My husband ordered pizza on the website and just ordered cheese pizza. He assumed that pizza sauce was built into the pizza already, normally you hit that you DONT want sauce on websites but that wasn’t the case here. So we order two cheese pizzas and one side of pizza sauce. We get home and there is no sauce on the pies, and our cup of sauce wasn’t in either box. I called and explained the confusion and asked if they could remake one pizza with sauce. I get transferred to the manager who says they can’t remake the pizza. (It wasn’t the man manager who I normally see when I go there, this was a woman) I get that it wasn’t their fault, but where is your customer service? We already had to drive out of the way to go back for the sauce we already paid for. I use this location for work parties and lunches when the team wants pizza. And obviously for family dinner. Not anymore. Do better Happys Pizza.

Every time we order from here the service and food get worse. I keep having wishful thinking maybe they bad day but raw chicken and multiple missing items is more then a bad day

I got a pizza and cheese bread that was very gross I only eat happys but I ordered from here one time and it was gross it tasted weird and gross and the bread was also dark

Bathroom was disgusting! I picked up a dash order and the workers refused to give my customer their full order. The manager and staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful

I've been to this location plenty of times, and tipped generously because usually they've always had great service and deserved it UNTIL my order today.. I simply ordered through their app, delivery and chose "cash" because they wouldn't accept my card. Not even 2 minutes after I placed my order, I cancelled it because I left my wallet in my other car at home. No big deal right? Wrong. I called to try and cancel the order and I was told the order was already made? Yet the order was placed a minute before & the delivery said it would take an hour?? The person on the phone proceeded to tell me it was made and nothing can be done. I simply said I don't have the cash and without letting me explain my situation I was met with being told I was a, "broke ass" and I shouldn't of placed the order if I didn't have the cash (which I do, its just not on me). I tried doing them a favor by not wasting their time and gas and was met with rude customer service. I won't be recommending nor sending my family and friends to this establishment anymore. Obviously they don't care, but it's a shame that we been ordering from them for 5 years and was met with this bad service over something so small. Good luck 👍

Mac and cheese was spoiled and they still put it in the oven and cooked spoiled Mac and cheese and served it to me. Smelled it right away as soon as I took off the aluminum top.

Don’t not order they don’t give u sauces like ranch without you paying they are greedy now professional not clean. The food is not bad, but it’s not the worst. There’s so many better places in Melvindale and this is none of them.

Ordered a medium pizza with 5 toppings extra cheese @ 6 pm, the ETA was 90 minutes, but the pizza 🍕 arrived at 635 pm. We ate a slice, and noticed that the cheese and dough was not cooked properly. We didn't eat right away and warm it after noticing. I called the next day to let them know and they said there was nothing they can do because I called the next day. REALLY,I woke up sick from their undercooked food. NO THANK YOU. NOT HAPPY.

So I usually dont check my food because my favorite cook/ cashier do me rite, but swear when the owner there is always something, so I paided $16 bucks for a pound of happys chicken tenders dinner, so walking in looking at the box it looks funny, why it's more fries then chicken, I paided for chicken & only got 4 sad looking tenders, so when I asked is this really my order & this cant be a pound, I was told to go home & weight it, it is, I just left. I wanted my money back but due to me checking over it I just took it. I just know to either save my $ or just cook something because I straight wasted my $ tonite!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a number 10.. this is what I received..disgusting lost my appetite horrible customer service .. employees decided it was funny and nice to play jokes with my ordered as well ... definitely not recommending this place to anyone .. they are lucky I did not go up there and embarrassed them .. but this review will do justice ..

Please don’t order here. I placed an order at 9:39pm. I call them at 10:59pm and I’m told they’re backed up and the driver is out. Then 11:30pm comes and still no order. I call and they say that somehow my ticket was misplaced and my food was never made so I’ve been waiting 2 hours for nothing. And they didn’t offer a refund or coupon or free anything for the issue. They just said they’ll have it made and be on the way. Totally not worth the headache or the wait.
