Almost every time I come here I see that the manager gives out the wrong orders to people. I have been waiting for 30 minutes for them to redo my order because they handed it to the wrong person.
I've eaten here with several friends, several times. I can say I'm dissatisfied with the service. - The food is usually cold or cool, even when they've just finished making it. - The workers are usually unenthusiastic about taking orders or performing their jobs. I rarely see the them cleaning the tables which are usually dirty, and they glance at you when you walk up to the register but then wait to come over and ask what you want to order. - For a fast food place, you often sit around for 5-10 minutes waiting for even simple orders such as a taco. This establishment needs improvement. Badly.
Ordered through the app. Order was screwed up pretty bad. More than half of the customizations (that the app charges for) were missing, a burrito was missing and a Baja Blast freeze escaped their notice. It was really busy, and they did fix the mistakes, but the whole purpose of ordering through the app was to save time. Fail. Everybody has a bad day sometimes, so I'll give them one more shot before deciding to avoid the place. I'll update the review when I do.
Ordered burrito supreme four of them all extra sour cream. Two days this week. None had extra sour cream. Today my burrito had No sour cream. And we paid for the extra and got none on all four of them. On top of that half of them were Bean burritos. Do I have to stand there and watch them make them each time I order.
We have attempted to enjoy a meal at this location a few times. Every time we go through the drive-through they seem to get our order wrong and failed to give us everything that we paid for. I will not be visiting this location anymore because I am not going to pay for food that I do not receive.
They were out of my order but took the order then proceed to tell me after it was paid for, Then they offer a substitute I really didn't want. My visit was an unhappy one.

Do not try to.walk in to this location. Taco Bell should not take over 15 minutes after you order. Meanwhile they have almost every employee working the drive through window. My wife was amazed how slow they handled counter orders. Manager needs to prioritize both options drive through or counter. Clearly focused on drive through efficiency only. Even after you place your order at the counter no possible way it take 15 minutes unless they are prioritizing drive through orders.
The bad thing about any Taco Bell I've been in in the past few years is everyone stinks like they have a roadent problem. And thr rest rooms are nasty and smell like urine, even outside of the rest room door before you walk in.
No ice in the self-serve beverage station. Even after telling them 2 different times that piece of information, for the 15-20 minutes I was there, no one stepped up to refill it. Then, the food was lukewarm at best. This Taco Bell experience was horrible. The Taco Bell in Eastland, TX is excellent in comparison.
why advertise new luxe box if not going to provide everything that comes in box? amazing price for what it claims. must be falling on hard times. cinnamon twists are always guaranteed to be in box considering they probably cost pennies to make.
They were super slow. Had to come back and get the rest of my food. Which I didn’t mind I understand mistakes happen. When I went back one of the employees was super rude. Proceed to ask for the manager and the guy was being very disrespectful still.

The beans were spoiled and we wanted to treat my mom and her roommate in a rehabilitation facility for lunch and it was a waste of 30 bucks, disgraceful. DO BETTER AND I WILL NOT BE BACK!

The restrooms were very filthy and there was no toilet paper and the trash bins were overflowing. The food was a little cold and not very appetizing and when told...the manager seemed unconcerned...Toco Bell is a fine fast food place to go...but not at this one in Stephenville TX...Toco Bell needs better management training in this one
I just came back from being abroad for about 2 years and oh my how things have changed… I hate to be “that guy” but everything seemed off about my first experience back. The food was subpar, the staff was unfriendly and seemed upset to do their job, and the music was ridiculously loud throughout the restaurant. Overall, it was a rather unpleasant experience.
Worst place ever. They have no respect for others. They are more worried about taking the trash out, cleaning the dining room, and 30min “bathroom” breaks. It takes over 45 minutes every single time to get food. They cuss and yell in front of people. Every door dasher waits atleast 40 minutes. 5 people have walked out because the wait is too long.
If you like nothing in your taco and burrito this is the place for you. If you order a crunchwrap, expect to only get the tortilla. Their drinks are always super flat so that's a plus. It is not just once, happens every time I decide to give them them another shot.

I just went here. They have a kid standing out side in 100°heat with a small paper that has like half the menu on it. You have to order through him. What I wanted wasn't on that menu. I asked for 3 chicken burritos. He then tells me it $18 fuggin dollars. I couldn't verify on the screen and the line was 8 cars long now so I just paid for it. It was the chicken grilled cheese burrito he ordered. All the frito things were in 1 bite. All the cheese was in the last bite. This is literally why I don't support a higher minimum wage. I go there for cheap food. I can get a steak for that price.
There was 1 couple in the entire restaurant, and only 2 cars in the drive thru. As we walked in there was a large puddle of liquid all over the entrance coming from the overflowing trash can.There was food on all the tables and all over the floor. The staff ignored us so we ordered online. Took forever to get our order. I have never seen so much grease in one taco.they were so bad the crunchy shells were softer than the flower tortillas. Your fingers went thru the shells trying to hold it. The soft drinks were mostly carbonation. The manager did not seem to care. The couple that was already inside told us they called the health department and warned us not to go in the restroom.
Food was cold and beans were very clearly old and crusty and the taco shells were stale to the point they were chewy. Workers at the drive through told is they can only give ONE packet of sauce per order or else they get in trouble and manager will take it out of their paycheck…

I could snap my fries in half like sticks and the absolute buffoon at the counter wanted argue with me that there was nothing wrong with them. The GM of this place needs to be fired and never allowed to work fast food again. If you can't hire people who can comprehend how long to fry a French fry then you shouldn't have the job
If I could give it zero stars I absolutely would. I just moved to texas and was BEYOND disappointed. When I informed the girl in the drive through that the drink was wrong she glared and angrily made a new drink and said “can I have that one” very abruptly and threw it in the trash and walked away. They never gave my card back and I had to sit for about a minute with many workers looking at us still sitting at the window for someone to finally open the window and ask what I wanted. The WORST customer service i’ve ever experienced. Everyone was rude and acted in convenienced by basic customer service requests. UPDATE They also charged us for a taco we did not order. The total they told us at the ordering screen did not add up to what they charged us and now we know they charged us extra.
I ordered a cantina bowl, they over charged me and when I asked them about the over charge the employees were very rude. Food was cold and gave me more rice than veggies.
I placed an online order very clearly listing out what I wanted and they proceeded to mess up my order 3 different times. Then when I came back the 3rd or 4th time for a refund they said they don’t take mobile order or receipts from the phone because it’s not a hard copy. Good to know I have to buy a mobile printer so that I can have a hard copy when they mess up so many times. On top of everything the workers were all standing around judging and arguing with everything I said. I guess this location never heard of “customer is always right.”
The register attendant was a male wearing poorly applied makeup. He was friendly but very odd and had an unprofessional sense of humor. When we took more than a moment to order, he walked out to the dining room area. We left and will never return.
Went to order some food thru drive thru at 4:30. We sat to order at speaker for almost 10 minutes. Keep saying hello hopi g someone hear us. So we decided to pull up and see if maybe something was wrong with the speaker. The girl open the window and we told her no one asked for our order. She told us we needed to drive back around to order. I told her we just sat there this whole time can we plz just order at the window and she told us no. So we told our money else where. She was so rude and just closed the window.
I had been waiting in the drive through line with my friends for 30 minutes when I really had to go to the bathroom. I got to the door at 11:59pm and I understand they close the lobby at 12 but I told the employee that all I had to do was go to the bathroom. (mind you that there was a lot of people still eating inside) You would think they would be more considerate to someone who ended waiting and hour for their services, but she denied me and refused me entry)
Food was not right. Had to go back in and wait for them to make more. And was still not right. Think maybe if the people that work there didn’t fry there brains with all the hair die. May have been better. I think having people that work there with piercings in there face and wild hair colors ( orange,blue) is so unprofessional.
If you like a nasty eating environment along with.. questionable workers.. this is the place for you! The lobby is disgusting along with their trays. The only meat they had was beef and they had no small tortillas.. At the beginning of the summer the staff was sweet and welcoming.. maybe try to get them back!! Do NOT recommend
This is new... NO SERVICE AT THE COUNTER!!! Everyone working looked at me and my family & put their heads down. There were 3 touch screens where you'd place your order but that's it. VERY minimalistic. Very dry service. Only good thing I'd have to say is the bathroom's were clean. But when do you go out to eat and have to do everything on a touchscreen????
I’ve been a local to this town since well, me being born and I cannot express enough, they will consistently mess up your order and give you something incorrect. It is 99% chance that the management is at fault but, every single time without fail, ironically they will fail to get my order correct. The store manager should honestly be put into the slammer for how bad they are doing In controlling the store, they don’t pay enough nor do they show a presents in the store. One of the worst picks in the entire town, and that’s saying something.
Came here the other day with my husband and we spent $30. I haven’t been here in over a year because the food is never fresh or good but I figured I would give it another chance because I’m pregnant and was REALLY craving Taco Bell. As usual everything was cold and sitting around. Any time I’ve gotten a chalupa shell from this Taco Bell it’s hard and cold when it’s supposed to be warm and soft. There was barely any meat on our stuff. The cheese wasn’t even melted on my cheesy Gordita crunch… and we ate our food in the parking lot after going through the drive thru so there is really no excuse for it to be cold. We also went at 7:30pm. My husband had already went in and complained before I tried my food about how little meat and cheese was on his food and they gave him more but I didn’t want him to go in and complain again. Very simply, I’ll never be returning this location again after countless tries over the years. I never complain but this is extremely frustrating as a pregnant woman and for how much we spent is ridiculous. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I placed an online order and sent my boyfriend to pick it up. Normally I don’t have any issues with this location but tonight was not okay. They gave my boyfriend the wrong order. Mind you, we spent almost $50 and the order he got was three tacos. Obviously a huge difference from the massive order we ordered. When he went back in he got our order and it was missing a handful of items. He had to drive back to the store to ask for it and one of the employees was very rude and disrespectful saying that he bagged the order and he knows he did it correctly. They then told us we would have to wait half an hour to get anything remade and so we took the coupons they offered and went home. When he finally got to sit down and eat with me, all of his tacos had lettuce despite stating that we didn’t want any on it. (Mind you we got 10 tacos and not a single one was made correctly) This is not okay. I love Taco Bell and this is a huge disappointment. I hope this doesn’t happen again.
Used to love this place but the quality of food and service have become abysmal. I have videos of sitting in line for up to two hours (once you're in line, you physically cannot leave), plastic chunks in my food, completely incorrect orders and the staff always argues about it and refuses to fix it. I've heard staff cussing about customers at the window and playing on their phone while there's an hour long line.
First of all the girl on the speaker was very sweet and she seemed busy and rushed. This is no way a critique on her. We had a communication error and she didn't hear us say we had an allergy, we confirmed it at the window just incase. Her manager or whoever she was was very aggressive and basically lectured us on stating allergies at the speaker, which we did but the girl on the speaker didn't hear us obviously. She was very condescending and rude. I know working fast food is extremely hard and i would never want to make someone's job harder, however, talking to customers that way is awful in my opinion especially when we're were polite and not disrespectful at all. If you read this which you probably won't I hope you have a better day tomorrow.
The evening and night crew are extremely rude and lazy. While ordering indoors at night, they only allow you to order through the kiosks, which is fine. The rude part is when they give you the option to pay with cash or card, they don’t tell you that they can’t take cash unless it’s through the drive through. Additionally, clicking the cash option doesn’t send the order to the assemblers, apparently, and they were very rude about saying I never put in an order. Aside from that, it took them 10 minutes to acknowledge my presence at the front desk due to them simply not wanting to work. Furthermore, the inappropriate and unprofessional language, dynamic, attitude made my friends and I feel belittled and at a loss for words. Because the workers were annoyed that we were here and did not know that we weren’t wanted, they made it a point to make every drive through order before ours, even when they came way after. I remember when this Taco Bell was a fun place to grab a late night snack at and the workers were so friendly! My friends and I are always happy to make new friends places and make friendly conversation, and it was very clear the workers here were annoyed that we were their costumers. If there are procedures and routines Taco Bell workers want to keep in place, they need to advertise them and make them known ahead of time instead of making costumers feel belittled and stupid for not knowing. Bless everyone’s heart and the one blonde haired worker that was the only nice one :)
Used to love coming here but the past few months have featured horrible customer service. Coming at night will often lead you to rude and passive aggressive employees that take too long for mediocre, half-plates of food that is usually cold by the time it shows up. Tonight over the drive-through intercom the employee working gave attitude over not being able to hear us while another worker passive-aggressively and violently threw sauce that I asked for into our bag. Other nights I’ve been stuck at the counter trying to get employee attention after my food never showed up while being one of the few people in the restaurant for 30 minutes (this happened twice, one of the times my food was given away and employees didn’t realize until I had to go to the counter and ask). Employees are often rude to each other as well by snapping at each other in the kitchen. Really sucks since the food itself is cheap and not half-bad, but the recent nighttime employees have led me and my girlfriend to intentionally not picking this place for food.
I had an online order and I waited over 40 minutes. They had a lobby full of online orders and door dashers. People were complaining obviously and they also had a few dine in orders who took the same amount of time. I know some others are calling corporate. I was with my sister who only ordered a small potato bowl which is about the size of a like guacamole side container and waited 20. They were bumping off DoorDash orders that weren’t close to being ready and once they do that for them the door dashers are put on a clock. When people were complaining the manager I believe he was, was talking back to this door dasher who somebody had bumped and put her on a timer in the app. My sister asked if they had a online order for Quincy aka me and this teenager who might be older than me and told us he can’t check if there is, and then proceeded to check like no common sense behind those eyes. Also I’m going to be petty but there was no napkins in my bag and I know most places requires napkins and sauces in the bag. A gm or dm needs to be informed about this and they can check the cameras on February 5th anywhere from 8:20 ish to 9:12 and see how many online orders and door dashers were waiting. That was not ok, and the manager who worked tonight should probably be written up for talking back to the poor door dasher instead of figuring out how to make it better.
It’s not that hard to make a taco, I asked for a combo and I get two mixed and matched items. Wrong drink. Then get an attitude when I ask for my correct order. I’m the only person in line. It can’t be that hard to do your job dawg
This place is a joke .the General Manger obviously thinks the way to a profit is to be cheap and skimp on food. Every time I order a burrito here it's nothing but a tortilla with very little food in it. They ought to be sued
I have a severe allergy to dairy, I specifically asked for now dairy or sour cream. What did I get? Extra extra sour cream. I got sick in my car on the way home and had to pull over. This is what makes me hate fast food.

Not because the line was particularly long, but because every single worker visible was trying to chat up a girl in the lobby. It would be one thing if they were actually servicing them but no just taking. very disappointing thats all I can say.
This is the worst place in town. Every time I come here, either they are out of ingredients to make something, they make it wrong, or they do not put something you paid for in the bag. Tonight I had to go through the drive-thru multiple times to get the correct order. Once to get the order, a second time to go back to get the missing food item, and a third time to get the missing queso. How can you screw up this bad? This place is a disgrace and corporate should either step in to fix the systemic problems at this location, or just close it down.
I’ve ordered a veggie bowl over 3 times and every time they I have put chicken in the bowl under the normal stuff. I’m not even vegan but I do have food requirements. If you are going to offer separate items please make sure what the customer needs is actually being correctly made. This is a taste, nutrient, and allergy issue.
We arrived at approximately 11 pm on July 4th. With the largest amount of people in Stevensville out celebrating, this Taco Bell location only had 2 employees on duty. The line wrapped around the block, and people were waiting over 30 minutes for their orders. This is unacceptable. Taco Bell franchise owner, please do better.
This place is DISGUSTING. Nobody working the front counter, employees not wearing gloves until we pointed it out. Food all over the floor. If I could give them negative stars I would give them -100. If I were you I would never return to this establishment. Waited over 20 minutes for an order of Cinnabon Delights. OUTRAGEOUSLY disgusting and slow.
I recommend not getting the wild strawberry lemonade freeze. It’s completely just syrup, I was unable to drink my $3 drink because of how strong the syrup is (syrup to freeze ratio is ridiculous). You can tell by the photos I attached how much syrup there is… this is after attempting to mix.
